The reliance mobile (Service provider) has been activating caller tunes on my connection on their own (without my request) and deducting money from my prepaid account for this. Evertime I am making request for deactivation of this service. They always confirm that the service has been deactivated but again they activate it and charge my account. Repeated complaints on their toll free numbers *333 have no effect on them. They even do not register any complaint and give any complaint number. They say this is not a complaint. They do not keep record of conversations I have made but their recorded message confirms that "every call is recorded for quality purpose". This is nothing but cheating. Once they confirmed that the service has been deactivated permanently . But later on i found that service was continuing and they had deducted money also from my account .
Can any on esuggest me what should I do. I have record of their messages confirming that they have deactivated service 2 times.

mene 16-03-2011 ko reliance GSM [protected] ki MNP reliance CDMA karwai thi.no to chalu ho gaya par last 2 months se is no par e-reacharge nahi ho raha h.costmer care me bat ki to bataya ki aapki formelity fir submit karwao.mene apni formelity kam se kam 4-5 bar jama kara di fir koi dhyan nahi de raha h.koi sunane wala hi nahi h.

on my mobile in last 1 days i got message from reliance that
"Your Subscription to job on phone service has been activated at 30 Rs..."
and the 30 rs is deducted from my mobile prepaid A/c.
after that i call reliance customer care(*333) and complaint abt this
they say sorry and unsubscripted the job on phone from my mobile but deducted amount
not came back.
this few month its any time

plz help

I was using a reliance CDMA prepaid connection ([protected]). One day i received a call to convert my number to postpaid. He was giving me an attractive plan and encouraged me to convert my number into postpaid. I agreed to activate postpaid. They received all the required document and security deposit (Rs. 250/-). After one week when my number not converted I called them. They told me that security deposite for my area is Rs. 500/- and I have to deposite another Rs. 250/-. I refused. After some days I received another call with a request to convert my number into postpaid. He then told me the plans which are totally different. I asked for the plan which i was briefed before. I recieved a number of call with a request that that was a mistake by them and they requested my to activate my number in postpaid for one month with a suitable plan available with them. I agreed. They promised to me that after one month if i want then i can convert my number into prepaid and my security deposite will be adjusted in my bills. Now i want to convert my number again to prepaid. But reliance customer care is telling to give all the billed amount to convert my number to prepaid. After 6 days the sucurity deposite will be delivered in my billing address. I request to investigate the matter and justice may be given to me. Thank You.

I am logging the complaint against relaince cdma connection, Customer care executive Ms. Menaka, Mr. Rakesh & there supervisor Mr T. Narayanan. My complaint no is [protected]...

I am using relaince cdma connection and facing the problems of amount deduction from my account. They have automatically activated some stupid services on my number due to this there is negative balance running on number.. i told them i have not activated any such services, even requested to transfer the amount which got deducted but they refuesd to do so. Due to this my outgoing calls facility is not there and i cannot make any calls even my work (business) got is effected.

balance was deducted even though i have not activated the mobile on that date and when i was calling to customer care they r telling thwt u only activated.but from recharge date on wards i have not switch on the mobile in 2 cases only i have switched on my mobile please check the received details otherwise i can go through consumer court it is second time bal deduction first time i have given chace to ur company

Relience chor hai, matherchodlogone mere bhi paise hamesha bematlab deduct karte hai, koi to bataye ki in harami, kutte, kamine, rascal, ###, chor logoko kaise sabak sikhaye koi hai mai ka lal, main ek bar police station bhi gaya par koi fayda nahi hua, shayad anil ambani ki biwi/betiya ko khane ke liye paise nahi hai isliye mere a/c se deduct karte hai

i am getting message like "you have activated coller tune service @ Rs.1/2days."
i want to unsubscribe from all value added service.so consider my request and help me because from Pandharpur city i can not call to customer care.
