Redbubble customer service

Are these people to $%@# because site sucks I Have made AMAZING Edits back from when I was better at Photoshop I was in charge of these edits on the account called "RihannaSupreme", (Yeah I made those edits, with Rihanna &, her dog, etc. Etc.) Well I have been TRYING to get back into that account, and I Can't because they took it from me, and are Uploading MY Edits ALL over Google images, I'm pissed those took me hours to do and they don't even pay you all the prices on the account I Just read it today, they take a huge chunk of money out, which means I could have money but thanks to these ###s they're my edits everywhere posting them wherever the heck they want THIS SITE IS A SCAM DON'T USE IT, OR SUPPORT IT In fact I should call the cops on this for Copywriter infringement and this site can be taken down. Because whatever edits of yours that are on here if they're top selling they will take your account away and do whatever they want with them. And we work hard to put this stuff up here, in fact, veeeeeerrrrrryyyy arid while their lazy ### get to steal people's values and money I should have you guys arrested you here me customer service? I would be very scared if I were you...Bad things will happen and you'll spend your time, and the food you'll get is bread.

Redbubble scam, poor customer service, credit card rip off, shady business

I have worked in the customer service field for over 20 yrs. Their customer service is a joke.
They refuse to give a phone number so you can speak to them. Just live chat and that keeps going off line, while you are "talking' to them. I had two charges for 1 item on my credit card. I told them I needed to resolve this and SPEAK to some one. She refused to give out a number. Then she only responded with canned responses. I couldn't order my item without joining them. If I didn't join, it couldn't send my item because the billing and shipping addresses are different. Couldn't fix that until I joined. I had to call my credit card company and block them. They said if there was another problem with them, that they would contact Redbubble. They said they would call them . I laughed and said good luck! They won't give you a number! He said there was one listed and we called it. It's a voicemail and its full--no way of getting a hold of any one if you have a problem.
So think about it people. If a company doesn't want to deal with its customers on a person to person level, they refuse to help you in any other way-except by chat, and that doesn't work, they charge your card --take your money---as many times as they want and don't want to help you fix this, MAKE you join to get your info---I could go on even more but...doesn't this sound kinda crooked?
I should have gone to other review sites and looked them up. It seems this is an on going problem that has yet to be resolved.

Redbubble very disappointing experience

I have ordered a poster from Redbubble and needed it on a certain date. I decided to try this site because they promised fast delivery, but two weeks later nothing arrived so I contacted Redbubble and asked about my order. They said that my order was on its way, but later I was told that it was probably lost and promised to send me another one. That was over a month ago and still nothing! I ordered from another company and they delivered it within a week! So recently I've been trying to get my money back but these guys continue to ignore me!

Redbubble customer service

I had ordered some stuff from the website and it was having trouble taking my credit card because of "address differences" well it sure didnt have any trouble charging my card THREE times! I tried to contact customer service but their website was conventionally down. There is no contact information anywhere that I can find and every time I think Im getting somewhere a message comes on my screen saying "oops something went wrong" I have tried it from many different devices. I really just want my money that they over charged me for.

Dear Support/Admin;

I had sent through 'Redbubble' 'Help'/Contact' inquires my concern.

You're more busy sending promotions for new items, so obviously you didn't get my upset about my Redbubble "portfolio artwork GONE" message this morning.

I said, I had been in a car accident while back and had to quit University/College
3/4 time instructing, due to the concussion, PTSD, neck injury, etc. and certain brain functions as memory loss, so no focus to even read, depression, and anxiety.

Then tons of times spent with the lawyer, as the defendant guilty of smashing into me, running red light, to sue/tort him & his insurance, and my insurance. I spent more time with all that crap.

It was only in the last 4 months that I had got back together, with new interest, being grateful to start maybe making some headway, and some opportunities lost, so gained back my energy.

Then looking at My Redbubble 'Portfolio' today and could not believe all my at least 12 images from 2 categories disappeared.

No e-mail sent to say, you'll be deleting it, or...
think it was on automatic omit. The only two images they are the main images for the twocategories. That's all. Most basic info there. No bio and so on.

When my hard-drive was replaced I recall I quickly went through my sites as for exampleSaatchi still all my stuff, Artquid also intact, so was my web, so was Etsy, etc.

Now I do not have the originals of the images as it is the folders on the desktop that went.

Retrieve them? Can you?

SO WHAT HAPPENED? You deleted my images!

Now due to my hard-drive burnt up, it was replaced by a new one in December. So much time spent to put essential software back in but sites were intact.

Redbubble customer service, blatantly ignoring of customers.

After placing an order for a wrong size of poster made by a nice artist I had spotted on reddit, I contacted them immediately through various means (their paypal email address and through the submit change order form on their website) after which they did not reply to me WHATSOEVER. I simply wanted to upgrade the poster to a larger poster so that they would basically be getting more money from me, and they still were unable to provide a simple answer regarding this.

At this point, I feel horribly insulted as a customer and I would rather not give them my custom at all. STAY AWAY FROM REDBUBBLE AS A CUSTOMER AND PROVIDE YOUR CUSTOMS TO BETTER, LOCAL BUSINESSES THAT DO CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.

Redbubble liars!

I've ordered some stuff from Redbubble and they double charged me! I immediately contacted customer service and they said that it was my banks fault. Then I called my back and they confirmed that Redbubble double charged me! Terrible disgusting liars! Few weeks later I received a message stating that my order had but it was just another cool story. Actually my order never arrived and I have no idea where it is. Order was placed in early January and it is now March! Genius! Contacted the support team and demanded a full refund.

Tsk. "Our amazing support agents" don't do s#@* ! I've also been waiting for my order for several months and heard nothing. £14 down the drain! Seriously if this doesn't get fixed I am SO bringing some kind of TV fraud show to review you. You won't get very good publicity then would you? I'm surprised no one else has! Get your BS straight RB or your gonna find yourself in some deep s#@*

Redbubble iphone 6s case

On 25'th January i ordered a Iphpne 6s Snap case and my order id 8588719 and it has been shipped in UPS . Lastly the message i got was Package transferred to loccal post office for delivery on 27'th january 2016 8.00 p.m.
After all 10 days there is no change in the tracking .Still it show the same message. i am afraid what had happened to my package & helpless & why its still lying there without any updates.

Redbubble order not processed/ payment taken anyway

I placed an order for 3 stickers for my nephew. The designs are unique and I figured he would like the gift.

The website has "a shipping time estimate". Well, this is also based on a 24-48 hour processing window and a customer is advised to contact Redbubble if the package has not shipped in 48 hours. After 5 days, no email contact from Redbubble and the fact that they had processed my payment, I used their chat feature to talk with one of the reps. She told me they were having some technical issues and my order was caught in a "queue" and there was no timeline for a fix. When I inquired about why I had already been charged, she told me it wasn't a real charge. But when pressed, she then changed her mind and told me the payment HAD gone through but yet my order would not process for an indefinite period. Essentially, Redbubble had taken my money and could not tell me when my items would ship.

The rep then said I could reorder today as apparently the issue had been resolved and they could process orders. I asked her why I would give Redbubble more money for items I might never receive. No response. I then asked why Redbubble never bothered to contact me in the first place about either the technical issue or an order verification. Again, no response. I then asked for an immediate refund and she told me "I will attach a note to your order to cancel it when it processes." I followed-up by asking how that would work since she had no idea when the queue would be processed. Surprise, surprise... no response.

This is all over 3 freaking stickers. How does this pass for customer service? This is a joke. If you choose to order from this site, caveat emptor.

Just as a final note, I have seen on this site several customers that have experienced the same "technical" issue and the reports go back a month. This means Redbubble is not experiencing a technical issue but rather screwing up orders and blaming their tech team. Another blotch on their already patchy face.

Redbubble t shirt

I spoke to an agent saying my order hasn`t arrived and according to the tracking information it should have arrived a few days ago. He said to me "thats your problem." I told him I wanted to speak to a supervisor and he hung up on me. I made several attempts to contact an agent that has some common sense and manners only to get more and more frustrated at the rude obnoxious way they all handle complaint calls. This is by far the worst experience I ever had dealing with one of these company`s. They stink! And that`s an unerstatement!

Redbubble products, returns, website, contacts...

Ordered a shirt from redbubble.com. 3 weeks later, I received the wrong shirt. I tried their returns process which requires a "reason" from the "Order Issue" drop-down. Unfortunately, the drop-down doesn't function. If there is no "order issue" listed, one cannot send a return request. Wanted to use the "Submit a Request" function which requires another drop-down "issue" which - you guessed it - is not functional. No contact info leaves me with NO OPTION OF RETURN OR RECOMPENSE. Essentially, redbubble is telling me: "I hope you like the wrong shirt because you're not giving it back, loser!" I would swear this was by design. What a creepy company. They'd better contact me asap with a solution or I'm going FULL-SLANDER.

I left the above comment as a guest and, thus, cannot delete it.
I have discovered that Redbubble's return functions don't currently work on Chrome's browser and that explains the inability to communicate the erroneous product ship. I tried it on Explorer and it worked. The company is mailing the correct product at no charge. I have informed them of the inability to use the return function on Chrome and they replied that they'll correct the issue.
As redbubble has responded to my issues in a positive and satisfactory way, I wish to withdraw my complaint. I only wish that I wasn't so "charged" when I first submitted it.

Redbubble refused to give my money back

On November 25th I ordered a shirt from this website as a Christmas gift for my brother. The shirt was delivered on December 19th. The shirt looked horrible, was nothing like the product image online. It was made from very cheap material and the graphic design was hardly visible. I contacted the company to request an exchange/refund. Their customer support was extremely useless and unhelpful. Dealing with them was a real nightmare! For three days I tried to get to talk to somebody via email, because they do not offer a customer service phone number. Finally they offered me an exchange, but I was told that the shirt wont make it in time before Christmas. I was so upset and disappointed. I decided to buy a present somewhere else and asked for a refund, but they refused to give my money back.

Redbubble t-shirt

They took my money and never sent me my anything - no shipping info, no T-shirt, no nothing. They also do NOT respond to any attempts to contact them. If you want your money back, you have to go through the bank or PayPal. These folks seem very crooked - avoid them

Redbubble t-shirt order

This company is very deceptive in their practices. I ordered a t-shirt for my teenaged nephew, specifically because their site said it would arrive before Christmas. Five days before Christmas, it still hadn't been shipped. When I inquired about it, they said it was not ready yet and would not arrive until after the holidays. They said I should have ordered it by the cut-off date of 12/15. When I told them I had ordered it on 12/13, they had no response. The reason I picked their company in the first place was because they were one of the few who guaranteed delivery before Christmas. They should not make these guarantees when they know they cannot fulfill them, and yet, by the looks of it, this seems to be a habit of theirs. As a result, I had to scramble to find a Christmas gift at the last minute that would arrive in the mail by December 24.

Redbubble I wish I never ordered from this site!

Ordered a nice t-shirt as a part of my sister's birthday present. They told my item should arrive within 5 working days. I did not received any conformation e-mails and they didn't even provide me a tracking number. Well, 5 days passed and my item wasn't delivered. I contacted them and was told they still need time to manufacture. What are they doing with those t-shirts? Maybe they are growing the cotton and making the t-shirts. If no, then I don't know why are they so slow! I ordered a t-shirt with a simple design and paid $30! I wish I never ordered from this site! There are many other websites with better prices and designs! I won't order from Redbubble anymore.

Redbubble dishonest & disgusting

Selling thousands of stolen images of celebrities. They say they don't upload the images, nor do they allow it. Yet they have THOUSANDS of images that they print and ship and know damn well are listed for sale on their website. http://www.redbubble.com/shop/taylor+swift Nearly 3k images of Taylor Swift. Redbubble is not some victim, they know damn well those images are there.

Redbubble Theft

I tried to place an order on September 17, 2015 with my debit/visa. I tried a couple of times and then tried another card (MC). It was not able to be processed, when I started a on-line chat with Kyle I was told that the information would have to be exactly as it is on my card information. I gave up! The next day when checking my account I noticed that the transactions had gone through. I contacted Red Bubble on-line as they do not provide a phone number. Kyle explained to me that the transactions were "authorization holds" and they have released the hold so I should see the reverse on the next business cycle with my bank (TD). I waited the weekend as sometimes banks are delayed. I contacted Red Bubble early on September 22, 2015 to inform them that the "authorization hold" had not reversed and they would need to provide a refund plus the NSF charge that was put on my account due to a payment being returned due to their "authorization hold"; they have not responded. I have also spoken to my bank which have informed me that there is no "hold" the money has been taken from my account. As the purchase was not successful I do not have a order #; when I go on the website my purchase is still sitting in the shopping cart.

My order #[protected] was shipped on 5th April 2017 and it was written that it would arrive by 26th April. It's only transferred to the local post. When will it arrive?

Let me tell you all these people that your company have taken orders and not delivered you need to be [censored]in shut down. Redbubble withdrawing money when process did not go through - ontario, ca

I attempted to purchase a tshirt from this site on Sept. 14/15 (the Bartman tshirt). When I went to pay, the site prompted me that my information did not match my card number. I thought I had entered it wrong (I hadn't) so I checked the info and tried again (and also a third time). Still the same response so I gave up. When I looked at my bank account less than an hour later, I saw that Redbubble did in fact withdraw the money from my account, in triplicate. I did not receive any notification that the transactions went through and I was charged. I contacted their office the same day and was advised that first, there was no such transaction. I confirmed that definitely, it was and also provided a screenshot of my bank account. Then I was told that the bank has my money in holding (TD Bank). I immediately called TD and was promptly advised that they did not hold such funds and they currently were not holding any of my money. They confirmed that Redbubble withdrew the money, not pending. I contacted Redbubble again (and note, they do not have a phone number that you can contact them by. You can only email, snail mail or live chat, which I did). I also note, that the live chat option no longer was available for me to use to contact customer service after my second chat with them wherein I advised that the proper fraud authorities have been contacted as well as lawyers. I have requested that my money be returned immediately. I was advised, again, that since the bank is holding my money, to get my money back in my account, I must wait until the next billing cycle (I did not use my credit card, there is no billing cycle). At present, Redbubble has done nothing to return all my money but give constant excuses for their fraud activities. This company is not to be trusted, period. I am attempting to upload both the conversation had with Jammie and Kyle of Redbubble as well as a screenshot of my account with the money taken. I have the documents to send to whomever I need to send them too. I will do my best to comment and review this company as many times and on as many different platforms possible. This is ridiculous and need not happen to anyone else. That money that they took was a bill payment. I'm last on my bill because of this company.

Hi - I was not able to find a phone number for this company, strategic for them I guess. I had to go through the fraud channels to report this on my account. I advised my bank of the transactions and they commenced, immediately, an investigation into the transactions and company (she knew already about Redbubble). I then contacted the Canadian Fraud Centre, forwarded everything that I had, including all my banking relating to the incident and they took the situation and investigated from there. They have everything. The best I was able to do about this was post and advise as many people as possible about Redbuddble antics because their customer service or company seems to not want to provide any kind of proper means of communication. I searched EVERYWHERE for some kind of phone number and was not able to come up with any.

Similar story here as well (Canada to USA shipment to my grandson) It all hinges upon the response I get over the next day or two. My order (amount $94.00 for a duffle bag) is not recognized by the tracker on their website but I have proof of purchase from the email confirmation and my bank. Will keep you posted.

Redbubble taking money when process did not go through

So I decided this site had some pretty rad designs so I tried ordering 1 shirt. After unsuccessfully trying to order the shirt it had said that my address does not add up to my account. So I tried a different address and it said the same thing, so I decided to call my back and they said the address was exactly the one I gave in the first place. Then the next day I notice that they debited my account twice for the shirts that never went through and are saying it's being held. I talked to my bank which they had informed me that the money has been withdrawn. This site has tons of complaints about stealing people's designs but also having incidents of withdrawing money without the process being accepted. I would highly recommend to avoid buying from them and spreading the word of what hack this site it is.

Redbubble no right of reply

As a customer on Redbubble.com I've got little to complain about. However as an artist my experience was not so fantastic. Back in 2012 I was accused (by an unknown third party) of copyright infringement to which Redbubble (without consultation or warning) removed my artwork from the site. I provided Redbubble's lawyers with all the appropriate evidence to the contrary and they eventually reinstated my artwork. Only recently has this again occurred (2014), funnily enough in relation to the exact same artwork. I was annoyed that it happened again, but I was sure they'd follow a similar procedure to last time. But even after I provided the same evidence as last time, they refused to reinstate my artwork. They didn't even have the decency to explain their decision. For Redbubble it's a case of "the customer is always right and artists need not reply".

Red Bubble has twice tried to fraudulently charge our company credit cards for over $1500 each time requiring cancellation and replacement of these cards. We have never done business with them so they are obviously scammers!

A sordid little site with dubious moral standards, shoddy and unpleasant management and second-rate, over-priced products with rip-off postage prices (profits by stealth). There are many better rival sites out there.

They didn't even have the decency to provide any info about the image that was deleted. thanks to google cache, I managed to re-find it and discover that it was just the title. The title was used as the title of a play in 1961 and then a film in the seventies but a pop group claim that I violated THEIR copyright and my image (due to the title) was just deleted. Clearly they do not own copyright but that doesnt matter to RedBubble. To counter claim I have to surrender myself to the U.S. courts and fight it there... some hope. Like you I am disgusted. And please, anyone who feels like complaining to They Might Be Giants (who are apparently the ones who claim ownership of the English language) please do. I hope their larynxes fuse. I am a struggling artist who has been victimized by this group of acid heads and a company that USED to support its artists. no more...

RedBubble is the biggest joke on the internet. I bought a tee shirt from this site and the silkscreen image is smeared with black ink all over the shirt. Convenintly there is no telephone number and they have not answered my emails. Do NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM REDBUBBLE EVER !
