Hi,
this is again highly frustrating, Today i have received missed call from this number:- +[protected] on both of my number [protected] and [protected] at 3:40 PM IST. They have also send me two Configuration Message twice one for rcomWap and one for RelianceMbWorld at 3:41 PM IST. Finally they Send case Closer message at 3:42 PM IST having Case number [protected]. Now my question is how dare you to close this case without confirming it from me and how dare you to say that i have not received the call if you have given only missed call hardly for 4 second.
When called customer service they said we can only confirm that case has been closed and can transfer the call to GPRS team, when connected with GPRS team they said let us look after this and let's what we can do. After 19 days of Subscription you guys are still working on it and finally one of the case has been closed without giving any resolution.
I have Clearly mentioned what exactly the problem is, as i said there is no problem in settings, i have all the settings i can use internet and can play TV using third party Mobile TV Application for Eg SPB TV and everything is Working fine. the only problem is when i tried to open the Mobile TV page it gave me Server Error message on page:

As from this above Error message a Simple literate person can identify that any configuration settings can't resolve this issue, you need to configure your sever to handle the Exception request. I know you guys are so Computer uneducated to resolve this issue.
As you told me to reconsider my decision to exit from your services and give you an opportunity to resolve this issue, i would like to say i am 100% sure that if after 19 days you can't resolve the issue you can't resolve it. And on 18 my Subscription will expire after that if you'll resolve the Concern how it will benefit me? So i have decided that i will port out my number for sure and not only this but all of my 4 Reliance number to Airtel and you should give me exception before 3 month as the problem is from your end not from my End and i will take all best possible legal action and will fight for my right. Waiting for Diplomatic and negative Reply.
