the cake price now is increase.. but the cake taste decrease. . sana wag nyo naman bagohin ang lasa nang cake nyo.. nag mahal na nga kayo.. iniba nyo pa ang lasa..d na ma lambot sa luob nang cake at parang nag bawas kayo nang ingredietns..alang ko to.kasi chef cook ako.. dito ko to binili sa reb ribbon iloilo ungka.. quality nyo nag iba na..nag dadag na nga kayo nang price.. quality nyo iniba nyo pa... disapointed ako...

Red Ribbon Bakeshop Promo

Bumi ako ng cake. Meron akong receipt and promo coupon para sa blowout promo. Paulit ulit akong nagsasubmit. Laging error. Laging photo cannot be read by the system for some reasons. Napakalinaw ng pic na inupload ko. Pero error pa din talaga. Nakakaubos ng pasensya. Fake yun promotion nya dahil sa system erro lr ng website nyo. Sayang oras ko.

Red Ribbon Bakeshop happy plus card

Kanina sa red ribbon fcm mag aavail sana ako ng Black Forest cake worth 565 pati hpc and then balak ko ng gamitin yung coupon na 100 pesos off pero hindi daw pwede next transaction pa daw which is first time ko ma encounter. Crew din ako dati and isa pa lagpas naman 500 ang iaavail ko na product which is maximum para maavail ang discount and isa pa offline sila sa load so bakit ka mag papaavail ng hpc kung offine kayo sa load . Pinunch niya na yung card and nabayaran ko before niya sabihin na offline sila sa load kaya pinagload niya pa ako sa chowking . And then pagbalik ko hindi daw talaga pwede iavail ang discount na 100 so tinry ko pumunta sa ibang branch and dun ako nag avail ng product nagamit ko naman yung 100off coupon and nagtanong ako sa counter dun dahil baka magkaiba ng regulation sa company na pinanggalingan ko pero ang sabi ng mga counter sa binilhan ko pwede naman pala. So parang ang lumalabas sakanila lang talaga bawal.

Red Ribbon Bakeshop late delivery/ wrong cake

Dear Red Ribbon,

We would like to let you know how disappointed we are with your service. Here's what happened:

1. Yesterday (May 1, 2018), MR. KEVIN RIVERA ordered a cake (CHOCOLATE INDULGENCE) thru online delivery (redribbononlinestore.com) as a surprise gift "with dedication". Please note that you accepted the order without checking if the item is available.
2. Your staff confirmed that the cake (AGAIN CHOCOLATE INDULGENCE) will be delivered at exactly 1:00pm to MS. SWISHELLE MENOR's residence address- TYPE C NBP RESERVATION POBLACION MUNTINLUPA CITY with mobile no. [protected].
3. SWISHELLE MENOR didn't received the cake so KEVIN RIVERA followed up. You informed us that the residence address is not complete so we gave you the exact address (NO.16 SITIO KARUNUNGAN TYPE C NBP RESERVATION POBLACION MUNTINLUPA CITY). You acknowledged and again advised us that the order will be delivered by 3:00pm.
4. A confirmation email was received by KEVIN RIVERA, that the cake was already delivered and received, well in reality it is not.
5. AGAIN, we made a follow up and you advise that the order was put on on hold because you don't know the address and that the flavor (CHOCOLATE INDULGENCE) is not available? It's already 5:30pm, we ordered the cake 11-12:00nn. in that almost 7-hour period you should already know that the item is not available and more importantly you should have informed the customer, Don't wait for the customer to follow up.
6. 6:00pm you delivered a wrong cake, instead of the CHOCOLATE INDULGENCE you delivered a plain DEDICATION CAKE WITH 2 ENSAYMADA? What makes you think that the customer will accept that? Who gave you the permission to deliver a wrong item? you decided on your own without asking the customer.

It was supposed to be a surprise gift but it didn't turned out as planned/ expected. And the most terrible thing that you did is - You ruined the moment.

In line with the above complaint, I demand an explanation and a refund.

Red Ribbon Bakeshop selling expired cakes

Pls try to check the cakes sold at red ribbon LCC Legazpi City Branch.. They are selling expired cakes.. We tried to complain to the crew on duty but she refuses to exchange our nearly expired cake with the freshly baked displayed in the store .. "SAYANG PO KASI".. Thats the exact word that she answered to me.. No manager is present during that time .. I really think that that kind of management and practice should be taken seriouly by the head management.. IM JUST CONCERNED FOR YOUR COMPANY.. Pls make a move for this situation.. THIS IS VERY SERIOUS.. I JUST ANSWERED THE RUDENESS OF YOUR CREW.. "WAG KA MAGALALA ATE, HINDI NA KO BIBILI SAINYO" EXPIRE MGA CAKE NYO

Red Ribbon Bakeshop dipolog city branch arrogant crew named amor

Hello Red Ribbon. I would like to make a comment of how impolite your crews are in this branch.

There are a lots of pastry shop in our place and also here in Dipolog City but I chose Red Ribbon because it's my grandmother's favorite.. So when I get to red ribbon dipolog, your crew analyn gracefully suggest some cakes to me. Then I chose the cappuccino creme cake, because she told me that they can print cards that will be clipped on the cake. So I found it great. Now, I already paid the cake and just waiting for the printing. Then suddenly analyn told me, ma'am there's no more clip for the card. Can we just write it down to the cake? I asked her, That cake is powdery, maybe it would get dismantled.
Me: is there any alternative clip that I can buy in national book store?
Arrogant Crew Amor: Wala! Order Jud na namo! (Nothing! That's exclusively ours!) She actually yelled at me.
Me: (pissed) oh well then, give me another cake where you can write the dedication properly.
Amor again looked for the clips in their drawers and BANGING it one by one.

So their manager I guess named ferry apologized. Then I explained to her that it's okay with me if they don't have clips just tell me politely. Not like it's our fault if your crews are not paying attention and just banging your drawers. what for?

Red Ribbon Bakeshop delivery service that was cancelled but billed me twice

This is my actual email yesterday to redribbin delivery addressed to Red Ribbon Las pinas branch :

Dear Red Ribbon Manager,

I would like to inform you that I was billed twice with P600 amounts via online ordering last Feb 14. Please see attached BPI online statement. It shows that after Red Ribbon cancelled my order (email below) they billed me P600 twice when I was expecting a refund. What is more inconvenient is that, I need to pay this in full this month, or else, I will be charged interest by my credit card company.
I am looking forward for a fast refund asap. I do not have a lot of time calling BPI for the refund when it is Red Ribbons fault who cancelled and billed me twice.
I just ordered through KFC and did not have any problem with them.

Hoping for your soonest response on this matter.

Note: i am based here in the USA and ordered cake through online ordering for my father who lives in Las Pinas ( Moonwalk village beside BF Resort) for valentines day, that is why it is addressed to him, but unfortunately red ribbon informed me they cannot deliver that day and will just cancel the transaction. My credit card billing statement indicated that it was not refunded but billed me twice. This is very inconvenient and hoping that this will be straighten out by Red Ribbon without hassle on my part.

Red Ribbon Bakeshop refund my payment!!!

I just had my delivery online but it said that they don't deliver to the address I said. I already indicated my payment by card before they said that! How come you still deducted it to my account?! I just checked my account and you still deducted the payment! WTF red ribbon management! Refund my payment! Poor online service! Deducting guests payment and ignoring my delivery!

Red Ribbon Bakeshop service/ manpower sourcing

I am just concern on how you guys are choosing your factory workers.
We are thinking if we will still buy cakes with your company since we've found out that one of your workers in your factory named Jerevine A. Francisco is a drug addict and mentally ill. He is residing in 14 C Lt. J Francisco St. Krus Na Ligas. He is a well known addict and pusher in our place.
This message is intended not to bring down this certain person. But this is alarming on how you guys are choosing your people. Even if he is working in a factory it's also our concern that your product and your company will maintain it's good quality by choosing the right person to create your cakes.

Red Ribbon Bakeshop barbie boiled icing cake

It has been the 4th day already since we returned my daughter's cake in Red Ribbon Tuktukan and yet no cake and no update on the status. We returned the cake due to very very very low quality - sobrang dry and luma na yung chiffon and yung boiled icing eh lasang plastic or whatever taste that was. I am not supposed to give this negative review kaya lang day 4 na at inignore ako ng branch manager nyo. Please lang before ako umabot kung saan address my issue immediately.

Red Ribbon Bakeshop expiry date

Dec. 24 around 4pm bumili ng cake yung sister ko sa red ribbon fooda consolacion. Syempre maraming pagkain pag pasko so hindi namin nakain kaagad yung cake, may kumain sa cake pero konti lang ang nakuha. I was about to eat the cake (December 27), pero pagtingin ko sa expiry date eh consume before december 25, 2017. Grabe naman 24 kami bumili tapos consume agad! Please naman aware sana kayo na dapat hindi kayo magse serve ng cake na malapit na expiry date. I'm also working sa food chain pero ina assure namin na masa-satisfy yung mga customer/guest namin dahil binabayaran nila ng tama ang product na binibili nila. Hoping this wont happen again.

Sobrang nakakadissapoint yung branch ng imall canlubang.simpleng request for the dedication sa cake ang ibibigay sayo is card? At ipinipilit pa na card. Sasabihin pa na pick sila e kami lang ng kapatid ko tao this morning! Ang dami dami nila dun panay chismisan. Unlike sa ibang branch na kahitna sabihin na pick sila nakakapag sulat sa cake pa din. And hindi reason kung pick or what. Diba?

This is to complaint one of your store from sm dasmarinas letters are not properly written even the cake are not that pleasant to look like.. Alam ko nsa rush lhat ng part pero sana naman s pagprovide ng good service wag nman sana madaliin its christmas at family reunion nmin nakakadiaappoint lng yung part na bearing the name of red ribbon products are not proper delivered as good and pleasant for this kind of occation. Red Ribbon Bakeshop no receipt was given

My family visited your Robinsons Novaliches branch to purchase a cake around 730-8pm, December 16. I even availed the cake slicer. But when I asked for the receipt, they did not give mine for the purpose of tracking availers of the cake slicer. I think you have to revisit how your promo monitoring, not at the expense of your customers. Be careful with this, it's a must that you give your guest their receipts. they could have politely asked for it, than giving your customers- no choice.

Red Ribbon Bakeshop chocolate mousse

Hi,
I purchased your chocolate mousse cake at the Artesia location on Norwalk Blvd. and I was very disappointed with my purchase. The cake tasted very grainy. The mocha was not fluffy like it usually was. It tasted as if the mocha had not not been mixed very well. it was very disappointing because I bought this cake for my mother's birthday. This is her favorite cake and she did not even finish her one slice because it tasted terrible. The whole party commented on the taste of the cake. It was very embarrassing that no one ate cake at a birthday party. We expect Red Ribbon to always produce delicious cakes but today was not one of those days. Now what will be done to compensate me?

Red Ribbon Bakeshop divine beauty

July 24 we have ordered a 3 layer cake they called it devine beauty we have settled and agreed all the information on what to do on the said cake. Yesterday we claimed the cake already unfortunately when we were about to eat the cake we found out that the 3 layer cake is actually a one layer cake only and the 2nd and 3rd is totally Styrofoam were so disappointed my god. We will give you 1 score in a scale of 1-10.

Red Ribbon Bakeshop cake slices

Maam/ sir;
I bought a lot of single slices cakes for my husband to bring to work. When I was in the cashier to pay, the sale rep offered me a 5 assorted cakes in a pack. I was so excited I thought I save a little for buying the pack promo. The following day my husband open the cakes and found out they are all moldy. I was so embarrassed with my husband co worker.
Maam/ sir they should be more truthful with your products. I know its business but they should be careful as well. Your cakes are not cheap. I was very disappointed with the quality and how you market your products.

Red Ribbon Bakeshop service and product I ordered in advance

I went to redribbon mangaldan branch may 13, I made an advance order for a peach mango cake for mothers day (May14). There is one available cake that time on display. But the manager check it first if they're going to have a new delivery for tomorrow, then she came back and said yes there will be delivery of cakes tomorrow. So I paid in full, then here comes mother's day I went to the store to get my cake and another item. But then all I get is "pasensya napo walang delivery madami po kasing tao" so I told the manager "oo alamko madami tao ngaun kaya nga pinareserve ko na kahapon tas binigyan pa ako ng assurance kahapon na meron kaya nag order nako at reserved db" so puros pasencia. They gave me an option to refund or change the cake, of course I will not refund because I need a cake for that special occasion mother's day! So I ended with the cake that's not really what I want. It's just so frustrating and feel bad because aside from it's fully paid, I did really prepare for that day and I ended up disappointed! Tas pasencia at na deform na icing na cake na ung napili ko. I really feel bad that day. Aside from im a mother also customer satisfaction in not met! The store is just for profit.
