Redington Ludhiana / Matorola E 398 / Very poor after sales service
Subject: complaint of Redington Ludhiana.
I am a Motorola customer. I have Motorola E-398 model which I purchased last year on15 april 2006. (date of bill). During year it gave many problems like phonebook locked, messages blocked, memory card problem, charging problem, slow processing etc, for which I visited REDINGTON India Limited (ferozepur road Ludhiana). But I could not got good response from them. I gave them my set on 12.2 2007 and they took one month to repair, but after one month same problem was there and now they had also lost some body parts of my set like camera mirror, nets, springs of body etc. and when I claimed for it I got same reaction that they (Mr. Aman singh was the person) cant do anything as company had stopped making this model. Now a year is gone and still my phone is with Redington as they are sending company has stopped making this model we cannot do anything, but I want Motorola to replace my phone set I have receipt dated 12.3.2007 which i want to use for further legal actions. I want to be a loyal customer of Motorola but Redington is forcing me to make unnecessary steps.
