Regus my office I have rented from regus

I signed a contract with Regis to start on 12th of February, before starting I tried to contact enjoy work to advertise with them for my business ( qizone physiotherapy) they ignored many attempts I have mad, after a long time I managed to get my voice heard and got a meeting with the person in charge 2 month after initial contact, only to inform me they can't advertise to me as there is another physiotherapist already providing this service!, discrimination.
I was in constant contact during that time with the other department in Regis and provided them with all info and communication.
I also let them know I couldn't start on 12th of February as planed and would like it postponed, I didn't get reply, and assumed its been dealt with.
I found the financial department bombarding me with email about being late on rent...I haven't even started due to a fault that isn't mine.

Regus Unauthorized deduction of money

Last night at 01h40 I received this message

My bank... confirms: A transaction for R2274.30 at REGUS MANAGEMENT was processed on card 52XXXXXXXXXX11. 10/02/2018

This deduction was not authorized.

I joined Regus on 7/02/18 and paid R3781.95 at REGUS MANAGEMENT on the same card.

Your helpline is closed and will only open on Monday.

I am, understanably, upset and I am eagerly awaiting a swift resolution of this problem.

Regus shanghai

We are now totally exhausted trying to communicate with your Shanghai office. They have taken erratic huge amount out on our credit cards which we have not authorized.
After twenty odd e-mails asking them to clarify we get absolutely nothing coming back. This center is a complete joke. We was also getting threatening e-mail's about payment despite we on several occasion let them know that we pay monthly on credit cards.

It is now a serious issue and we have now contacted the credit card provider.

Regus customer services

I am here to complaint about the regus office in slough town centre, united kingdom. I have been trying to contact them on the contact number for few days at different times if the days bht there is no one answering the fone calls at all, which certainly non professional!
I already have the office there since 2014 and in the contract there was no clause of paid parking. It was free parking for one in the contract. Since this month they have asked for £70 monthly for parking which is not acceptable at all.
Now i'm trying to contact them for the very reason to discuss with the manage but no one answering the fone!
It's not a one day story I have been trying to contact them everyday at different times since jan 2 but no answer!
Pathetic!
Poor customer service!

Regus complain about jeddah regus office in saudi arabia

I have visited Jeddah Regus office few days ago for dropping my cv, they told me I have to apply in online, then I came back and some days later I have seen Regus Saudi Arabia is recruiting employees internal references, they mostly recruited some Saudi or Egyptian people and they are totally ignoring south Asian like Bangladeshi people, it's not fair judgment of an International Company, please kindly take action against Regus Saudi Arabia.

We know that Regus is an International company and we are hoping much better recruitment system from Regus. But we have seen some racism for the south Asian in Regus Saudi Arabia. Because in that kind of International company are recruiting English speakers but we have seen Regus Saudi Arabia is recruiting Arabic Speakers, how horrible it is. We are hoping much better recruitment system in Regus Saudi Arabia and mostly English speakers.

Regus long overdue of return of down payment

I am writing from a company in Hong Kong. Company name is: AAVision Technology Hong Kong Ltd. Our Regus account # is: 8282712. Our Regus office rental contract terminated on 30 Sep 2017. However, Regus has not yet returned the down payment to us although we reminded them many times.

Regus office lighting

I work in the Manchester Peter House Regus building and rent an office on 9th floor. Despite numerous complaints the office lighting in the corridor and kitchen area does not come on until 8:30am meaning that I am expected to make hot drinks in darkness for the first hour. This is in breach of our contractual arrangement with Regus which includes 24 hour access and also in breach of health and safety regulations. Despite repeated complaints and a platitude saying this will be fixed some weeks ago nothing has happened. Regus service illegal changing of locks

So we rented this office in Johor. Business was slow and we had a six months rent. We fell behind. We came up with an affordable payment plan that will enable the security deposit to more than cover our rental commitment.
The local Regional Manager for that area rejected that arrangement. Procceded to change the locks with no legal notice. And refused to hand our property and documents to us. Totally violated local laws and gets away with it. This happened only few days ago. But here is the kicker- they are still invoicing me for the office rental that I can not access. Also, when asked where I could lodge a complaint the same regional manager said it was to him!
Feeling helpless! Can someone help?

I believe Regus are company which operate using immoral, unethical, unreasonable, bullying, black mailing fraudulent practises! I commented a few days ago on trust pilot and here is my initial review;

"DO NOT USE REGUS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. They are lying thieving bullies, they con people in to signing contractual agreements under false statement of facts using misrepresentation and false promises. They blackmail people in to signing unconscionable contractual agreement's under duress.

They then gang up on you when you try to defend your position and blackmail you even more with threats to get debt agencies to collect money you do not owe them they have already been paid. I am boycotting Regus."

I have since read a lot of other peoples comments, some reviewers are basically experiencing the exact same treatment as me. I have told them I am brining a legal case against them and have been calling round solicitors myself to try get my case to court.

One person mentioned on their review putting together a joint legal case and I think this is a great idea. I have therefore set up an email address for anyone else interested in pursuing their claims in a joint claim with me and others. The email address is;

Regus marketing phone calls

I am getting inundated with Phone Calls for Meeting Rooms bookings that I have never called about. Someone has my number in their system is consistently leaving VM messages on multiple occasions just about every day.

The Number called from is [protected] Identified as coming from Plano Texas.

Transcription of the call.

"Hi I'm calling from Regus in response to your recent request for workspace please return my call at [protected] at your earliest convenience so we can assist you with the growth of your business - Thank You".

I have NOT called or requested any services from Regus at all. When you call the number all you get is V/M run around and on hold with no agent to pick up or assist with clearing up this issue.

I did a Google Search and came up with Customer Service Number [protected] - I did get an answer and reported my issues and the person I spoke with said they would report it. Lets

Regus business world platinum subscription

Don't book with Regus business world, as a new business, their customer service number always goes to answering machine, they don't answer emails and they charge your card even after you contract has ended. I seriously regret taking out a subscription and wish I'd opted for a local Manchester provider. I'm still waiting for someone to call me days later. Be careful when you cancel as it takes over a week for them to action a cancellation and the online Regus app doesn't register cancellations.

Regus office hire

Dear Regus, It is absolutely outrageous!
Dear Regus,

I have had a fairly extensive career working in serviced offices and my experience with you a small business owner has been truly horrific! I rented an office in Farnborough & Basingstoke, to which I am still being billed even though I left in end of August. You have yet to return my deposit of £178 which takes me a whole day to earn, are you not of that understanding that you hire out space to people who are on a smaller income, clearly there is no consideration for this. I was given an office that I didn't want instead of co-working and the Area Sales Manager was so unbelievably pushy to sign the agreement without giving me chance to read in full. Threatening me that I will lose the deal if I don't sign. bullying behaviour I have never experienced in my professional career, Joanne Boyle.!

Did Mark Dixon have this in mind when he founded his business? As CEO Richard Morris, you should be made aware how each of you centres are operating and your hidden fees that appear, not in T's & C's like most normal and ethical organisations instead in 'House rules' regarding exit fees, calculated per square metre, how this can be calculated on a co-working desk? It is absolutely outrageous!

Other than 2 centre support staff the whole experience with Regus leaves me with an extremely sour taste in my mouth! I attend many networking events in both centre areas and have no hesitation to explain my dismay to the situation and many have now moved their meeting rooms hire away from Regus and to more professional and ethical establishments.

Regus uk customer services director

Over the last 2-3 months, I have been trying to resolve a breach of Health and Safety regulations that has been present in our office for over 15-months.

After several broken promises from my local Regus team and Area Directors, I finally got a call regarding the matter.

During this call, my issue and the proposed solution had not be resolved and I had no promises as to when it would. To help progress my complaint and concerns for my colleague's welfare, I asked that someone of authority call me back to discuss the matter further. I was promised that the UK Directory of Customer Services, Suzanne Jackson, would be calling me before the end of the day.

Instead of calling like promised, Suzanne Jackson, emailed me stating the issue was resolved from her perspective and that she refused to call me back.

She stated in her email 'I do not see the value in discussing this further given you have spoken extensively with the Area Director previously'.

Considering I have never spoken to the lady and that she is supposed to have the customers concerns and welfare as her primary focus, this behaviour
and attitude towards a paying customer is absolutely disgraceful.

I replied to her emails quickly, requesting a call to discuss the matter which she once again refused. Considering Suzanne's position, I expected more respect and professionalism.

To help resolve this particular issue (not the Health & Safety violation) I expect a call from Suzanne with a full apology for her behaviour. I would expect her to escalate my complaint to her boss or to someone of authority that can action my proposed solution to the Health & Safety violations Regus have ignored for the past 15-months. For the stress and time that we have wasted on this matter, I would expect some form of compensation for the total disregard and demining attitude Suzanne has shown me.

Regus regus misled me about services provided

I recently signed up with Regus in Washington DC at 1050 Connecticut Ave, NW, Suite 500, Washington, DC 20036.

Prior to signing up with Regus I informed the Regus manager that I was looking for an office with a phone answering service, copy machine and fax services. I was told that "I am at the right place."

I was quoted a price of approximately $1275 for an "all inclusive" office that includes an answering service with unlimited calls in the United States. I was specifically told that when I receive a call the receptionist would answer the phone, ask who was on the phone and announce the call to me. I was also given a "deal" if I signed up for two years that I would be able to make copies at 5 cents per copy and I was shown the kitchen and told I and my clients will be able to use kitchen services for coffee and water. With the above terms in mind, I accepted the office space and signed up for a two year contract to start on October 16, 2017.

Approximately three weeks prior to the commencement of my lease term, I visited the office space to meet with the new area manager and that is when I learned that most of the representations made to me were false. In other words, I was scammed. During my conversation with the new area manager, I discovered that my rent did NOT include a phone answering service, did NOT include use of the kitchen and did NOT include use of the copy machine at 5 cents per copy. I was now told that I do get a phone but I would have to pay extra to have my phone answer and I would have to pay a per minute charge to use the phone. I was also told that I would have to pay a monthly fee to use the kitchen and I would have to pay 15 cents per copy to use the copy machine. I also learned that the managers get commission for renting the offices and have an incentive to mislead.

Regus health & safety issues

In July 2016, a double-glazed window blew in our office. The inner glaze shattered which Regus subsequently attempted to clear.

Their attempt consistent of smashing out the main glass but left huge pieces of glass around the frame which continued to fall into the office until earlier this month (October 2017) when they decided a few stripes of ducktape would help. I have attached images of the window frame with loose glass.

I have complained to Regus on a number of occasions but they have completed ignored me until a few months ago when I threatened legal action. This resulted in their late attempt to ducktape over the issue with no guarantees or timeframes of when the window will be replaced.

Recently I conducted a private health and safety report which shows that Regus are in violation of no more than 6 regulations:

• Health & Safety at Work etc. Act 1974.
• Management of Health & Safety at Work Regulations 1999.
• Construction Design & Management Regulations 2015.
• Workplace Health, Safety & Welfare Regulations 1992.
• Work at Height Regulations 2005.
• Occupiers Liability Act 1984.

I have regularly asked Regus to provide a safe office for my staff but have been ignored every time, even after I submitted the Health & Safety report to them.

As this matter has gone on for so long now, I have attempted to resolve it amicably but existing our contract early and leaving Regus to sort the office at the will. Regus has refused to agree to this saying 'you are legally contracted' and have never tried to negotiate with us or offer us any form of compensation.

I have spoken to the Centre Manager, Regional Manager and Regional Director about this issue and none of them provide me with updates on the situation unless I pushed. None of them has the authority to action my proposal and none of them have provided me with a contact who could action my proposal and has the authority to discuss and negotiate on the matter.

Regus have shown no respect, courtesy or professionalism on this matter which leaves me paying for office space that is not suitable for tenants as per the Health & Safety regulations described above.

Their approach to this is completely driven by money. When the incident originally occurred, I was told it could be a while as it will cost over £10, 000 to replace. This is disgusting behaviour from a global provider who supposedly prides themselves on the services they provide.

Regus virtual office

This has been escalated as original people who signed us up and subsequent staff who looked after us (business ac/profile) have all left your company ominous sign hmmmm, now we have been threatened by a 3rd party debt collector from the UK who we know nothing about and no proper introduction or notice that this random unsolicited email was sent to our accounts inbox about monies owing in the hundreds which is unacceptable.

Our original contract was for Virtual Office $40 incl GST per month which we have deposited and paid given the BSB/Swift codes provided right in the beginning every month. Question now is where has our payments gone? who is responsible for overseeing our affairs. Situation now is we have mail which needs to be uplifted but correct us if we are wrong we have been turned away. At this stage we just need the 430 Little Collins St, MELBOURNE office to release our mail as important correspondence has been sent to their queue.

If you could respond at the earliest as a matter of urgency.

Regus I am not happy about regis and whom they rent an office too

Our company is based in hull but not happy with probation been on the 3rd floor.There is no sign in policy to protect me or my company therefore there is no record of whom.is entering the building.There is many an in savoury character entering the premises to attend their appointments and having to share a lift or be in the same vicinity is vile.There is also a male present in the offices and he has been sleeping there..urinating in bottles and even the x area manager had to have private words as his hygiene was disgusting!.Then I booked the Sutton room bit upon my interview of an prospective employee this person had used my interview which stank of urine and sweat also he left stains on the chairs this is disgraceful and embarrassing for our company this we cannot tolerate as nothing has been done.I am unhappy with the whole situations this has caused us a lot of stress as a new business.

Regus complainants joint action. I believe Regus are company which operate using immoral, unethical, unreasonable, bullying, black mailing fraudulent practises! I commented a few days ago on trust pilot and here is my initial review;

"DO NOT USE REGUS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. They are lying thieving bullies, they con people in to signing contractual agreements under false statement of facts using misrepresentation and false promises. They blackmail people in to signing unconscionable contractual agreement's under duress.

They then gang up on you when you try to defend your position and blackmail you even more with threats to get debt agencies to collect money you do not owe them they have already been paid. I am boycotting Regus."

I have since read a lot of other peoples comments, some reviewers are basically experiencing the exact same treatment as me. I have told them I am brining a legal case against them and have been calling round solicitors myself to try get my case to court.

One person mentioned on their review putting together a joint legal case and I think this is a great idea. I have therefore set up an email address for anyone else interested in pursuing their claims in a joint claim with me and others. The email address is;

Regus deposit refund not received Regus Mozambique A/C 7929865

Hi
My name is Mark Dougal and I am the Group Treasury Manager of Orion Group and International Recruitment Agency. Orion used Regus office in Mozambique last year and stopped using the office in December 2016. As per the contract our deposit of MZT 75, 400 we due to be refunded in March 2017.

The refund was never paid and when I contacted Regus Mozambique in May I was advise the I required to send a form detailing the bank details. I send the required information in June and was advised it would be processed shortly.

After a few weeks and still no refund I chased up and was advised by Maputo.[protected]@regus.com that the refund would be processed within two weeks.

Since then I have been emailing every week and lately I have been phoning everyday but I keep being told they will call me back but they never do.

As you can appreciate this is very very frustrating and a waste of my time when all I require is Regus to honour their refund due.

Please deal with this as quickly as possible.

Regus office space and internet access with static ip

.Riga's, your facilities and infrastructures are wonderful, but we had a untrained operations manager who does not understand Riga's systems . We needed help from upper management.

Here are a few examples for your objective evaluation:

Example NO 1 : - Riga's lost our retainer threatened to cut services daily, although acknowledging their error . I spent my time d provided every check stub and credit card. Finally, Riga's agreed that Riga's had made a $2, 842.00 error and "lost" my retainer Customer service told me, in writing, twice that my retainer has been credited. Yet I get dunning letters threatening my services will be turned off in 24 hours. Riga's states it does not have the ability to stop the dunning letters and issue a correct accounting – that I should just ignore the emails and risk to my business of services being cut off in 24 hours.

Example NO. 2 Riga's operations manger provide us with the standard static IP address an will not follow critical Riga's policies . Your operations manager actually stated she. Could not provide a l static IP address on the first day of our one year lease because that violates Riga's policies . (What policies could this possibly violate? It is on the Riga's service menu for a $39.00 charger)

Many businesses need a static IP address to set up a server and internal to which their employees need access. This is standard; it is on your menu of services.
I understand this standard process goes smoothly at other Riga's locations, and questions the onside operations managers cant answer are referred to IT with a 24 hour turnaround to meet business needs.
However, the operations manager at the Merchandise Mart decided to keep bullying us sending instructions on how to register our computers on the open Internet, and stated she would not give us the STATIC IP on the first of the month
When I asked if the operations manager understood how a router worked to explain what we needed, your operations manager, instead of consulting upper management, sent email referencing the anti-harassment policy and stating I was making fun of her.

Example NO 3: - operations manager vindictively telling us to leave on 24 hours notice without consulting lease, polices or upper management Rather than assisting us with our IP, your operations manager unilaterally stated that, since I was entering into a new lease for more space, I could invoke the money back guarantee and be out by the second day of the month. Riga's, your guarantee splashed all over website gives us seven days. Your operations managers insistence we invoke it and be out in two days is a spiteful breach of contract, and bullying.
Is there no oversight of staff at the Merchandise Mart, or training or support so tenants like me that want to pay your $40, 000 a year do not leave in frustration?

Example No. 4 Riga's in novices are "due on receipt" to make sure tenants cannot review their variable charges prior to paying them, and in but in my case every month the invoice reflected large random amounts due - usually thousands of dollars of payments Riga's could not match. I had was under a lot of stress deciding if should I give Riga's more money to avoid having services terminated, or spend hours on the phone with customer service and disrupt my business. Each month I was then charged a $139 t0 $184.00 every month late fee as I tried to get a correct invoice amount and took precious irrecoverable time from my business.

Regus being overcharged

Signed a one year lease with Regus offices in Lake Mary Florida in May 2017. I opted out of kitchen services because I do not ever use the office. It is only used as an address for my company so it isn't being ran from my home. Every month I have been charged for kitchen services that I was assured we would not be charged for. I emailed Megan Acosta about this and she assured me it would be rectified. When she didn't correct it I went to Kenneth Orloff who once again assured me it would be rectified and my money refunded. Kenneth sent me an email on Aug 8 2017 telling me he would have an answer for me the next day on when I'd get my refund. Well the next day came and went with no call from Kenneth. I emailed him and again no response from him. The unprofessionalism that this company shows and its complete lack of customer services astounds me. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
