Red ONE Network unauthorized use of identification card to open red one account

I have received letter and calls from Red One regarding the unsettled debts/payment made under my name. But then, I never use/apply for that account. I already email them the police report in Aug after getting their calls but unfortunately, I don't know how they communicate among themselves as I keep getting their calls asking me to pay the bills and now I have received the letter (date: 23 Dec 2016) from Red One regarding this matter.

Hope you can help me.

Red ONE Network wrong charges on the bill even i'm cancelled long time ago

Dear customer service,

I'm enough with your ### telecom line redone.
I'm the owner for this number [protected] and customer id is [protected].
May I ask you why did I still received email or letter regarding this invoice? I had been cancelled few years ago! Can you pls check properly with your system ! Don't simply charging money to clients even i'm not used this number but incur a lot of charges !
I'm cancelled this number few year ago !
But what's kind of this ### telecom line ?
Too bad of the service for all the branch and their customer service attitude like not education in front clients?
What's to do ? If this happen again and again ?
I'm damn angry with your company as well
I hope your to come back to me asap and I will ignore for all the involved.

Please take action now and I will be waiting your good new come back to me immediately.

hi, actually i have use redone before and i got the same problem just like you. but when the customer service explain to me, and show me my outstanding bill its correct. your number actually long time terminate which is AUTO terminated on 1 july 2016 without sign any of request to terminate the line.
here is the detail: commitment for postpaid is need to pay even though you never use it.. u need to read the agreement before you sign to use the telco.
dec - 34.92 bill + commitment 40.28 = 75.20
jan - 75.20 bill + commitment 40.28 = 115.48
feb - 115.48 bill + commitment 32.08 (discount) = 147.56
march - 147.56
apr -147.56
may - 147.56 bill + charge the penalty TERMINATE - LINE SUSPENDED BEFORE THE CONTRACT END RM50 = 197.55
JULY - 197.55.. This is your oustanding until today without any charge. so you need to pay bill then no more outstanding.
ps: after this if you want to sign any telco postpaid make sure you fill the form first when you want to terminate the line immediately.. all the telco is just the same.

Red ONE Network worst customer service

I have email to [protected]@redone.com.my on 22/02/2017 to request statement/tax invoice for Feb'17, but i am yet received any respond from the careline. Therefore, i decided to called into the service centre on 23/02/2017. The personnel told me that i can get my statement/tax invoice within 24hours. But, until today (24/02/2017), I still haven't received my statement/tax invoice. I called again to your customer service & was asked to issue an email. I told the personnel i have already email to the careline on 22/02/2017. But, she told me they have a lot of customers & need to "queue up" & wait for the reply. I am wondering how long i need to wait for the reply? What if my account have been overdue? Will redone cut my line for not paying? The worst customer service i have ever met. Hope that your company will look into this issue.

Hi who concerned, My pos tracking number: LG196556515MY (pos express) Pos date: 10/12/15 Delivered date (shown in system): 11/12/15 26/12/15 customer called complaint, she haven't receive pos from us and I had call to verified with post office (KAJANG), he say the pos was delivered. We thought customer missing the pos but just yesterday only she received...
