Regal Distributor in Turkey review: unethical behaviour

I am one of the Fasdeck 22 Regal buyer in Istanbul-Turkey, and want to share my very unfortunate experience with you about Regal boats distributor Derin Boats.

My scandal buying process of Regal Fasdeck 22 is an accordingly ;

- I signed contract with Derin boats to buy a Regal Fasdeck 22 boat in the date of October 03'th 2016. In an accordance in our contract, delivery date was latest the end of May 2017.
- In the end of April Derin Boats executive, Mehmet (or Fatih*) Tuluay informed me that; our boat was packaged and transported to Turkey by sea Cargo and delivery date was on time, no delay, and he told me to send pottery documents to finalise legal procedure.
- I called him beginning of June, he said that, the ship has just arrived in Barcelona (sail over ocean more the 30 days) and will be coming Turkey in few days. The new delivery date was in Te mid of June 2017.
- Until the mid of June, there was no call by Mehmet Tuluay, then I one more time called him, he said ship is about to arrive, no worry. When I insisted to give me the name and agent of shipping company, he refused to reply me. Regarding several lies, delays, and other excuses, he informed me that boat would arrive in the end June, a month later then the agreement term.
- At last, I revolted him and said that “I lost my goodwill and trust to your company, refund my Money back!.. Instead of that he offered me to sell this boat another buyer. I accepted with a condition; If payment done immediately!. Ofcourse no payment, millions of excuses. At last I send him a message and warned that I was gave up sale, and wanted my boat back!.. No reply, or call to my message? Then I started to call Derin Boats Office, Mehmet's mobile phone, but no reply, or feedback?
- Next morning, to check I called Port Authority, and he informed me that, the sale procedure was already started by the name of another buyer?!.. One more time, I tried to call Derin Boats Office, Mehmet's mobile phone, but no reply as usual!.. I send another email to stop this illegal and unfair process, then I drove to Port. When I arrived they were about to finalise procedure and they even changed the name of the boat!..
- Regarding my objection, the prouder have been stopped, however, he started to make a bargain with me to get more money out of our contract (I have witnesses including my lawyer)
- I refused all his unfair requests and insisted to deliver the boat in and accordance with the contract. At last, he accepted and we finalised the process. I received the boat in June 14'th, 2017, (45 days later after the promised date)!...
- Derin Boats, and Fatih Tuluay even did not kept their undertakes like an additional tent, Marin cooler, original anchor, rope, and etc.. Despite of my warning, agreement, and other attachments related with the agreement, he refused all. Briefly, Derin Boats and Mehmet Tuluay is not a honest & fair merchant, they attempted to cheat me, and wasted my time and money!..

Taking into the consideration above information, and documents, I kindly request from you, on behalf of your distributor in Turkey, to compensate my loss, deliver missed equipments until the end of July 2017, or I will be able to start legal procedure to keep my rights, and announce in Marine Market my very unlucky experience with Regal Boats & your distributor Derin Boats. However, I want to trust your company and hope that, you will do your best for compensation. I also don't wish to fit Derin Boats in Turkey, with your valuable trade mark, and recommend you to evaluate you co-operation!.
