Redbubble order # [protected] bee movie shirt

Service was good, shipping time was good.
Print quality is terrible. The words can't be read at all. I ordered a slim fit unisex shirt but received a men's classic t. An unfortunate experience which makes me hesitant to order again. Im unsure if I was unlucky and got a bad quality product in the wrong style as an accident or if the image displayed is actually misleading and the quality would have been poor regardless of style.

Redbubble shipping time

I ordered a phone case and studio pouch on the 30th April and I was given an estimated delivery of 3rd-7th May. On the 2nd of may the phone case was shipped and then on the 3rd I was notified that the studio pouch was shipped. I received the phone case on Saturday 6th May and I was very happy with the product however it is now the 9th of may and I still have not received my studio pouch and I was wondering if it's still on its way or if it has gone missing. It's a little annoying that I'm having to wait so long for my product that I need for my practices

Redbubble neon demon t shirt order #[protected]

I ordered this T shirt on the 1st of May.

Estimated delivery 4-8 th of May.

It was shipped 5th of May.

Today is the 8th of MAY and I have not received it.

I tracked the order on your site and it says that delivery is 13-18 working days from order. SO there is no way that it would have been delivered between the 4th & 8th of May.

It is a birthday present for the 9th of May and of no use to me if it arrives weeks after the birthday.

Unless it arrives by tomorrow I'll want a full refund.

Very misleading information. If the product info had said 13-18 working days delivery instead of saying delivery 4th-8 th of May I would never have ordered it.

Redbubble sticker order - [protected]

My daughter order 6 stickers 4/10/17 from Redbuble.com. 1 sticker arrived on 4/14/17 and the rest show they have not been delivered. I can confirm have definitely NOT arrived. What is your plan to find my shipment?

Customer service is nearly impossible to obtain.

We would like to solve this amicably, however it is proving to be objectionable. I would like a response at my email [protected]@hotmail.com, as I am the parent that will legally challenge this if needed.

Redbubble order was wrong and I have trouble contacting them about this. terrible customer service!

I ordered a bunch of stickers chosen by my daughter. We received the order but one of the stickers was the wrong one, ie not one that was chosen. The chosen sticker was missing. I went to the help page on the website but that didn't address the issue.

Then when I tried the contact us page, I was ONLY given the option to "submit a request" and chose from one of 6 topics, NONE of which dealt with a wrong order. When I did try one the 6 topics, hoping to at least reach SOMEBODY, it was entirely automated, so that was no use.

I went back to the home page and found a chat window. When I clicked on it, the window opened and I initiated the chat, but was left sitting for a while (more than 2 minutes) while I waited to "reconnect;" this was not a problem with my connection at home. Then the window closed, so I tried again with same results. I finally reached someone the third time and the service representative was able to help me and replace the sticker.

Why is it so difficult to find customer support in my situation? This is not an unusual or difficult problem, generally speaking. Other retail websites normally offer an email address to contact. This was an extremely irritating situation to deal with and took a lot more time and effort than it merited.

Redbubble orders #[protected] and #[protected] not received

I placed an order from you about a month ago (Order [protected]). After having not received it I was provided with a second product (Order [protected]) and was told that it would arrive on the 5th of April at latest. It still has not arrived. Your customer service has not been helpful and I have not been provided with any information as to the state of both orders.

There is no way to call their customer support in San Francisco, CA. You have to call Australia. Seriously?!
My son purchased two shirts and they were wrong custom printed t-shirts. I contacted customer service and they were very nice and gave me a credit code to order the right t-shirts. I did and it has gone down hill from there. The say there is no order number but the first one. I sent them the credit code given to me and a photo of the two t-shirts WHICH WERE DOUBLE PRINTED. Since they can't find the order it didn't happen. I told them if it didn't happen than the credit code should still be available and it is not. They insist I didn't make the 2nd order by looking at my email address or my mailing address. I have been messing around with this for over a month. They have finally STOPPED ANSWERING MY EMAILS! I try to find a customer care phone number and the CA number doesn't work (the mail box hasn't been set up) and the 800 number doesn't work so all you have left is the Australian phone number. This is just ridiculous. Even trying to make a international call via AT&T is proving NO WAY or information to do this. It does give me the rate but do I put a 1 in front of it, what will the surcharge be, what tax rate will they charge? Essentially what is this going to cost me for 60 minutes which is what I expect to pay. I am sure with the rest of their crappy customer service I'll be on hold for at least 30 minutes and tossed about till I can get the right person to help. I am ready to rip my hair out but I really want to rip THEIR hair out. Anybody have any help for me?

Redbubble order delivery not yet received

Greetings,

Since this is my first time ordering stickers from your company, redbubble, i'm here to complain regarding the delivery service where the estimated delivery of my order should be received yesterday, which is 15 - 17 March but today is 18 March and still yet received the order i bought on your website.

I hope this services can be resolved for the future orders as i do really enjoy redbubble and not to shop elsewhere since your shop seems reliable.

Redbubble supernatural you only live once hoodie medium grey

My daughter (Grace Fox) has attempted to purchase the above hoodie as a gift on two occasions. She did not receive an order confirmation on either occasion, being informed that her card did not have sufficient funding. This, naturally, led her to believe the order had not been accepted. She was, however, charged £44 on 11th Jan and £44 on 10th Feb after her second failed attempt.
Please would you arrange for a refund of one of these charges and one hoodie to be sent.

Redbubble customer service and delivery

I ordered a t-shirt on Tuesday and paid £9.31 express delivery to have it delivered by Friday. I spoke to a number of people from Redbubble who told me this would be refunded if my order did not arrive in time.
This order was a birthday present for my girlfriend who turned 21 yesterday - she was unable to have her present as it did not arrive until today. The exact same product that I ordered was available on numerous websites for cheaper than I paid through Redbubble. I only used this website as I was told my order would arrive by the 3rd.

The customer service was also not great. Staff were reluctant to help me when I made an enquiry about this order and came across like they couldn't be bothered to do anything about it. I was told the matter would be looked into and I would be sent a follow up email, however this email did not come, and I was left to chase it up myself.

Not a happy customer.

Redbubble order #8230278

"Your Redbubble order has arrived"- Email dated 1/18/17 for a shirt ordered prior to Christmas. As of 2/28/17 this order was never delivered.

I tried to log in to my account and it wouldn't log in. I tried "forgot password" and have not received an option to re-set.

By the reviews I have read online it would be a miracle to have any resolution. Karma will prevail.

Redbubble gudetama grey sweatshirt jacket medium

I bought this almost a month ago and still have not received it. I have went to UPS and tried to contract Redbubble with no response to my issue. Following the package on "UPS MI" has shown my package to be in California now. The package is paid in full. I would either like a refund, or if you could please deliver it to my door.

Redbubble stickers

Last week I ordered a set of stickers off of the website and never received a confirmation email. The next day I ordered another set of stickers and I received a confirmation email. The first order that I placed didn't get a confirmation but it stated that is would be here on February 7th and said that I had paid for it. I don't not know the code for my package, therefore, I am not able to track it and confirm that I will receive it by the date nesessary. How do I receive an update or an email about my order?

Redbubble delivery of order

Hello,

My name is Rachel Fendt and I recently ordered a large package of stickers from your website. I have ordered from your company before, and never had an issue. However, I have had significant difficulty tracking and receiving this order. Your website told me that my package would arrive between January 27th and February 1st. I’ve been attempting to track it, but it wasn’t moving at all. UPS now has it’s estimated arrival date as February 4th.
This has come at an incredible inconvenience especially because my college mailroom is closed on the weekends and I will be out of town next week. The school has a limit for how long it will hold packages, so I will have to make an arrangement for someone to get it for me. I understand that you perhaps do not control when UPS ships and delivers packages. However, I wanted to make you aware of this issue so that you may provide better information to your customers in the future. If my package has the possibility of not arriving within the widely set time period, I would much prefer to know in advance. I hope this is an easily resolved issue for future orders, as I really do enjoy Redbubble and prefer not to have to shop elsewhere. Thank you for taking the time to read this, and I hope to hear from you soon.

Redbubble my delivery never arrived

Good day

I reside in Cape Town/ South Africa. I ordered a Demi Lavato Confident poster/ Order #[protected] from RedBubble on the 16th December 2016. I paid the Total Cost (USD) $35.77 inclusive of postage. It was a standard order.

The order was shipped out/ 16 December 2016 from Iowa, USA, to the address I gave them in South Africa.

I was told to expect the order to arrive by 16 January 2017 . This never happened.

I emails the company on the 20th January to query as to the whereabouts of the order, however I was told they are going to ship me out a free replacement poster Order #[protected] which will arrive between the 13-15 February 2017. I emailed the company as how do I cancel the order and to refund my money. I never received a reply. There is no guarantee that I will receive the poster as I was lied to before. Please assist in a refund.

My name is courtney wright and I am disgusted in your service.
I have been kind and considerate in chasing up my order that was supposed to arrive a month and a half ago! But after getting no where I resort to a complaint.
I have had no notification that there has been any change in my order and the payment has still been took, my order was supposed to arrive early december and still is not here - it was for an 18th birthday in december... I have tried to 'chat online' and was told I should just wait longer.. Longer! And I have tried your facebook service which is no longer replying to my messages - if this message does not receive an acknowledgment by red bubble asap I will be taking this further, I feel robbed, scammed and I will never purchase from this site again and will strongly advise nobody else to, my email address - jw. Redbubble I just want to return the 2 skirts I ordered the printing on the skirt was off balance so really I want a refund thank you

Redbubble tote bag

I ordered a tote bag from RB on 12/4 as a gift for my wife (order no. [protected]), and was told it shipped 12/6 from my home state of NC. I began getting nervous the week before Christmas, as it hadn't arrived, and the UPS tracking number I was given by RB was not recognized by UPS. I was finally promised it would arrive between 12/22-12/24; and as of 12/24 they finally confessed that my item was lost. They offered a "free replacement" without a refund or credit--which wouldn't have been "free" at all, merely a replacement for an item I paid for but never received.

As of 12/26, I've accepted the offer, as I'm still hoping the enjoyment my wife gets from the gift will be greater than the satisfaction I would get from a refund. I'm now being told the replacement will arrive between 1/3-1/6. Do I believe them? Nope. This is third business-review site I've posted on, along with Facebook and Google Trusted Stores, which gives an idea of how angry I am with this company.

Redbubble sweatshirt and stickers

Ordered a (lightweight) hoodie and 6 stickers on Dec. 13, 2016 with delivery before Christmas. Bank account showed the $63 payment to Redbubble on Dec. 14. Only way to contact Redbubble is through email. Apparently my order is lost somewhere in cyberspace. Requested a full refund, but now all correspondence has ceased. Now I'm out $63 and no sweatshirt or stickers. Stay away from Redbubbl! Terrible service and non-existent customer service.

I've just had a similar thing happen I think. I ordered a phone case and it took the money off of my card but did not send me a confirmation email like they said it would. It never even went off the page and it still says my item is in my cart after I paid and the money was taken. I've emailed customer service and I'm awaiting a response.

Redbubble redbubble. bizantine pillow cases for christmas. expedited shipping not sent

Redbubble does not honor it's expedited shipping. Do not pay for it because it doesn't ship as stated. I paid $19.48 for expedited shipping on Dec 19, and it's supposed to be here Dec 23. It hasn't arrived. My nephew won't get his gift and I will have to pay for shipping again.
Please reimburse me shipping. Order # [protected]. What is your phone #?
Dissatisfied customer. Redbubble, contact me via my email on my order. I will request credit card to refund me shipping if I don't hear from you.
