A day after my birthday, I decided to buy some laptop stickers with some money I received from my family. When I placed the order on Redbubble, it said that the package would arrive between August 30-September. So far, that deadline has passed and I've been trying to contact the website for a while. I can't find any phone number or email address on the website. The closest I've come to 'contacting' the store was by tracking my shipment, which was no use since I just said the deadline and not where my product was currently. When I previously ordered stickers, they came pretty early, but I don't know what's happening here.

I placed an order on August 21, 2019 for four simple laptop stickers. I have been checking my email and the "where's my order" page every single day since it said it was supposed to be delivered by the 26-28 of August as it says "GUARENTEED DELIVERY". I have been waiting for a week and would not have put my money for this if I knew it was not going to come. I read other customer complaints and everyone is wondering the same thing - WHERE IS MY ORDER? I will be very disappointed and angry if this is some sort of scam and if my order does not come in soon. You are letting hundreds of customers down and people are feeling like they wasted their money. I have put my trust into this company before since I have ordered things from RedBubble and they would come on time and the quality would always be exactly what I hoped for. This is really just a letdown and I hope it is fixed or there will be issues. My order number is [protected].

My matsercard was used by somebody on 27 August.2019 by your website twice without my permission. I didn't use my master card for any shopping online from redbubble.com so this is confirmed that someone else used without my knowledge.

For 1st transaction value 5.15usd and

For 2nd transaction value 5.15usd pls refund my money asap to avoid legal action.

I ordered $80 worth of things and it was supposed to arrive July 26 and it's currently August 18th and I've received nothing. I want my money back or my package delivered! I have not had a single product arrive. I placed another order prior to the other one and I haven't received either. I'm starting to think this whole website and app is a scam and I do NOT recommend buying anything from these vendors I am absolutely furious

My account has been suddenly closed without any porior notice or explanation as to why did it happen. It was fairly new account and I had only two designs uploaded.
I have submitted two tickets through the customer support portal on the site itself, but never had I received any answer, as if I just don't matter and this is some kind of routine practice.
It is fine if you don't want me to be a part of your artists community, but at least you should be good enough to explain what caused the closure so that I am aware of what have I done wrong.
It is alarming that you remove my account without even letting me clear my personal information from your site or my payment details.
I request that this is looked at and at least I receive some kind of explanation.

I recently purchased a product that I was immediately charged for with no e-mail confirmation #, no way to track it, nothing. It was just money taken out of my account with no assurance I'm actually going to get it.
I cannot believe they do not have any way of contacting them other than on here. Sure on their website they have a section where you "submit a request" but there goes your request, it vanishes, as if you never sent it. There's no email sent confirming it was received and creating a digital trail for you. This is 2019, why is this even an issue?

All the rebubble stuff I've received in the past has come from the UK and I've never had a problem with it, but this time 1 half of my order came from the US and they clearly didn't check over the stickers as they had weird coloured lines through them despite the original pic being completely fine
:( one is almost coming off the sticker sheet! I'd much rather my stuff come from the UK (where I live) since the US one can't seem to get it right :(

Last week I ordered a birthday present for a friend. To ensure I would have the package by yesterday, I paid the extra $9.91 for "express freight." The package has still not arrived, and I am unable to see any tracking information. I received an email that the package has been shipped, but when I called fedex to confirm, they said the information for shipping has not yet been provided. Where is my package? I don't think I'll ever be ordering from here again.

I just received my order from you guys and I'm confused as to why the imagine is so distorted/3D. This is not at all what the product looked like on the website and I paid for express shipping for a shirt that I don't even want to wear. I wasn't sure what you guys could do to help me out. I like the design and would like a tank top that isnt distorted if that's an option.

Still waiting for my payment which is over a week late. Paydate is the 15th of each month. the ask fora 5 day grace period. both have come and gone with out word from Redbubble. send several emails asking about the situation and have gotten no response. disgusting business practice.

Last month they failed to pay me on time .. when i contacted them i was told they had changed the system of payments and that payments of less than $20 would not be sent and added to the next month's tally until it was over $20. I was never informed of this at all in anyway until emailing to complain that i had not received my payment. since then i have sold several more things off their site getting my payment due OVER the $20 threshold and still have not received any payment ... so far it has been 9 days since the payment should have been deposited in my paypal account ...

RedBubble is "[censored]" company that profiting on independent artist,

It also will banned fellow artist for no reason .

Just beware, this is warning for people who want to start POD as redbubble.com, this company not worth the hype .

It banned non english speaking country, it banned when you made too much sales, they also will ban you on other people report copyright infringement without investigation .

I have seen sikh singns ( khanda, golden temple) on mini skirts and meat packaging produced by your company. This things seriously hurts the believes of sikhs. So, you guys should think twice before marketing the product. And these things have happened 3 times, so start making the sense of things before printing.

Please, search before you start selling the products. And stop hurting peoples' feelings

These products hurt the sentiments of Muslim around the world and it is very irresponsible of company of this calibre to be advertising and selling these, I urge as a concerned customer and a Muslim to please remove these items from sales. in future i would recommend please take precautions before putting items with religious wording on sale and please play your part as a responsible organisation.

I ordered my sister a gift from you on Tuesday the 14th. I wanted to give the shirt I ordered to my sister on Sunday, so I used express shipping. I paid extra 5 euros for express shipping and the shirt was supposed to arrive on Friday, but It is Monday now and the shirt has not arrived yet. I do not think it is okay that I paid over 10 euros for shipping so I could get the shirt sooner and then it does not arrive when it was supposed to. I would like to get some kind of a rebate.

The deliberate and impressively ignorant, insensitive and outright offensive nature of the Sikh religious imagery on Redbubbles' tasteless skirt range is indicitive of one of either two things.

1) the producer of these items has no insight into the sacredness of the figures and religious sites printed onto these clothes. For comparison, imagine a jesus themed underwear range (I deeply apologise to anyone affected by that comparison, I ensure it is only done to give some perspective to the outrageousness of having Guru Nanak Dev Ji (the first Sikh Guru) on these shameless skirts)

2) the producer, in spite of knowing the sacredness of these images and psychospiritual trauma that would be generated by using them on some fashion ware, has gone ahead and used them anyway.

This strongly suggests that Redbubble's intent can be called into question. There are very reasonable grounds to suggest this company has deliberately harmed a population. This is discrimination.

A formal apology and immediate ban on all of these items is the absolute minimum first step.

In the meantime, legal representation has been contacted. We will keep the other Sikhs who also felt the pain at seeing these disgusting items posted on our activity.

Having images of Gurus, our Sikh holy shrine, our Sikh symbol etc printed on mini skirts, which will ultimately appear on people's bottoms is extremely offensive and disrespectful. These images should be treated with the utmost respect and the Sikh community is out raged to be seeing these items sold on your website. Please can you have all of these removed immediately.

I am writing to you to inform you how outraged I am that you are using religious imagery on fashion items.

As a designer myself, I am completely baffled as to why someone would think this is ok, especially using images on mini skirts. If you had any idea of the Sikh or hindu Faith's you would know that this is completely inappropriate, you would never wear something like that to a place of worship so why do you feel it is ok to put these places on a mini skirt?! These have been designed by bulljup.

Please remove these items, it looks as though these are print on demand and not actually made, so it should be easy for you take these off your site. I'm sure this has damaged your reputation already. I can't believe the sheer stupidity. As you work with independant designers surely you have a screening process on designs? This is a huge error in judgement

Surely your designers can't be so untalented that they can't produce something that doesn't offend people?! I have over 12 years designing apparel for very reputable companies globally and have never come across something so offensive.

I want you to takedown the products with any sikh image because it is against the religious sentiments. If is also not lawfully correct. The image of Golden temple, sikh symbols and pictures of sikh men cannot be used for business purposes or you will receive a notice from sikh committe for degrading the values of the community. It is in your good interests to take all such products down.

I order this cell phone case with express shipping and never got it. The tracking says delivered today, but got nothing, and needed it by this thursday. Why is there no phone number for customer service in the US and no one to talk to about this lost item. If I can't get my item, I want a full refund. I need to speak with customer service in the US and not so tweet or app message. The order # is [protected].

I placed an order #[protected] to be delivered to Aspen Ward, Tallaght University Hospital, Tallaght, Dublin D24 NROA, Republic of Ireland which was supposed to be delivered between 2 - 11 January 2019. It is now 16th January and I have not yet received my order. I have paid good money for my order and would like to know where it is. If there is a problem with the order I am requesting a full refund as I will not pay for goods that I do not receive.
