I was told when I expressed concern about the size of the shirts I was ordering not to worry because of their excellent exchange policy. I even told them the chest size of the person I was buying for. Needless to say the shirts arrived and I needed a size smaller. Submitted my request for exchange and have been virtually ignored. There is NO CONTACT PHONE NUMBER WHICH IS A HUGE RED FLAG. I've just been playing games with filling out forms and submitting photos of the damned shirts that it looks like I'm stuck with. I have also read on other sites that the quality of the shirts stink, changing form and size after washing.
The shirts are expensive. The shipping is expensive and they act like they are a totally hip, baby boomer, 60's style company when in actuality they are the opposite.
They need to just say all sales are final, but then people would shop elsewhere.

This same thing happened to me as well. They tried to tell me that my bank was holding the money and when I called my bank (TD Canada Trust) about releasing my money, they promptly advised that they are not holding anything and that Redbubble had debited my account. The bank has started an investigation into Redbubble.

We tried ordering t-shirts from the redbubble site, it said the transaction didn't go through and wasn't processed. However the money was taken out of my account 3 times and now has me -287 in my account.

This company will not answer your emails if you need to return or exchange something. There is no phone number listed for them anywhere. The only avenue I have is to request the bank try to get back my money. They are fraudulent.

Our personal credit card was charged $499 to Redbubble. Fortunately we have a $500 daily limit on the card, because after further investigation with our bank they had tried to "hit" the card 3 other times on the same day with for $1500 more. Very fraudulent company.

Never got merchandise that I ordered. Never got a reply or response from them. I am disputing the charges on my credit card

ordred merchandise never received. co has no contact number and they do not answer emails
