Regsoft.com, slow fulfillment, poor customer service i needed a sql pretty - printer and i needed one fast. I found sql pretty printer made by gudu software. I checked it out, and the product seemed to do what i needed to do, but the demo version was crippled and it would only convert 50 lines at a time (I've got thousands that need to be cleaned and analyzed) . So i ordered the registered version through regsoft.com and submitted payment info using paypal. Within a couple of minutes i got a email message from paypal indicating that payment had been made. But an registration info from regsoft. After waiting for about 40 minutes, i called regsoft and was on hold for another 15 minutes. When someone finally answered the phone, i was told that it could take up to four hours for the credit card info to be processed. I explained that the order was made through paypal and that i had already received notice that the charge had been processed. I said that all i needed was the registration key. The customer service individual indicated that the process was "automatic" and there was nothing that could be done to locate my registration key. Please note that nowhere on their site does it indicate that fulfillment can take up to four hours! Had i known, i'd certainly considered buying another product and may do just that and cancel this order if it doesn't show up shortly.

I recently bough a piece of software and was really happy with what I got. The transaction went smooth and I thought everything was fine. Well, last night I noticed a charge on my credit card from a company called Shopping Essentials. I contacted them and they said they got approval from a company called Digital River. A little internet research shows them to be the parent company of Regsoft.com and they are the company that handled the purchase of the software I bought. I did not sign up for anything and I am very diligent when it comes to my purchases and there was nothing on their site about Shopping Essentials.

BEWARE of any company that uses RegSoft.com as their shopping cart.

I submitted an order with Regsoft and I am still waiting more than 1 year later with no registration number, not even a response email from them. Well now it's time ask the FBI etc to investigate these racketeers and scamsters. They take your money, and refuse to cough up the goods. Emm.. now isn't that theft? Watch out Regsoft for the knock on the door from law enforcement...no more messin about.

I asked for my money back on a program that didn't work. I e-mailed them and they had everything about me that was needed to get my refund except an order number that I never recieved. They took my money quick enough though.

Regsoft is absolutely useless and a crap company; I have had the same problem; I did not get my registration number for the software I had purchased.

They should be closed down immediately!

O firma de toata frumusetea. Nu face 2 bani. Am cumparat de la ei niste fisiere vector. Au trecut pana acuma 10 ore si inca nu am primit link-ul de download (cica la ei pe site se spune: instant download). Aiurea. Nu exista asa ceva. Un sfat prietenesc de la un internaut autohton... NU CUMPARATI PRIN REGSOFT.COM sau . NET.

I ordered a registry key for MTA OE BAckup through RegSoft 3 full days ago; received their first automated response saying what to expect and then notice that my payment had been approved, with a link to a receipt. The automated response said that my order should be delivered within 12 hours, and if the order was placed on a weekend, to wait one full business day before doing anything. Well, TWO full business days plus a weekend have gone by, and nothing--oh, but they charged my credit card quickly enough! I emailed the link in their emails that were supposed to send messages to the vendor, and all emails bounce back with a failure notice--no matter which email I try for MTA-soft, I get a failure notice and bounce-back. I've sent repeated emails to REgSoft telling them this, telling them that I've received nothing, telling them that I want to cancel the order and have the payment refunded--silence. I contacted my credit card company today and filed a dispute against them. I think MTA-soft has gone tits-up, which makes it doubly fraudulent that REgSoft is still collecting money on their behalf, as far as I'm concerned.

its been 2 days already and still no email from regsoft if my purchase was accepted/declined. ive emailed their customer support twice already and i just got the same auto-generated email (w/c didnt answer my questions).

it says in my order status that i should not submit another order to avoid duplication cause my order is still unprocessed. Now i dont know if i should re-order, cancel my order, or wait for my order to be accepted/declined. Its like wait... wait... wait... and not have any idea what is happening with my order.

are all emails answered by auto-replies... very bad cutomer service...

REGSOFT SUCKS! AND SO DOES AEAR SOFT. ITS BEEN TWO WEEKS! I HATE THESE COMPANIES WITH A PASSION NOW. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND STAYING AWAY FROM REGSOFT AND THEIR "MERCHANTS"... F'ING GARBAGE!

Just purchased yesterday through Regsoft - still no key today for my three softwares - email them this morning - never heard back from them - more and more complaints are poping up now about REgsoft not delivering - this is the net 4hrs is rediculous for anyone on the net to deliver digital wares. Let alone what in my case, now past 24hrs - i've heard others over 8 days and more to get their products.

Personally i'm filling a complaint to the BBB and anyone else i can find - There is no excuse for non delivery or not contacting the customer after submitting an order.

If it was automatic - the wares would be instantly delivered like everyone else waht ever system they are using does not work and is doing nothing but pissing off the customers and the merchants they handle warez for

BTW - I undersatnd one of the softwares i purchaced may even have a new update version by the time i actually recieve it from Regsoft.

I was just notified by my credit card company of suspicious charges. Of the two transactions that were flagged, one was valid and the other was not. The charge was for $220.75 from DRI Regsoft.com. I did not purchase ANYTHING from this company, so I disputed the charge, and the credit card company removed the charge and closed my credit card account. Beware if you receive a charge from this company!
