TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
We would like to bring to your attention the false and misleading advertising practise conducted by Register Tapes Unlimited also known as RTUI
Please be aware of the following:
The sales people are quite shady and fast talkers making false and misleading promises to advertisers namely the following:

“SAFEWAY ADVERTS WILL GIVE YOU AN EXPOSURE TO APPROXIMATELY 1, 000, 000 CONSUMERS”
The above statement is repeatedly made by their sales people, and the numbers they state are in the hundreds of thousands which is completely untrue, false and misleading.
RTUI OR REGISTER TAPES UNLIMITED IS NOT REGISTERED TO CONDUCT BUSINESS LEGALLY IN
BRITISH COLUMBIA OR ANYWHERE IN CANADA. THEY DO NOT HAVE A BRANCH OFFICE IN BRITISH COLUMBIA OR ANYWHERE IN CANADA

THEY ARE OPERATING ILLEGALLY IN BRITISH COLUMBIA AND ARE CURRENTLY UNDER INVESTIGATION

IF YOU ADVERTISE WITH THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED AND YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO CANCEL THEIR CONTRACT. THIS IS AGAINST THE LAW IN BRITISH COLUMBIA

Contracts state that you cannot take them to court unless you go to Texas. This is against the law

I work for RTUI and Cartvertising. I have worked here since 2008 and we try our best to honor all commitments under our contract. We do everything we can to provide the service our clients purchase. We usually return calls or reply to emails within one business day. Can things go wrong? Of course. But I assure you that we do have a customer service team and we will do everything we can to help answer your questions and address your concerns.
