James Mawhinney is a scam artist of the highest order. Under no circumstances trust this man with anything. I have met with over ten individuals who have had similar experiences by James Mawhinney approaching them for investment in Reeltime Media in 2015. He took investment from us - (my portion was over $10, 000) and as soon as the money was in his account never heard from him again. We were not issued with share certificates and in following up the matter we were advised the company was now in liquidation and we would not receive any funds as they were frozen

Do not do business with James Mawhinney under any circumstances - you will regret it ! Con artist of the highest order

He has now moved onto a company called IPO Wealth. Marketing it as safe investment for super funds that provides better returns than the bank. Funnily they don’t guarantee returns and invest in risk start ups or low liquid private investments. They claim to have raised $75m yet have not made one Australia investment (red flag). The only way they could ever pay thier investors is by raising more money and paying then out. Plus it’s funny that IPO Wealth loans money to Mayfair 101 of which James mawhinney with no previous investment experience then handles the money and allocates the investments. This is the next Firepower International, a Ponzi scam of the highest order and it won’t be long before Mayfair 101 can’t repay the loan and ipo wealth investors are left losing out. ASIC should investigate this scam before it traps too many people.
