Regus business lounge

I stopped by there office off of Hampden avenue in Denver - I started to set up my computer on the table in the kitchen - just like I had done on a number of occasions. The receptionist told me I could not use that spot and wanted me to use a little tiny claustrophobic inducing 'privacy' pod. I politely objected.

She was rude. The table I was setting up on was installed with power outlets and I have used them many times.

I cancelled my membership. I cancelled it in early December, then they charged me for January.

The service I paid for was not provided. I wish I could collect from people for services not provided and having a rude office staff. I cannot, nor should they be able to.

Please stop offering services that you intend to not deliver.

Regards,
Don Miller

Regus cancelation and unauthorized charges

Last year we canceled Regus services at the Penzzoil Place center in Houston, Texas.

We gave notice in advance to the beginning of the contract that was in May 2017, where we were answered by the Account Helpdesk, which confirmed the cancellation of the Regus products and the cancellation had been sent to the center in Houston to be processed.

Months later (June 2017) they sent me an email that said: "Your account is terminated and you are no longer being billed for any Regus services.
The invoices you have open were raised prior to your termination on 2017-04-19. They are for services during the month of February."
Which is incorrect because our contract had a start date in May.

Later I decided to clarify this situation because the collection was not appropriate and the center in Houston responded in an email that "This account is terminated." By the community manager of the center.

In September of this year, I received an email about a commercial debt not paid from a collections agency. It is worth mentioning that during all this time I have been trying to communicate via email and by telephone to the account helpdesk TO END THIS SITUATION and they have not been able to answer and issue me a letter of NO DEBT in order to avoid future inconveniences with my company.

Regus incorrect advertisement with incorrect commitment...

I saw below ad and called REGUS.

https://www.spacely.com.au/level-10-555-lonsdale-street/dedicated-desk-space2296

They said, dedicated desk is NOT offered in this price.

how can someone advertise and what i have was speaking to a person named Joan, today 1st Nov 2018 at 5:05pm, she mentioned that the broker would have listed this IN ERROR.

How can a broker write anything in error when the listing clearly gives the phone # of the reputed REGUS phone #?

Amin.

Regus transit agreement

To whom it may concern,
My regus account number is [removed]
I would like to transfer my agreement to sunderland, the price I am paying to hammersmith is 374 per month, I renew the agreement for two years. I want to move location to sunderland, the co working price in sunderland is 103 per month. Unfortunately, the area manager [name removed], she sent me the new agreement to ask me pay the same amount as hammersmith, it is totally unfair, she told the transit just can extend for two years, I have to pay the price. It is ridiculous. Why I have to pay 3 times more than the client in sunderland, just because I am changing location.
Also, in the agreement I renew, it did not mention the transit term is two years. I was so disappointed with your service, you are global company and treat your client this way.
I would like to pay the total amount 374*24 month=8976. But I would like you extend the term in sunderland, the sunderland price is 103*24 month=2472 the difference in two year period time, I have pay 8976-2472=6504 more than the client in sunderland and receive the same service. I do not think this is the first time you encountered to deal with, please solve this issue as soon as possible, I would like to stay with regus as long as my business goes, but is not this way you treat me.
I am looking forward to your reply.

Regus unauthorized conference room charges

We had a reservation in the Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, office on Oct 26, for the boardroom all day. We are not disputing this as we scheduled this online.

We received a second bill for another conference room at same location, same date/time for an additional conference room that we never reserved, no reservation in our name nor our approval.

It seems that the Regus employee just took it upon himself to allow/escort unauthorized individuals to a second conference room without a reservation nor our approval and just charged it to our credit card. I was shocked to receive a second bill when we never reserved a second room. Why didn't they request payment from these unknown individuals? Why would we be charged for something we never reserved nor booked?

This is an abusive, reckless and unauthorized use of our credit card. We are disputing the second unauthorized room charges. Palm Beach Gardens Regus employees should be reprimanded for this type of abuse of their clients.

Regus retainer not refunded

Regus has a new system where you have to go to their platform to request your retainer back. This is the biggest Scam i have ever encountered. I have taken mail box services at the MNP Tower in Vancouver . I had moved to a different building and cancelled my mail box as of April 2018. I have not been able to get my retainer back because i can't log into the account as it no longer exists. Regus does this intentionally so that people give up on getting their retainer back. Just think how many people give up in trying to get their retainer back and how much money they have taken from their customers. The biggest Scam company ever.
Feel sorry for the front line workers as they have no access to request the money for me either.

Regus service

The first problem is about apparent discrepancy of the invoices that we get and the amounts of money you charge from our credit card. In accordance with the agreement, the payments have to be automatically charged every month, but unfortunately, the payments do not meet the terms of the agreement. They are always charged at different times ( once a month or sometimes once in several months)and the amounts of money do not match the invoices that you provide.
Due to the problems I faced, I made attempts to contact the responsible representative of your company. Unfortunately, I haven't succeeded in getting in contact with someone who could give me a competent piece of information in accordance with my questions. The question addressed to the "Account helpdesk" has not received the proper answer since the end of August.
Another remark is connected with apparent necessity to inform your clients about the increased cost of the service.

I hope the further cooperation will be mutually beneficial and will bring us only positive impressions.
Best wishes,
Anna

Regus virtual office

Regus Account# 8327690.
On the 2nd Aug 2018 I set up a preauthorised direct debit for payments to be deducted automatically from my account. I have email confirmation from Regus of the direct debit being set up and a preauthorised debit agreement which was sent to me after I set up the facility.
On the 8th Oct 2018 I received an email from Ana Paula Aguiar in the collections department, informing me that my account is in arrears, my services are suspended and that if the outstanding balance is not paid I would be pursued for the full amount of the contract including the "remaining contract value".
I sent an email to Ana Paula Aguiar on the 8th October explaining the situation. I attached my receipt for a previous payment, the email confirmation from Regus of the pre-authorised debit and the preauthorised debit agreement sent to me by Regus. I was not aware that Regus had not been receiving payments after I had set up the preauthorised debit.
Ana-Paula Aguiar never replied to my email. I called twice in the following week and left messages for her and she never returned my call.
On the 17th Oct I got a call from her. I tried explaining to her that my account was suspended wrongly and that I should have been notified that the preauthorised debit was not working before my account was suspended. She did not acknowledge that it was an error by Regus and did not apologise or try to accommodate me in rectifying the situation. Instead she threatened to send my account to a 3rd party collections agency and hung up the phone on me. This is splendid customer service in 2018!
I would like an acknowledgement that my account was wrongly suspended, my account to be restored and an opportunity to pay before my account is suspended. That is a basic and reasonable expectation. Instead I get a hoggish and unacceptable treatment from their representative.

Regus regus charged accidentally meeting room book for two minutes.

Regus web system is not that easy to use. I have 5 days day office usage. I accidentally booked a meeting room and canceled it in two minutes. I was trying to book a day office.
I wrote and talked to help desk but they are asking me to pay for that. Why I should pay for the meeting room that I never used. The room is stayed booked for only two minutes.

Regus billed for a contract signed through a click through

Last year I was exploring for a service office for a company I was setting up and came across Regus. The sales person was aggressive and followed up closely with an offer that is time bound. Through an email I clicked through, I was told I have signed the contract. I wrote to them that it is a mistake and they say I am not allowed to cancel the contract. They invoiced me every month for something I didnt even agree on. Now they got a debt collector to ask me to pay $2300.

This is the most ridiculous, unethical company I have ever come across. I urged all business owners to think twice before even contacting them.

Regus lying reps and unethical business practices

DO not rent with Regus. Their reps lie about the contracts they make you sign, then spend weeks telling you one thing verbally and committing to it 100%. When you try to move out they will try and tack on thousands of dollars of extra fees, even more than your deposit. And you will be left with trying to find a lawyer or paying thousand s back to them. I guess they figure that the cost of hiring a lawyer is more than paying them more.

Disgraceful, and completely against their stated policy of ethics "To carry out our business fairly, honestly and transparently".

Regus unresolved office rent issues

I am a paying business owner that is renting office space at your cedar bluff location in Knoxville Tn 37923. I am complaining about my rent going up every month to no fault of my own. I've only been here for 3 months and every month there's a different price for the rent. I have had meetings and numerous emails back and forth with my area manager. I have also informed my area manager about the 3 complaints from my clients that were unhappy with the way they were treated. This isn't good for my business. I own a photography company and the space is too small. I've informed my area manager about it and she keeps changing what she has said. I haven't been able to fully operate my business nor have I been accommodated for the loss of business. I will like to get out of my lease and move forward somewhere else that doesn't take people and their business forgranted.

I would like to end my agreement. I have been waiting to hear from upper management. The space that i have I cannot provide my services. I've had 3 complaints from my clients about the rudeness from the receptionist. I'm losing business by staying at your facility and this is the 3rd time regus had to fix the coffee issues. I'm dissatisfied and I no longer want to be at regus. I'm receiving a loss customer wise and from having to keep paying over because of Regus mistakes!

Regus failed to pay the deposit back and ignoring all the communications

Our company is based in UK had an office space with Regus, Dhaka. We left the centre year ago, and since then we've been chasing them (the London team who sold us the agreement, Dhaka centre, Helping desk, Regus.com and even wrote to parent company in Switzerland) to pay back the deposit but with no luck. Dhaka team blamed the local bank system which is blocking their payment transfer.
They have not offered any alternative or cooperated with our solutions like paying us using business card instead of traditional bank transfer, or using western union as an second option.
What is worse, since we terminated our account, they kept charging our account for international phone calls made by other members of their community. The centre was careless to prevent this or take an action to protect our records.
Sadly, for a year now and still not able to getting Regus to respect the law . I have not seen such a careless corporate as Regus, no organisation and no complaining system in place. All our emails and online complains went unanswered.

Regus office rental

Nicola Harris Breach two contracts, I was a member of Regus for 3 years. Until Jessica Rosin and Nicola Harris came to the office, I had a pleasant experience. Jessica and Nicola Harris are both unprofessional and rude, they both lack basic customer service. Complaints to leadership will only have these two barbarians target you and your business further, I had one mont left on my lease and Nicola Harris terminated the lease with no reason given. I renewed the lease back in June for two years which makes it two leases were breached, my phone and access key cards were disabled back in June, prior to her sending notice. This is deemed personal since I always complain about their lack of professionalism, Don't rent from REGUS especially the Brooklyn Metrotech office. Billing will always be incorrect and they won't be able to explain it to you, but instead will give you the run around and be rude to you. Nicola Harris should be fired and taught basic customer service.

Regus contractual issues and added fees

September 11, 2018

Re: Alert to businesses seeking Suites Office Spaces

Our small business was located within a suites office in Las Vegas. A few years ago this office was purchased by Regus. We decided to stay because of the location and have since renewed our leases, via annual contract, each of the past few years with no issues. However, Regus sent our new contract to us in May, 2018 to cover August, 2018 thru July, 2019. The contract presented to us at that time was in order and it was signed and returned.

The first week of July we received the initial invoice for the ongoing service to begin in August. But now, after a number of years at the Regus office they had included a security deposit with our fees equal to a month of service. The issues with us and contractually are:

1. There was no mention of a security deposit when Regus presented our new contract in May, either in writing or verbally;
2. Had we been informed of a security deposit, after several years as a client, we would not have signed a new contract to continue with Regus and would have terminated their services in May, a full 3 months before our current agreement was to expire;
3. As soon as the invoice came in with the additional, non-contractual charge, we immediately sent a letter of termination; and
4. Regus, with the addition of this fee that was not presented at the time of the renewal contract had breached the upcoming contract, therefore making it null and void.

Since terminating our agreement with Regus we have received ongoing invoices from them, with late charge fees. We have not only contacted their local office, but the office of the CEO of Regus USA in Dallas, Texas, to no avail. We have offered, as their contract states, to go to arbitration to settle the dispute and have agreed to abide by the decision of that arbitrator. Regus apparently does not wish to use these settlement services, which would force them to abide by the arbitration decision, even though that is the remedy for disputes as outlined in their own contract. Instead they have now turned the disputed amount over to a ‘COLLECTION' agency, with their target being the CEO of our company. Could this possibly be perceived as being done this way for any other reason than to have an individual harassed? We are a "C" corporation in the state of Nevada and the Regus contract was with the corporation, not any corporate officer individually.

We at CS Executive Marketing have always chosen to do business by giving every client of ours more than what was called for contractually. Yes, we a for profit business, but never at the expense of our reputation.

Regus office spaces

My name is Thanos Dolmatzis and I'm in the unpleasant position to complain regarding Regus Greece.
Specifically, during discussions with Mr. Nikolakopoulos Phillipos (Area Manager Greece) I explained to him very clearly that the purpose of the company is an educational institute, thus according to the Greek legislation certain certificates were compulsory in order to initiate and register the company to the Athens Chamber of Tradesmen.
My colleague Ms. Michalopoulou, at Oct 9th 2017, before signing the contract of agreement sent to Mr. Nikolakopoulos an email with the necessary documents.
After twenty days, at Oct 27th 2017, Mr. Nikolakopoulos replied to our request that according to the company's statutes cannot provide and meet our needs.
Nevertheless, Mr. Nikolakopoulos had already proceeded with the charge of my credit card although he wasn't really aware if he could deliver our request, so at Oct 29th 2017 I sent him an email of opposition against the contract, asking him at the same time to refund the amount since we never made any use of the offices.
The amount of refund should consist of two invoices of total 432 Euros (four hundred and thirty two).
Unfortunately, Mr. Nikolakopoulos not only never refunded the invoices mentioned above, but to the repeated nuisance from me and my attorney he had always been giving us vague promises of refund but as at today I have not received anything.
By using cheap excuses that my case was forgotten and he will look right into it, he never refunds the money.
My guess is that because the amount of refund is low, he assumes that I won't go into legal action against Regus Company and he has no intention to refund the money ever!
Regus is an international company with outstanding reputation and I sincerely appeal to your intervention in order to resolve my problem and invert my disappointing and frustrating experience because of Mr. Nikolakopoulos.

Regus poor customer service and office was smaller size than what I was signed up for!

Hi,
My name is Cony and account number is 9152801.
I recently signed up for a new office space on the 3rd floor of 18 Soho Square, which I was told would be available from 1st September. The office was sold to me as 4.4 square meters, roughly 2.4m x 1.8m. However when viewing the office on Thursday 16th, the office turned out to be far smaller than this at 2.3m X 1.4m, which would be too small and not suitable for my business.

I immediately contacted Joseph about this problem, but I have still not received any solution to the above problem and time is running out. I am finding it hard to get hold of Joseph and I am becoming increasingly concerned about what I am going to do as September is fast approaching.

Please, if there is anything you can do to help bring this to a quick resolution I would be very grateful. Unfortunately as I need an office space from September, I really need to know where I stand and if this is not possible soon, I will need to request the cancellation of the contract and refund of my deposit so I can start looking for an alternative office space.

I do hope we can come up with a solution soon and look forward to hearing from you.

Sincerely,
Cony

Regus auto-renewal of my lease without my knowledge, charging my credit card without my consent.

I leased an office only for two months in Downtown San Jose, but Regus have Auto-renewed my lease (don't even know for HOW LONG) and keep charging thousands of dollars on my credit card without my consent. I have called them hundreds of times, sent them emails, they promised to try to help me resolve the issue and refund my deposit almost $1100, other charges of $2600+ and $1200+. From what I read on BBB and other sites, this company is scamming hundreds of customers by this dirty trick of auto - renewal of lease. I demand my full deposit back, and full refund of all the money that has been charged to my credit card without my consent.
