booking was made on 06/06/ 2014. the sum of £281-48 was paid via PayPal. 16/12/2014 received e-mail that outgoing flight to
Alicante at 06-35 was cancelled, the new flight time was to be 17-55 hours this was not any use to us.
20/12/2014 contacted eDreams regarding a full refund of £281-48 as they could not fulfil there contract on getting my wife and I on
a flight to Alicante at 06-35 hours on 05/03/2015 from Stansted. over the next few weeks there have been e-mails going back and forth between myself and eDreams regarding my refund.
19/01/2015 the sum of £123-99 was paid into my bank. this leaves a balance £157-49 outstanding which I would like paid into bank
as soon as possible.
