Ordered on the 12th and the suggested day for 'EXPRESS' delivery was the 15th, and I wanted it by the 19th, so to be on the safe side I ordered express instead of standard as it may not have been delivered until the 18th and because of Christmas deliveries it might be late, and ordering Express delivery was another £7.08, but I needed it by the 19th so was willing to pay. However, it didn't not get here until the 20th, which was such a disappointment and now I am not happpy as I have paid for more than both express and standard delivery as it got here later than both. I request a full refund on the postage, but will be happy to keep the £10.31 product as it is good quality and I will save it until April for my friends birthday, I am just disappointed that I couldn't give it to her for Christmas and had to rush out and buy her something else last minute.

Redbubble customer service and shipment

My 1st two item order dec 16th 2016 with redbubble.com scarves from two locations, fine!
Redbubble replied quickly both orders w/1 confirmation # [protected], fine! Redbubble's est delivery date 28dec16 - 03jan17, fine!
I received dhl tracking number for my orders, fine!
Noticed.. Tracking # is at a dead stop at "shipped?"
Concerned? Well, yeah!
I ctc'ed dhl, they said products have not been receive for shipping.
Therefore i seek ways of communication w/redbubble, end up in their repetitive loop going nowhere.
Prices aren't cheap, quality customer service expectation was proven poor. How does one run a quality business without proper customer service and communications.

I am patient & very nice person, to a limit. I will expect my package between 28dec16-3jan17 as estimated by redbubble.
My career industry is a huge, can ring loud & wide of criticism and credit "consumers" take very seriously, make or break.
Good or bad credit as due base on the arrival of my "shipment" (Condition and arrival credit) will be advise here..Credit as due. This is just one of the many online board besides the magazines.

NOT A Thing to complaint about in the first place, I was just expressing concern, but now... I can officially say "NO COMPLAINT" A unexpected pleasant surprise happened, a package showed up in the mail, .. RedBubble! :) right on the 24th Dec Christmas Eve! Are you guys amazing for what? I didn't even expect it till your est date 28th Dec - 03rd Jan, so I am totally impressed. I will now praise thru social media, keep up the good work RedBubble! I am still amazed and happy that my child get to open the package Christmas morning, what an added Merriness...is this a new word?

Redbubble t-shirts

Three items (Christmas presents for my son - order number [protected]) were ordered on 13 December, and have still not been received - now 22 December and uncomfortably close to Christmas. Like other customers, I have been searching the website for a Customer Care number and have just been sent round in circles. I would never have ordered from this company had I known, and will be sure not to again.

My order has a DHL Tracking number but DHL yes they have not receive the product for shipping, therefore I tried to seek ways of communication with RedBubble but I end up in their repetitive loop going nowhere. Their prices are not cheap, I was hoping they would have a more quality customer service, guess I am proven wrong.

Redbubble package still not delivered and no working phone number

I ordered two posters on Dec. 3rd with a delivery date of Dec. 13th. It's now Dec. 21st and still no items. In fact, UPS still hasn't even received the items to deliver. To make matters worse, RedBubble's Contact US page on the web site says: "If you have questions about anything Redbubble - from where is your order, to exchanging your fresh threads, all the way to uploading an image as an artist, head on over to our Help Centre.
This is where you'll find all the answers you need, you’ll even be able to speak to one of our friendly support heroes!"
This is erroneous. There is no way to speak to a human as there is no phone info listed anywhere I can find on the site - after a 10-minute search. After Googling, I found 3 separate numbers; all go to a vm "that is not set up" and then disconnects you. This is HORRIBLE customer service! Please do better or don't open a business that cannot deliver what it promises.

Redbubble order #[protected]

Dear sir/madam,

ordered this on 13th December because either stated delivery would be between 16th and 20th December. This is a Christmas present!

Please urgently let me know when it will arrive. Your website is useless and just send me round in circles not allowing me to contact you. ⁣

Please let me know how you will resolve this and when I can expect it.

Not sure why you only shipped it on 20th I hope this is coming from within the UK or we have no chance!

Redbubble customer service/shipping

I ordered a hoodie December 12, 2016 for my daughter's birthday. I was told it would be here December 19 - December 21, which was perfect since my daughter's birthday is December 22. It was shipped on December 15. It made it to Georgia on December 17 and now it seems to have just disappeared into thin air. So I contact UPS and was told that I had to contact the seller so that they could contact UPS and start up an investigation.

So, I send Redbubble customer service an email telling them this and I get a generic response which then informs me that I should expect it by December 29 at the latest. And if I haven't received it by then to contact them again. So, I then reply asking why all of a sudden my delivery date is the 29th when I was told per their site it would be the 21st at the latest. I get an email back stating the exact same thing the first one said. WTF?!

All I wanted was for someone to get in touch with UPS to find out what is going on with my daughter's birthday present. Is it really that difficult?

This was my first purchase with Redbubble and I must say that I am really disappointed in their lack of customer service. I wish I had done a little research on Redbubble BEFORE I placed my order.

Redbubble home decor items - change of estimated delivery time just before items due

Order no. [protected] - I ordered several home decor items (throw pillow, mugs, stickers, bags) which, at the time I placed the order, had an estimated time of arrival from 16-20 December, nicely before Christmas so I can take them all with me on my trip abroad over Christmas. Now, on the eve of the last estimated delivery date, the tracking info says it's all only just been shipped and will now arrive after Christmas when I'm not home to receive the items and it's too late. I would not have ordered any of this had I known it wouldn't arrive before Christmas. Is there no way to speed this up? This is a huge inconvenience for me as I won't have any presents to take to my family abroad. I expect Redbubble to resolve this. Thank you.

The same for me. (Order number - [protected]). Expected 16 - 20 December and now expected between 27 Dec - 2 January. It was a Christmas present so it will be to late. Moreover I will be away in that period so I don't even know if I will be able to receive the item. I'm really disappointed.

Ok actually I received the parcel today 20 Dec even if they said it was going to be delivered from 27. Now I'm confused but satisfied :-)

Redbubble shipping

I ordered 4 items. 2 arrived however the other 2 have not. There was a "tracking hiccup" and now i cannot track my package. All i and they know is that it was sent by USPS...and if i knew that it was going be sent USPS, i would have selected a different shipping method. So now even though I was provided a tracking # it cannot be tracked, by me or them, because of a error made on shipper side. So all they can say is " you should get it by the 23rd" How would i know if it was delivered if i cant track it nor you. I ordered on 12/13 and i find it misleading that they are sending emails today telling people that they can still get product by 12/24.

Redbubble ordered poster

I ordered a poster, order #[protected] on Dec 2. The tracking showed it sent from Storm lake, IA, went all the way to Colorado springs, now is being processed at the Des Moines, IA post office. Why is it taking over 2 weeks to get to me, and when can I expect my new rushed order? I would like to know as soon as possible, or I would like a refund immediately.

Redbubble item has not been shipped by seller

I ordered a Stydia T-shirt from an artist and i called UPS and they said they have not received the t-shirt to ship out. The seller will not get in contact with me even after leaving them a message... my cared was charged 17 dollars and I expect a refund or for the seller to send out the item i paid for... I will never order from this cite again it sucks

Redbubble delivery date

To whom this may concern,

I purchased a poster for a Christmas present and the confirmation email said the order would be delivered from 9th December to the 12th.
My order has not been delivered and I have just read that my order may take 6 business days!

If I had know this I would of not placed the order. The present is important and needs to be given this week!

I think the estimated delivery date is not realistic and sets up customers into thinking they will expect their order to be delivered on them days. Also I have paid for shipping and not received it which I think is unfair, I am hoping the delivery will be here by Wednesday at least!

Redbubble vendor support

I have been with these people for years selling my images on all kinds of products. I make a pittance on the occasional sale.

Recently they took down an image of MY 1979 Stratocaster because some strange company issued a DMCA takedown saying they held the rights to it.

They do not. I own the guitar and the copyright on the image.

Redbubble is impossible to reach by phone. They are painfully slow to respond by email.

After I sent photos of said guitar hanging on MY wall, they put the image back up.
Then removed it the next day.

I am so tired of dealing with them it is unbelievable. The right approach is to ask the vendor if they can prove they own the image before just taking it down.

My next move is to file a libel suit against the company harassing me with DMCA takedowns AND redbubble. They are both equally impossible to reach by phone."

Redbubble late delivery

Hello,
I purchased a gift from your website, a sisters of mercy mug for £10. I paid and extra £14 (total £24) for express freight delivery, so it was to be delivered on a certain date (02/12/16) in time for a birthday.
The gift was ordered on 28/11/16 but it was not dispatched until 30/11/16, which isn't particularly speedy for express delivery. Express delivery vouched that the gift would arrive on 02/12/16 but it actually arrived on 04/12/16, too late for the birthday.
I would like a refund of the £10 extra I paid for express delivery.

Redbubble purchase

I purchased a tee shirt that I needed for Halloween. It came, but with the design on the back, not the front. I double-checked to website, and of course, the design was on the front! It is impossible to contact them. The phone number doesn't work, the customer service and help desk links don't work (you just get an "Oops - something went wrong" message or a "This site can't be reached" message ), and emails go to an unattended mailbox. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SITE AND NEVER BUT ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN.

Redbubble order did not arrive on time

I've purchased a t-shirt for my son from www.redbubble.com. He wanted to wear it on this years first school day and was really excised. I ordered three weeks in advance and when I contacted them they said that it will arrive somewhere between August 10th - 15th. Nothing yet. Customer service is absolutely useless and unhelpful, they are not able to tell me when will I get my order. It's only two days left and my soon is waiting for his shirt! What am I suppose to tell him? He's only a kid and I have no idea how to explain these things.
I'm very disappointed with RedBubble. I really hope I'll get my order.

Redbubble customer service

Are these people to $%@# because site sucks I Have made AMAZING Edits back from when I was better at Photoshop I was in charge of these edits on the account called "RihannaSupreme", (Yeah I made those edits, with Rihanna &, her dog, etc. Etc.) Well I have been TRYING to get back into that account, and I Can't because they took it from me, and are Uploading MY Edits ALL over Google images, I'm pissed those took me hours to do and they don't even pay you all the prices on the account I Just read it today, they take a huge chunk of money out, which means I could have money but thanks to these ###s they're my edits everywhere posting them wherever the heck they want THIS SITE IS A SCAM DON'T USE IT, OR SUPPORT IT In fact I should call the cops on this for Copywriter infringement and this site can be taken down. Because whatever edits of yours that are on here if they're top selling they will take your account away and do whatever they want with them. And we work hard to put this stuff up here, in fact, veeeeeerrrrrryyyy arid while their lazy ### get to steal people's values and money I should have you guys arrested you here me customer service? I would be very scared if I were you...Bad things will happen and you'll spend your time, and the food you'll get is bread.

Redbubble scam, poor customer service, credit card rip off, shady business

I have worked in the customer service field for over 20 yrs. Their customer service is a joke.
They refuse to give a phone number so you can speak to them. Just live chat and that keeps going off line, while you are "talking' to them. I had two charges for 1 item on my credit card. I told them I needed to resolve this and SPEAK to some one. She refused to give out a number. Then she only responded with canned responses. I couldn't order my item without joining them. If I didn't join, it couldn't send my item because the billing and shipping addresses are different. Couldn't fix that until I joined. I had to call my credit card company and block them. They said if there was another problem with them, that they would contact Redbubble. They said they would call them . I laughed and said good luck! They won't give you a number! He said there was one listed and we called it. It's a voicemail and its full--no way of getting a hold of any one if you have a problem.
So think about it people. If a company doesn't want to deal with its customers on a person to person level, they refuse to help you in any other way-except by chat, and that doesn't work, they charge your card --take your money---as many times as they want and don't want to help you fix this, MAKE you join to get your info---I could go on even more but...doesn't this sound kinda crooked?
I should have gone to other review sites and looked them up. It seems this is an on going problem that has yet to be resolved.

Redbubble very disappointing experience

I have ordered a poster from Redbubble and needed it on a certain date. I decided to try this site because they promised fast delivery, but two weeks later nothing arrived so I contacted Redbubble and asked about my order. They said that my order was on its way, but later I was told that it was probably lost and promised to send me another one. That was over a month ago and still nothing! I ordered from another company and they delivered it within a week! So recently I've been trying to get my money back but these guys continue to ignore me!

Redbubble customer service

I had ordered some stuff from the website and it was having trouble taking my credit card because of "address differences" well it sure didnt have any trouble charging my card THREE times! I tried to contact customer service but their website was conventionally down. There is no contact information anywhere that I can find and every time I think Im getting somewhere a message comes on my screen saying "oops something went wrong" I have tried it from many different devices. I really just want my money that they over charged me for.

Dear Support/Admin;

I had sent through 'Redbubble' 'Help'/Contact' inquires my concern.

You're more busy sending promotions for new items, so obviously you didn't get my upset about my Redbubble "portfolio artwork GONE" message this morning.

I said, I had been in a car accident while back and had to quit University/College
3/4 time instructing, due to the concussion, PTSD, neck injury, etc. and certain brain functions as memory loss, so no focus to even read, depression, and anxiety.

Then tons of times spent with the lawyer, as the defendant guilty of smashing into me, running red light, to sue/tort him & his insurance, and my insurance. I spent more time with all that crap.

It was only in the last 4 months that I had got back together, with new interest, being grateful to start maybe making some headway, and some opportunities lost, so gained back my energy.

Then looking at My Redbubble 'Portfolio' today and could not believe all my at least 12 images from 2 categories disappeared.

No e-mail sent to say, you'll be deleting it, or...
think it was on automatic omit. The only two images they are the main images for the twocategories. That's all. Most basic info there. No bio and so on.

When my hard-drive was replaced I recall I quickly went through my sites as for exampleSaatchi still all my stuff, Artquid also intact, so was my web, so was Etsy, etc.

Now I do not have the originals of the images as it is the folders on the desktop that went.

Retrieve them? Can you?

SO WHAT HAPPENED? You deleted my images!

Now due to my hard-drive burnt up, it was replaced by a new one in December. So much time spent to put essential software back in but sites were intact.
