I have applied for the Passport of my Daughter (Ananya Vallurupalli) on 26 th of May 2008 File Reference Number C011698. (Passport Number H0070708(As given in Adalath))
For about 40 - 50 days the status was displayed as " It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time "..The police enquiry was done and a fort night after that the status displayed that the "Police Report is Clear and Passport will be dispatched " In between these two months we have visited Adalath a couple of times and were asked to come only after 60 days.

Then on 23rd of July When my Father in Law appeared at Adalath it was said that the passport will be dispatched in a weeks time. Then the Status displayed " Passport has been granted and is expected to be despatched by 15-08-2008. Subject to all documents being in order."

On 30th Adalath they Confirmed that the Passport is Granted and also gave Passport Number H0070708.

Then on 6th Aug adalath it was said that " Passport Books were out of Stock ".

Then again on 13th Aug Adalath the same answer is repeated..When remainded that the answer was same a week earlier.." Books will come n Run of stock u have to wait..Now leave.." is the Answer..
The Status is updated on 18th Aug and still showed " Passport has been granted and is expected to be despatched by 15-08-2008. Subject to all documents being in order." until 20 th evening.

On 20 th Aug when my Father in law appeared to the Adalath, after all the waiting it was said that only Parents should come for Adalath on Infants behalf, and when he told remainded them that it was him who is coming to Adalath for the past few weeks..and there was no objection from them then..They replied curtly the rules changed this week..I cann't understand whether if it is mockery or are they serious..!.Then I have to came to adalath with my 5 months baby from L.B.Nagar, then they again said it will be dispatched in 2 days.

But on top of all this when I came back home and saw the Status Message to my horror it displays " It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time " that was the same message which displayed for 40-50 days in the starting...
with the same Updated date 18 th Aaug 2008, Till morning it displayed Pasport is Granted and now no Change in Updated Date but the message changes..
They say at Adalath that Books were out of stock and still we see many books getting Dispatched every day for the Tatkaal Applicants..My in laws didn't know about Tatkaal and with out my knowledge, on advice of the Agent they have applied it in normal process .

Sir,
I am ready to apply for the Tatkaal now, can I do that ?Now as the passport is granted and only the dispatch is pending I'll pay up the money for Tatkaal if needed in the counter, if it can deliver me the passport Immediately..
I need to join my Husband as he is missing his baby and we have other issues which are effecting our carrers and Life.Kindly see what can be done as it was nearing 90 days since I applied for passport and more than 3 weeks since they said the passport was granted and gave us the Passport Number..

I compleats my all verifications (police verivication ), In The Pass Port Office "they says that your police report not reached from SP Office, Nalgonda".then I consult in SP Office.In The SP Office, they said that we are alrady sent your file to pass port office on 17 july.2008.
I dont know how many days it will takes.some body says that actual time for PCC is only 7 days.but in my case above 40 days. & more...!
Sir before i applied for this PCC i visited SUDAN Country on VISIT VISA.Pass Port having a valid visa till date.

First of all i would like Appreciate the way you are dealing with the people issues.

This is with ref to my File no : Z604332-07

My greviance is, I applied for my passport on Mar-07. The police verification was done with in 15 days of my application. I am a resident of Chirala (situated in Prakasam Dt.). When the verication is done i was there in my house and followed the procedure required. I am a Correspondance student of MBA with Skkim Manipat University, I used to travell HYD frequently for my exams and weekly classes. Becuse of this the police who has verified mistakenly forwarded my application to passport office by mentioning that I am not staying in the said address. But i am resident of said address from my cahild hood onwards.

The Regional Passport people sent a letter to me saying that you havent mentioned your current address and asked me to respond with a month. But later i moved myself to Bangalore for my job and staying there itself from more than one year. I didnt get a chance to meet the passport people because of my busy schedules.

Can you please suggest me, how do i approach the passport people and get my passport done.
