Regency Furniture Distributing Refund

Regency furniture has rubbed me.

they do not want to refund 2000.00 dollars i Paid when they violated their contract with me . they failed to deliver a furniture i bought from them and i called and cancelled the order and i was told they cannot give my money back.

i walked in to the store and the Store manager named Angela promised returning 1200.00 out of the 2000.00 but when i came to claim the 1200.00 another store manager refused to and told me that Angela does not longer work with regency and he will now take 1900.00 and give me 100 dollars which was not the original plan . I called the Angela , the manager who promised returning 1200.00 and she confirmed but the present store manager out rightly refused to return my money back.

1. Manager lied that Angela is no longer with the agency when she is in another branch because Marlo and regency had merged.

2. Manger was very unprofessional to me and told me that he will not give me the money back i have nothing to do about it

3. when i gave the manager the phone to talk to Angela he hung up the phone and told me that Angela is off .

The question is what if i did not pay any money and just did the financing? where will they have had the 2000 to be fighting me with?

to conclude , i will like to have my 2000.00 back or worse case scenario ,the 1200 that Angela, the manager promised giving me back .

Regency Furniture Distributing Terrible & racially charged customer experience

VERY LONG POST. But please bear with me.

I hope everyone has had a wonderful holiday weekend. This post is about a Terrible and overtly Racist experience I had "Black Friday" shopping at Regency Furniture 's Brandywine/Waldorf location Regency Furniture at 7900 Cedarville Rd, Brandywine, MD,20613.

The primary perpetrators being General Manager Angela "Jones" (Gave Fake last name), General Manager Joe "Brown" (Gave Fake last name) and alleged associate Hassan "Barry" "Stewart" (Gave Fake first & last name). Their store has a 1.5/5 star online rating across 80 reviews and I now know this is with good reason.

Yesterday, Saturday 11/26/22, I walked into the Regency Brandywine location at approximately 4pm. I was greeted by a very polite young lady with a pixie cut by the name of "Angel". She guided me to the dining room tables located on the immediate left of the warehouse. Where I explored the 'world's largest furniture outlet's dining section and stumbled across a grey table, with 4 chairs and a bench listed with a purchase now sticker of $869.99. The price seemed great so I facetimed my sisters and God Mother (who used to live in Waldorf) to make sure the aesthetic of the table aligned with what I felt was a great "Black Friday Weekend" price.

While the table was given a green light based on looks, I was advised by my God Mother that whatever I saw at Regency I could find at the other local shops in the same section of Waldorf for cheaper. So, I took pictures of the dinning pieces that most piqued my interest and went on to explore other nearby furniture venues as I was advised. About 2 hours later, after doing my due diligence comparing prices with neighboring competitors. I drove back to Regency. I found Angel once again. Who had been very polite and welcoming during my first visit and advised her I was ready to purchase. She walked with me to the grey table, with 4 chairs and a bench listed with a purchase now sticker of $869.99 and I confirmed this was the set I would like to purchase. I asked, "Does this price include the chairs and bench as the stickers lists them?". She confirmed yes that the sticker price was for all items as listed.

At that point I assume she went to the back to begin my invoice and to confirm the item was in fact in stock. She returned shortly after, stating they had the set, but the code on the sticker was not matching the code in the system for the set in question. She stated the sticker was for another grey table set with 4 chair and a bench but not the one it had been attached to.

I informed her, I understood, but I spent 2 hours driving around comparing prices and returned to Regency Only because this set was on their floor and listed for the price $869.99. So I would appreciate it if they honored the price they had advertised.

Angel said she would speak to her manager(s) and get back to me. So we walked to the front of the store where the three "supervisors" were seated. They informed Angel they would Not honor the sticker price and the best they could do is sell the set for $1,150 and not the $869.99 listed on the sticker.

At this time I asked if it was possible to speak to her supervisor(s) directly. Angel escorted me to their desk, and this is where I met spoke with the 1st General manger: a White woman between ages 35-45 who would later be identified as Angela.

Angela reaffirmed they would not honor the price listed on the set and that there was nothing they could do. After asking a second time if there was any way they could honor their advertised price, which she again declined. I requested a business card so that I could follow up to file a formal complaint.

Angela stated no one in the store had business cards or were ever issued them and then coerced a passing-by direct report into verbally corroborating her bold face lie. As I was looking directly at an orange/red Regency furniture Business card for another associate laying on the very front desk our exchange was taking place on.

But after realizing the type of individual(s) I was dealing with, I obliged the lie and requested a sticky note with her information for my complaint. She advised their store did not have sticky notes or note pads. Obliging another lie and attempt at avoiding accountability. I requested if could I please have a name and title to write in my phone for the complaint.

She advised she was the general manager along with the gentleman to her right. 2nd General Manager: a White man between the ages of 37-47 who would later be identified as Joe. But that they would not provide me any further information than that, including employee ID #s, their supervisor's contact information or last names.

At this time Joe the self-affirmed 2nd General Manager got up from behind his desk and began yelling to a point where he was red in the face. His first words to me being: I am a liar and thief and that I had switched the price tags myself (price tags - that were attached to the set via Zip-tie on the furniture set). During his rant pulling price tags off of nearby furniture sets and waving them in my face. An act of devoid of maturity I can only assume was to goad me into a equally hostile or violent response based on what took place next.

I informed Joe that he was being belligerent and I would no longer engage with him. I then immediately turned my back to him (as he was no longer seated behind the desk during whatever episode he was deciding to have) and continued to engage with 1st General Manger Angela. Angela affirmed again they would not be doing anything to rectify this situation and would not be providing Employee ID #s or last names. At this time the 3rd individual behind the desk: a White-passing adult male of Middle Eastern or South-Asian decent between the ages of 55-65 who would later be identified as "Barry" told me he would be calling the police and I could leave tonight in the back of a cop car and "who knows what might happen then". Insidiously suggesting that because I asked them to honor the sticker price, they or their associates placed on the furniture set I was attempting to buy. They would weaponize the police against me as a Black male and intentionally hope to jeopardize my persons or life.

At this time with at least 3 Black employees witnessing what was patently an attempt at weaponizing the Prince George's County Police Department police. “Barry” called in to the Distrcit 5 office and stated “I was attempting to steal a table set by intentionally swapping price tags, verbally harassing employees, that I was behind the front desk and threatening him and other associates, that I was also harassing and threatening other customers” at this time I began to record his phone call in an effort to protect myself. While the video misses the brunt of his fraudulent accusations. You can see the other Black employees visibly uncomfortable with the reckless and dangerous actions he was taking.

But confident in the evidence on my phone and the cameras located all over the warehouse and store lobby that would

1) irrefutably prove that I had never once touched the price tag on the table set

2) That I had been nothing but calm, cordial and respectful to any and all parties involved

I did not scurry away as they had hoped by dog whistling police to the location. But instead sat and patiently waited for their arrival. Over an hour passed and police never arrived, probably because they were aware of the insidious intentions behind the call and were genuinely busy doing more important things. During the wait the self - identified managers after realizing I was not going to scurry off at the mention of police. Provided me obviously fake names so that I would leave. Identifying themselves as General Manager Angela "Jones" (Gave Fake last name), General Manager Joe "Brown" (Gave Fake last name) and alleged associate Hassan "Barry" "Stewart" (Gave Fake first & last name)*Barry had to give his real name during the police call and that is how I was able to make out his name was Hassan* * I cross referenced this with the employee schedule also located in plain view on the front desk to determine veracity of first names*.

If you indulged this essay so far. You’re probably wondering what is the point and what do I want to see from this? My primary issue is the absolute lack of maturity of any adult in that room employed by Regency. If even a Modicum of Maturity existed to be shared between the 3 representatives I spoke to. I would’ve amicably looked to work towards middle ground and completed the purchase. But instead, I was met with hostility, disrespect, insidious threats, and a disgusting attempt to wield racism as a weapon against me for requesting an established business in a majority Black County to not knowingly violate:

People like this will go as far as you let them. If the police had shown up and the individual they met wasn’t as calm or articulate as me, what could have happened? There is no doubt in my mind they treat customers, employees and people they come across in everyday life similarly and I want them to be held accountable for that. So, please help me hold them accountable, its not about a table, its about human decency and businesses without it should not be allowed to thrive in our communities.

It's madness that anyone wish death on someone over a "25% coupon" or $208 discount.

Desired outcome: Angela, Joe & Barry should receive Racial sensitivity training and Servent Leadership training or ousted from their postions with the organization.

Regency Furniture Distributing Wrong furniture and manger refuse fits it or refund my money

on 2July 2022 salesman Joshua Household sold me my wife we pick out but the furniture came on 30 August 2022 and it was the wrong furniture so we sent it back and so we to see the store manager we would not change the furniture for what we order we are being held hostage over the salesman fought the manger was very respectful to I and my wife it was so bad when we ask for a refund he told us to get out of store and he called the police on us I paid cash for my furniture and refuse to make it right give me a refund is this america when the customer is right.

Regency Furniture Distributing Still waiting for my bed railings to be delivered. It’s been 3 weeks since original delivery.

Ordered a bedroom set from Mechanicsburg store on Jan 29, 2022.

Delivery was 3 weeks ago.

Bed railings to the bed were the wrong color.

Supposed to be delivered the following Saturday

Cancelled due to some system going down.

Been in contact with the Mechanicsburg store, Rhonda and Shannon.

Finally spoke to a sales manager today

Promised a district Manager call me by 6 pm tonight.

When you read the brochure under Customer Service & Delivery Service

I’m not feeling any superior customer service from the warehouse or any management figure at this time.

A manager should have contacted me over a week ago.

If it weren’t for Rhonda, I would have returned my purchase

Desired outcome: I want the bed railings & a monetary compensation. This whole experience has been very stressful.

Regency Furniture Distributing No received item but charged

Don't buy here, they scam you. I don't even want to give a star. I ordered since December 2020 and had to wait for back order. February 2021 they delivered to my house. After they set up them in my bedroom and signed name on the paper. I found out that they missing 1 extra night stand that i order. I placed order for bedroom set with 1 night stand + 1 extra night stand. After i noticed it missing about 30 minutes later i called them. They seem tried to help but no, nothing happen...no email, no phone call and no refund. I called them 6 times in 2 months and the last called was the lady told me they cannot give a refund and no get item because on the receipt i already signed my name on it. The total money i paid for $2020. I asked only $270 for the missing night stand back and they refused. This is really bad experience buying from them...Regency Furniture online. I will never be a customer at this place any more. And just want to warn all of you. If there is a mistake, they are not willing to help you. You already paid so you lose the money and no item.

Regency Furniture Distributing furniture/over charged, refused to adjust

Purchased furniture, they added charges (random furniture) to my bill, the old manager (who disappeared and never returned to the store) admitted it was incorrect, I was told it was going to be fixed, never was then I get told by the new female manager (Shaun?..) "yeah, they priced it wrong but there's nothin Imma do, and I can't make a copy of your receipt, oh well...sorry".

At this point, I am beyond livid at the lack of customer service (rude/ unprofessionalism) in which admittedly expressing that the invoice is wrong but refuses to adjust it for the items I ACTUALLY PURCHASED. STEALING MY MONEY and financing for the incorrect amount totaling to hundreds of dollars.

-not to mention folks, thoroughly check the items if one decides to purchase. They sell secret trash items and hike up the prices and flaunt "GOING OUT OF BUSINESS/85% OFF SALE"-knowing good and well it's defected. Lost a customer and referrals!

Regency Furniture Distributing furniture

E Z Khan and a salesperson Bankhead, lied to my Mother and I regarding the availability of bedroom furniture purchased. We has a delivery commitment of 05/28 and found out on 05/28 the furniture was not available and we were lied to! The bedroom furniture will not be available until August! Mr. E Z and Ms. Bankhead both knew that my 84 year old Mother did not a have a bes and we were moving on the 28th and she needed a bed. We could have chosen a different set that was available for delivery on the 28th. Yet, the two chose to conspire and deceive us for a sale... now they have lost is as loyal Customers (we have purchased with your location many times before). Corporate has been rude and defensive of this unprofessional behavior and deceitful practices. They disrespected my Mother and her money!

Same thing happened to me around the same dates...except when they delivered they didn't want to put it together...the delivery guys were scary and intimidating after a couple a weeks (2) the whole bedframe collapsed the wood was totally rotten I took pieces of the frame to the store and the manager agreed this shouldn't of happened he pulled my account gave me the re # and a number to contact regency furniture. I spoke with a Kandace Chapman I explained my issue, she asked me to send pictures and I did. Which you could clearly see all the damages from the dry rot. She told me they would review and call me at the end of the week...I haven't received a call or follow up...so I called for over a month before I reached Kandace again this time she was very rude and unprofessional she told me she wasn't replacing anything and hung up on me. So I call synchrony bank to let them know what I was going through they stopped all payments until the issue was handled I sent them the same photos. A Month later I came home found a big box with two side rails...I thought we were getting somewhere. She never sent the footboard which is essential to the siderails, the bedroom set I ordered have drawers that are on the bedframe, so without the footboard I can't attach siderails or put my drawers in. and I've been going through this since late September early October of 2022.

Regency Furniture Distributing living room set

I ordered my set back on 4/1/19, It is now 6/10/19 and I received a call that my window for delivery has been added 2hr to it. At first it was from 10am-2pm, now it is from 10am- 4pm. Who in there right minds would want to order from this company. I have waited over 2 and a half months for a vendor that is locale within my area, which is in Waldorf, MD. I have went in and spoke with the manager and he is just nonchalant as he wants to be. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ordering from here. My whole day has been wasted due to this company. Keeping customers a priority is not within this company. I am unable to find corporate number so therefore I will be writing reviews in all places I can.

Regency Furniture Distributing sectional

I would not recommend you to buy their furnitures from them and Ashley's. They were not promising us on delivery to be on time. I purchased sectional and two beds in June 2018. The whole furniture finally arrived on Sept 2018. Now the sectional had three areas where the seams being opened that need to be stitched up. Then the arm to the chaise that connected to sectional is collapsed. I knew something is broken inside. I called because I purchased protection warranty. They said that warranty won't covered these issues. I had to call manufacturer warranty dept to see if they can cover it. The technician came in 3/25 and the guy said these issues are easily to fix. Last week I got call from Regency and said my claim was declined due to customer wear. I was livid because the sectional is not even a year old. I sent an email to top person last week. I got other phone call and had conversations for around 15 mins. They refused to budge or honor my complaint. They refused to make it right with me. I had to write bad review! I could go shopping at Havertys or other places!

Regency Furniture Distributing coils inside of furniture are defective

On June 2016, I purchased a beautiful sectional couch set. The purchase amount was 2, 650. I made my last payment on May 2017. As of today, I've had this furniture for 31 months.

I purchased what I think is beautiful designed furniture, but very poor quality. I notice a change in the comfort after 6 months. After a year the furniture became very uncomfortable. As of today, I can't effectively use the furniture because the coils inside of all cushions are defective. The coils are protruding thru the cushion creating a very noticeably lumps that make it impossible to sit on the furniture. I am very surprised considering the furniture is only used for occasional meetings and is not frequently used.

On November 2018, I went to the Woodbridge Regency Store to Complain. The manager gave me a ticket number #50304. He told me that the manufacture company coils/springs have a warranty of 3 to 4 years. He gave me a phone # 301-782-3800, option 4 to call for customer service.

I made several calls to customer service, but was told to take the cushions back to the store. As instructed, I took one of the cushions to the Woodbridge regency store where I purchased the furniture, so they could feel the coils for themselves. The manager examined the cushions and agreed that they are defective. The manager made the call himself to discuss the defect and possibly get resolution for me. The manager than, so kindly told me that the manufacturer company who made the furniture does not guarantee the springs/ coils inside furniture for more than 1 year.
A typical couch should remain functional at least 5 to 10 years. I am so frustrated because I have this beautiful couch that's not functional to use.

I am very upset, considering the amount I paid for this furniture. This is very bad business. I am attaching a pictures of the beautiful furniture with Defective cushions. On the pictures you can visually see the lumps due to the coils protruding thru the cushions. I'm pretty sure there are more reports about this particular furniture.

Regency Furniture Distributing sectional couch purchase in june 2018

My husband and I have been trying to get our couch serviced for over a month now. We have 1 year manufacturer warranty. Our couch has frame issues, loose arm on chase lounge, staples coming out of bottom of lounge, and a bulge forming in the back. We have spoke with karol nunez who has gave us the run around. She has said there is nobody that can service in our area. She has been rude at times. We have left several messages for ahmad mohammed the manager, and he has not returned our calls. We would like to have a manager give us a call asap.

Regency Furniture Distributing furniture

Timeline of events:
5/21/2018 - PURCHASE
5/25/2018 - Furniture PICKUP
6/19/2018 - 1st phone call to store. Left Voicemail
6/26/2018 - 2nd phone call to store. Left voicemail
7/2/2018 - TODAY

ISSUE:
In less than 30 days our furniture "coating" has approximately 25% peeled off. While we acknowledge and understand that we purchased the furniture "as is", we also were understanding that we would get more than 30 days of value out of our purchase. EVERY piece of furniture is showing EXTREME wear and our carpet is covered DAILY in peelings.

RESOLUTION:
We have been loyal customers of Regency since 2010. In a perfect world, we would be allowed to return this furniture. We understand that our receipt says no returns and no refunds, however our receipt also says that we purchased FURNITURE, not this shedding piece of garbage that we now own. Regency needs to do the right thing and fix this issue. In fact, Regency should want to resolve this. Thank you.

Regency Furniture Distributing couch

My mother has tried to deal with Regency for 4 months after finding a hole in a brand new couch. I understand the corporate policy of: you have 72 hours to report a problem and the furniture will be replaced. I get that. But she is 80. And it did take 3 weeks. But she reported it. Then it took 4 months to get the "part" they wanted to replace. They ordered the wrong one, so it's another 2 -3 months out.

Every time I called and asked for the manager, Mike Boller (if that is in fact, his name) he was mysteriously not there. I have also left 2 of the 4 calls (1 per month) as a message to him to return my call. Not once.

I would suggest, strongly, that if you are elderly: do not buy from Regency. That if for any reason, you cannot inspect your furniture, top to bottom, inside and out, within 72 hours, do not buy from Regency.

And if you think a company should have good or even adequate customer service, do not buy from Regency

Regency Furniture Distributing bedroom items

Just as everyone has said the customer service is horrific. The salesperson I had is not helpful and no longer cares to assist after the purchase. The managers have definitely fail to understand keeping the customer happy and honoring policies.
Purchased expensive beedroom items and when it was delivered an item was broken.
Customer service was notified the same day. Instead of replacing the new item they want to fix it.
Why are u fixing a new item and not replacing it?
I will never recommend a family member or friend to patronize this business. I will never purchase from them again! Stay away!

Regency Furniture Distributing worst customer service

My husband and I purchased 2 over size recliners and a love seat in September 2016. I have had the service guy out several times and he really did not do anything. Both of my recliners the cushions have shifted and now a board is now my arm rest. Also when we got the furniture the chairs they never rocked back and forth. It feels like something with the frame is loose but the service tech said it was normal. It is not normal as it did not do this when we first got them. I told customer service it was not like that when we got it. They kept telling me according to the tech that is due to using the furniture. Furniture is meant to be used. We paid over $2000 for the furniture and the furniture should last more than a year. I am still having issues and we bought a 5 year warranty that when we purchased it would cover anything that happened to it. I contacted the warranty department and I was told that they will not fix my issues. I have on of the recliner on the love seat will not come up when I pull the handle. I know they will not refund me for the purchase. Right now I would like some type of credit. I would like the $170 refunded for the warranty as we were told incorrectly about what the warranty covered. The person who sold us the warranty is no longer employed with the company. I will never use Regency Furniture again and will tell all my friend and family about this very unpleasant experience.

Regency Furniture Distributing product and service

I purchased furniture with you all (invoice 403061 and invoice 403066). The order was delivered on Thursday, October 26, 2017 around 10:20 am. One item in my order was incorrect. I ordered a Queen size King Koil mattress and boxspring. The warehouse gave the delivery guys a Full size King Koil mattress. The Full mattress had a Queen size sticker on it. Someone evidently doesn't know their bed sizes. The delivery guys returned the mattress. I was left with no mattress and was told no one could bring one out to me that day. I took off work for the delivery. The warehouse wanted me to stay home again on Friday for the mattress to be delivered. I was not able to do so. This rude and unprofessional manager named Oscar at warehouse tells the delivery guy in a nasty tone, "Well, if she's not available for the delivery on Friday, she will just have to wait until Monday to get the mattress." I was livid! Oscar was on speaker phone with the delivery guy so I heard everything he said and witnessed his nasty tone. He didn't seem to mind that I heard him talking about me. Then Oscar says he can have someone bring the mattress on Saturday, October 28. I called the Regency store on Friday, October 27 to confirm the delivery and was told by Kim, "Oh no, we don't have a delivery scheduled for you." My brother-in-law had to drive me to the store on Saturday, October 28th in the morning to pick up my mattress. I got to the warehouse. The warehouse worker brought out a mattress. My brother-in-law gets the mattress on his truck. I noticed the plastic looked strange, but I thought maybe the warehouse is just dirty. The warehouse workers were very unpleasant. He snatched the clip board away from me. After all that I should have went with my first instinct and opened the plastic before we pulled off from the warehouse. I would have never though Regency would give me a mattress that was used! Instead, we took the mattress home opened the plastic and to my surprise, you all gave me a filthy disgusting stinky re-packaged used mattress. We had to drive all the way back to the store. Return the dirty used mattress and was finally giving a new mattress (which still had a small dirt stain on it because they plastic was slightly torn on one of the edges. I paid for a brand new mattress that was supposed to come directly from the manufacturer. Not a mattress that had been giving to a customer and they returned it! I have never experienced such unprofessional, rude, dishonest, unsanitary, unhealthy, no dignity or proud in what you give or sell your customers furniture store in my entire life. This is WAY beyond poor customer service. This used dirty mattress exposed both me and my family to possible health risk. The sales man at the Regency store when I made my purchase stressed that mattresses took 14 days to come in because they are made as ordered due to you all not wanting them to sit in the warehouse. Also, due to bed bug risk and other health concerns. Why would your warehouse give ME a re-packaged, dirty, smelly, used mattress. This is disgusting! I paid for a BRAND NEW mattress not USED! I will never shop at Regency Furniture ever again! I am seeking some type of refund for all of the trouble, anger, possible health risk and my time that you all have wasted. This is extremely unacceptable. I have pictures of the dirty mattress and am willing to share them with whomever needs to see them.

What really made this situation so bad was that no one in the warehouse ever apologized. Not the rude manager Oscar or any staff member. The delivery guy was the only person to apologize to me. Everyone else at the warehouse act like I did something wrong. I guess I did do something wrong, I bought $1600 worth of furniture from Regency Furniture. Never again! My bad thing about it is that I really like your sales people in the Brandywine store. Philip was very nice and professional.

Regency Furniture Distributing furnitures

When they delivery it was a damage to it. I inform them that day and they keep putting me around the bush. They haven't responded me back since 2015 and plus I have the warranty plan now they telling me different story that I don't have it and it don't cover to replace it. Regency Furniture is a big rip out, liars, poor customer service and I'm very piss off I pay so much money to you guy and y'all treat me [censor]. I'm just have to take y'all to court . I'm sick of tired of y'all games telling me y'all will call me back. I see why people don't wanna to buy from you guys!

Regency Furniture Distributing king bed

My bed was not put together right. It is wonky. The headboard does not align with the rails proportionally. On one side I can actually see the bolt that holds the pieces together. The boxes clearly shows the disproportion when it seats in. The rails are suppose to flush with the head and footboard, but they are off. I called the delivery/installers back but they advised they were 30 minutes away. Thanks in advance.

Regency Furniture Distributing customer service is the absolute worst!

I pretty much never write reviews no matter what my experience was however I would be doing a disservice to all consumers in the Washington Metropolitan area not to at least share my recent personal experience with the Brandywine customer service and manager Jim Graf. Let me emphasize that I am writing from my own experience however by the looks of all of the other reviews that I see thus far, many more have had equally unsettling experiences. I purchased a ‘brand new” headboard from the Largo store for my daughter’s room that fell apart before the 12-month warranty had expired. I’m not sure when good customer service went out of the window however when I called to get some help with this issue, I was met with what I perceived as resistance from the service representative Kelly and Jim the manager. I had already spent thousands of dollars on pieces from this store so you could imagine that I was taken aback by the responses that I was met with. If you’re expecting a rude abrasive interaction without any resolution to your issue and then getting hung up on, this is definitely where you will find it. Perhaps it’s a tactic to throw customers off, to discourage them from fraudulently asking for refunds and such however I wasn’t even asking for a refund, I just wanted answers and I wanted it fixed. At the end of the day, I fell for their scare tactic becoming defensive myself. You just cannot speak to your customers in a condescending way and not expect them to be offended. I have never had any issues with any other items purchased and the one time I did have a problem they would not stand by the product that they sold me, would not honor the warranty that HAS NOT yet expired but instead made it seem as though I did something to it. I feel taken advantage of and I’m sadden that a company of this magnitude would do such a thing to its customer. My final advice would be to purchase at your own risk. I will not purchase from this company ever again. I’ll go elsewhere regardless of cost. Sometimes you get what you pay for. Customer service just doesn’t matter here.
