I have applied for my passport (now 4 months old) on May 22/07/2010 in tirupati passport office and police enquiry has been done . however i didn't recieve any updates on this till date.When i check the status from site a short messege coming "It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time" . could you please enquire on the same and do the needful. below are the application details:

I have submitted my passport aplication No.Z510043 IN THE MONTH OF Aug 2010 at Guntur Passport office and Police verification is also over. But i received a latter saying that with this file no some other person is existing please refer to the place where you applied the passport.

I completely agree with the other people about the pathetic service offered by passport office representatives from hyderabad.

The agents outside the office are getting the work done by taking money from the clients and paying the same "half the amount" under the table to the officers incharge inside the office.

This system needs to be changed and a revolutionary measure should be adopted inorder to nab these greedy people and put them behind bars.

I wonder, are there any honest officers available on earth. Its very sad to see Hyderabad name displayed under negative blogs/forums/posts. I am proud to be borm and broughtup from Hyderabad but feel ashamed on the people who are making Hyderabad a cheap place.

Police authorities have given their clearance on 07/04/2010 itself..However till date we have not received the passeport..On observing the status in your site which reads as "contac RPO for status" i visited your office and met RPO. He confirmed the clearance of police and assured that my sons passport shall be issued within a weeks time..However sir, till date we have not received the same..since my son is a classical singer and expecting an invitation from singapore telugu academy to participate in their concert, i request you to kindly look into the matter and see that my sons passport is issued urgently..

I have obtained my passport from Hyderabad office vide file NO.7/26353/89 and got it renewed vide file No.7/098727/91 and obtained the passportNo.L-261707 Dated 9.4.1992.

The passport was given for renewal to Vizag office Vide application NO.VSP-E009022-07 Dated 16.11.2007.Police enquiry was conducted and all the required information was furnished.

I have not received any passport till end March-2009.Ihave personally enquired in the passport office of Vizag and surprised to know that the case was closed 0n 26.03.09 due to the following reasons.

1. Hyderabad passport office has not responded for the closure of pass port issued vide. File No.7/26353/89 before the issue of passport L-261707 Dated 9.4.1992.

2. There is no follow up from my side for two years hence the case was closed.

Met the office super indent personally and informed the whole history and advised me to apply fresh to obtain passport immediately. Due to my urgent official need I have applied in Tatkal and submitted all the required documents in person to the passport office Vide file No.VSP-E010095-09 Dated 27.11.2009.after three days of my waiting at pass port office I was called by the passport officer and informed the same old reason for issuing me the passport. Advised me contact Hyderabad office for the information sought by them as they are not getting in spite repeated follow up.

Sir, being a responsible executive and as a citizen staying at Kakinada from 1986 I have several opportunities to visit abroad on job assignments. For none of my fault I have been suffering and in justice is happened to me.

Kindly go through my case and send the information to Vizag office and arrange me to issue the passport immediately. My profile is enclosed for your kind reference.

a sincere request to all the people who posted their complaints here. all what you're saying or requesting is falling on deaf ears. no one will ever take up the responsibility of handing over the passport to their respective owner on time. why would they? do they care about other's time? no, absolutely not. The office is run by a bunch of mug heads and idiots who do not respect people's value for time. The most disgusting reality is that no one knows how to guide a person who's taking up the task all by himself for the first time. Every single man inside and outside the office are suckers for money. they are not concerned with who you are, and how far you have traveled to get your passport work done. All they know is how to drive people nuts, insult and humiliate them.
It's high time the government arrives on a proper decision to stop this confusion. and also teach some humanity to the police force kept outside for managing things. They are rude, ruthless, awful and atrocious. adjectives would be less to define their character.
people stay awake all night staying in the queue waiting for their turn, and all they get is nothing...
just 160 tokens a day? this is the only reason why our country is still being tagged as 'developing'.

sir, I, Mohd.Jahangir miya applied for the renewal of passport in the month of October, 2009. your website showing that reports are clear and your passport will be dispatched in a week of time this message is showing since3months . I have given written representation to DPO (deputy passport office) on 10th march 2010. still there is no response, again gave an written representation to assistant DPO Mr.Gopal even though there is no response. I request passport authorities to go into the matter and rectify the problem and dispatch my passport as early as possible. My file no : E005878. I had applied for a passport in October, 2009 at the Regional passport office in Secunderabad. The file number is W23349509. The police verification was carried out immediately and website of Hyderabad Police Website is showing the Verification Report “Clear” and the date of dispatch to R.P.O. is 16th November 2009. Further, on the mobile service of R.P.O. is also saying that “Passport Number is allotted, Passport Preparation underway and it will be dispatched shortly”. But for the past two-and-half months, I have not yet received my passport. Meanwhile, the status on their website says for last two months: “due to unavoidable circumstances, the dispatch of passport has been delayed and will now be dispatched in a week’s time.” The same message has been on the screen for more than two months. I have also sent a mail in this regard to the R.P.O. to 'grvhyd@nic.in' but the mail could not be delivered. Also I tried the phone number of Hyderabad RPO but it never works. I hereby request the competent authorities to release my passport immediately.

Police enquiry already completed. The Hyderabad city police PVC dept
SB police dept gave PCC and forwarded it to your office vide their SB
no= RSM 56970, out ward no=2159 sl no=46 dated 29-9-09. I obtained
print out of dispatch from the PVC SB branch HYD. The same is reported
to have been received by your office.
The validity of my kuwait employment visa is about to expire, please

Sir, I have applied for passport in the month of september, 2008. During the time of verification I was in pune due to relocation in the job. I got a letter from passport asking me to submit PP form.
So, I submitted PP form in the month of January, 2009 and I gave Pune's present address and permanent address is Hyderabad.
Till now I didn't receive the passport and even I dont know the status of my passport.
Please let me know will there be police verification again, if so where will it be done Pune or Hyderabad.

I, Anirban Bhattacharyya, applied for a fresh Passport on 01/06/2009 through e-seva with No-HYDH00029909 and after that 40 days lapsed-I am never get any information regarding the status of the application.
The phone no as in RPO website are ringed eternally but no body lift and the CISF people are in RPO gate think that all people are use-less or sometimes as animals.

My wife has submitted passport to add my name in last month 13th Jan 2008, still the status is showing as "Police report has not been received". It's already passed one month.
