Rehlat online ticket

On 08.11.2018 I made a booking and at the time of entering credit card number, the amount shown was 6687.37 EGP but I got a message from the bank that they deducted 6, 978.51 EGP. Then they sent me an email saying that my ticket is pending confirmation from the airlines, but an hour later they said that I have to pay an extra of 300 AED to complete my booking so I decided to cancel the booking due to the price difference and asked for refund and until 22.11.2018 they did not process the refund and after several emails they confirmed the refund by 22.11.2018 but until today 03.12.2018 the amount never arrived in my account. And I sent several emails and got nothing from them. They are thieves never book with them.

Rehlat online ticket

I made a booking and at the time of entering credit card number, the amount shown was 4951 but i got a message from the bank debited 5248.02. Immediately i called rehlat and the lady was claiming thisi is impossible and instructed to send an email. Luckily i took a screenshot prior payment. After sending the email, i got an immediate response saying my booking has cancelled and will get a refund in 5-6 working days. Where in my email i asked refund for only additional unauthorized charges. Now i have to wait until i get back my money to book another ticket :( spoiled my plans. Even now their website shows the price is 4951 AED.

Rehlat extremely poor customer service and lack of response

Extremely poor customer service and lack of response. I have more AED 320 sitting in their karam account which i would like to redeem against my booking, i have checked all conditions and are all valid, however after calling them, emailing them 5 times, i dont have a response or clarity why so. I tried speaking to their manager in their call center, after being asked to wait for 10mins, he/she hung up the call without talking to me! I dont think their call center staff even understand proper english! Never doing business with them again.

Darwin to Singapore Tue, 25 Sept 2018 - SQ 5202
Ticket cost: AED 2, 026.47

Dated 02 Sept 2018, I asked the airline for the latest date I can rebook my ticket, the agent replied not less than 24 hours they will rebook the ticket. Hence, due to circumstances affecting the pending visa approval, I decided to rebook my ticket 12 Sept 2018, which I officially informed the travel agent 9am dated 5 Sept 2018 via phone call which a ticket number was raised by the call center representative. Come September 6, 2018, the booking is still awaiting for their confirmation after several calls made from morning till evening. Email correspondence was sent but no finalization was made from the airline.

The response from the airline affecting the rebooking reached me dated 7th of September 2018 at 6:48pm from which my requested booking date of September 12, 2018 was not available. Hence, they recommended a rebooking date as follow:
Singapore to Darwin 18 Sept 2018 - MI 801Q
Darwin to Singapore Tue, 25 Sept 2018 - SQ 5202
AMOUNT: AED 1, 860

The amount approximates the amount of original return ticket I booked, which they explained due to no show fee which we contested since Rehlat is in default arising from delay on their feedback. Since they cannot work on 12th of September 2018 which is the requested date, I booked another airlines.

From September 13 up to date September 19, 2018, I havent received any appropriate response, they want me to rebook both tickets.
So to cut the lengthy conversation and the inconvenience this travel agency caused, I decided to rebook the whole ticket from the current date to another date as follow:
Singapore to Darwin 10 Sept 2019
Darwin to Singapore 10 Dec 2019

As at September 19, 2018, last email received from Rehlat was dated September 18, 2018. I hope that Rehlat travel agency will take responsibility of the delays in their customer service and address issues and concerns on a timely manner.

Today, September 20, 2019, I am speaking with Allan Richard to rebook my ticket and then he replied that there's no ticket for Darwin to Singapore for the month of December 2019, and March 2020?! And now this Allan Richard marked my ticket as resolved when it was never resolved! This travel agent is causing too much inconvenience, stress and exhaustion on my part! Please do equip and train your people!

I am still planning to book in this travel agency provided that appropriate actions will be taken on every issues raised and that your customer service team will get in touch on a TIMELY MANNER, please.

Thank you very much and hoping that Rehlat will response to this feedback as soon as possible.

Rehlat payment deducted / air ticket not provided

I booked a ticket by the app on my phone on 06 th sept 2018. The payment was instantly deducted, and now 12 hours have passed by the E Ticket has not been issued.

The emirates airlines website shows, please contact your agent, that means my booking is not valid till I have an e ticket.

WTH... I have booked with muse fir, cleartrip, mmt, and other agents never seen such a delay.

I messaged REHLAT ON FACEBOOK, BUT THEY JUST READ THE MESSAGE WITHNO COURTESY TO REPLY.

I WILL TAKE THIS FURTHER ON OTHER PLATFORMS IF MY ISSUE IS NOT RESOLVED WITHIN THE NEXT 12 hrs.

Rehlat amount deducted twice

Dear sir

booking id -668544

i booked a flight to travel from abudhabi to bangalore on 03-09-2018 eithiad airways using your website. But while booking rehlat int deducted 464.15 and again eithiad airways auto debited 464.10 in the night 11 pm. So total deducted from my account aed 928.25 instead of 464.15.

Kindly do the needful at the earliest.For your reference attaching you the bank statement

Rehlat hotel booking

Dear Sir,

I booked an Hotel and i received an email that the amount is transferred to Rehlat bank account but the booking is not confirmed.
Upon enquiring they asked me to pay more than 100 AED to get the confirmation on Hotel booking.
This is a cheap business trick to waste our time and keep our money in their bank account for some time.
Also the rude customer care challenged nothing is going to happen, even if i complain.

Rehlat flight booking

Very terrible experience again, I booked two tickets 3 months ago and we didnt show up and then we ended up getting around 20% of the total ticket money spent. That I can understand and I never said anything. Now I have booked again and I have requested them to cancel the flight atleast 13 days before the flight date and still they are not responding properly. Still waiting for their response.

I hope they get back before my flight date

International ticket issued one hour before the departure time and charged full amount for the ticket while flight already flown away. It is not possible for any passenger to board the aircraft within one hour. When asked to return the money, they told that as you already missed the flight hence we cannot return back the money. As per airline rules, one cannot book online booking 24 hours prior to the departure time. Ticket can be collected physically at the airline counter.

That website customer service was not at all to the international standard. They are cheater who just need a money from the customer. Kindly take necessary action against this fraud website. A booked a ticket for Emirates airline departed from Dammam to Dubai while my PNR was L5W4NW.

Rehlat poor customer service and bad website design

My experience with Rehalt has been extremely negative. The website is not user-friendly and when you select an airport, it offers different ones to the one you selected, even if you specifically request a particular airport. It just lists the city as the final destination rather than the airport.

I did not originally notice the error as the city, time and price were the same as I had checked on Skyscanner. When the booking confirmation was sent, I then could see that it listed the incorrect airport than the one I had selected in the search criteria on Rehlat's website.

My experience then just got worse. The customer service centre you have to call is terrible - on one day, I was cut off 4 times by different agents - they are very rude to customers and just cut you off rather than trying to sort your problem. I had provided my confirmation number and name to one agent, and then he asked for some other number. When I asked what he was referring to, he just said, you need that and then cut me off! I have never known such terrible customer service. Unfortunately, you have to go through them and wait for a call back from the main customer centre.

When I finally received a call back from the main team (after several days), I was offered a change of flight price that was the same price as buying a brand new flight. I could get the price cheaper by going direct to the airline.

They tried to insist that there is no problem with their website, but finally they saw the error. They have still not sorted my problem and have just offered to pay for a taxi between the airports, but it does not solve the problem that they provided me with an airport that I did not select on their website and their local customer service team is very rude and unprofessional to customers.

Rehlat regarding baggage allowance

Dear sir Me jayaprakash booking no 465918.Traveling to trivandrum on [protected].your best service is the reason all the journey i would like to take ticket from Rehlath.But this time i got baggage allowance only 30 kg.Instead of 40.i friends booked from different travels got 40kg.So please do something to change my baggage allowance.this is my humple request.normaly Gulf air gives Trivandrum sector 40 kg.that is my best knowledge.

Rehlat a very big cheating site by giving discounts on flights and deducting the baggage allowance.
I have done huge mistake by booking in rehlat never trust this site.
Very low baggage allowance just 15kg per piece.
Rest of the flights getting 23kgs per piece

Rehlat communication and lack of transparency

This is not my first time to book online, however this is by far the worst booking experience.

I booked a hotel last week to enjoy the vacation with my family (parents/seniors and kids ) through rehlat in a hotel called lilyland in Hurghada Egypt. Full Payment was made and taken by Rehlat.

When I went this week to check in; the hotel was not aware of my booking and I had to wait for 5 hours to check in the hotel as the hotel didn't recieve the FULL PAYMENT I made and Rehlat has used a 3rd medium for the booking.

I had to call rehlat when I reached the hotel so the booking can be sent (though the confirmation was sent to my email it was never sent to the hotel).

I have to pay more for my stay since the full amount I paid never reached the hotel.

hotelbeds and rehlat both were contacted, the first never replied and the 2nd is prolonging the communication process instead of finding the solution to what I am put through. and calling customer services is useless as they give fake promises of returning back with a solution or having some one call back.

This is my 4th day in the hotel and I am still waiting for a solution from rehlat. Awaiting a proper professional solution.

In the future ; I would never deal with Rehlat as it failed to be a trustworthy and professional organization that you can depend on in online transactions.

Rehlat unethical behaviour

on 12-July-2017 i made booking with is horrible company booking number(218916) to Manila on 22-July. the price was AED 943.58 for one way I made the payment then I received an email of the ticket but the date was change to 22-Aug. I took a snap shot of the screen and email it to the customer service. and this is their answer " If you wish to make the above date change the charges applicable would be 1370.00 AED per passenger . Please note ** the fares shared are not guaranteed and are based on seats available with the airline."
even though is their mistake and their system problem still they will not fix it and you will not get your money back. so i have to purchase another ticket from other agency for 1400 AED. be careful stay away from the Rehlat.com. I called them many time a have sent them many email but no use they will keep you wait and wait and the price will go up everyday.

Rehlat no act on my full refund for booking id 410380

Assalam Alaikum,

I booked a flight from DMM to COK on 29 June, but when arrival my ticket was canceled.
I spoked to customer service more than 4 times in the last 3 days.
First they offered to reschedule the flight, but with no luck, then I asked for a refund which they sent a request as they told me.
Until now I didn't receive the email or any details.

Rehlat they refused to cancel our booking

We booked flight via Rehlat travel agency but it was taking way to long to get our visa.
We contacted Rehlat and explained that there were issues with the embassy and that they need more time to get our visa done. Rehlat rep said that he understands everything but he was not able to cancel our booking. He said that was against their policy. We lost our money because these thieves refused to cancel our booking! That was terrible and we will never use them again. I even provided all the necessary documents to prove that we were telling the truth, but they still said "no". Horrible!

Rehlat rehlat.com support hackers and fraudlent transactions

I never used rehlat.com for reservations, never heard of it before actually. However, I got three transactions on my visa card in two different months January 2017 and March 2017, all seem to be reserved for Qatar-originating tickets (charge was in Qatari Riyal), the first two QAR 648.9 (flydubai ticket) & AED 2969 was deducted from my card> I had to stop the card and issue new one. Then The new one also somehow hacked probably from POS machine at a hotel (I suspect) and again there was a trial to deduct AED 14000 fortunately the amount was not available and rejected, again I have to replace card. I called rehlat.com immediately after the first fraud and asked them at least to stop the transaction of AED 2969 since it seemed then unused (pending) I wrote them email also their account dept yasmin.[protected]@rehlat.com with all proofs that I am the owner of card, totally no response and total ignorance till the transaction was claimed and deducted from my card. No wonder hackers like to use their site to buy tickets because of weak payment system and careless ignorant staff + who knows what relation to hackers ?!

Rehlat money has been taken more than what in the ticket reservation

Hello,

I'm very sad from what happend when i booked a flight with ID 192573 from cairo to stuttgart with cost=4940 EGP and i received an email with confirmation about the flight reservation with the previous mentioned amount of money but i shocked when i saw that you reducted 5127 EGP from my account and you can see the attached image from my account!

Could i open an issue with this case?

Rehlat service complaint

U r lazy and never care about ur customers.. I m facing issues with rehlat team. No proper mails nor response.. I stopped taking tickets and keep spreading this rehlat's worst service to allllllllll my freinds and circle and stopping them taking tickets thru rehlat... And my friends does the same for me.. It is about tikcet booking no : 90386. Very worsk service realy worst service..

Rehlat refundable ticket scam

I travel regular with different organisations.

For a Thai friend without credit card, I purchased a refundable ticket. Since this was an unfamiliar destination I picked the first in the google searchlist: Rehlat who specializes in making travel difficult.

They booked a non-refundable ticket with Fly Dubai despite charging me for the full refundable ticket.

After a week of expensive telephone calls, website visits and emails, I decided to go to court, to teach them that customers demand fair practice and open policies rather than fraudulent practice.

I have no doubt this is deliberate, as most Thai people would not have the ability to sue and regain the money.

I can not down-vote them sufficient. There are much better organisations out there that are trust worthy and do not double the price of a flight.
