I spoke to an agent saying my order hasn`t arrived and according to the tracking information it should have arrived a few days ago. He said to me "thats your problem." I told him I wanted to speak to a supervisor and he hung up on me. I made several attempts to contact an agent that has some common sense and manners only to get more and more frustrated at the rude obnoxious way they all handle complaint calls. This is by far the worst experience I ever had dealing with one of these company`s. They stink!!! And that`s an unerstatement!!!
