Red ONE Network line kena barred

aku nk share sikit yg technical team (maybe) drpda syrikat ni mmg mlingkop kot.. aku dah settle bil even aku byaq more than enough.. tau² depa ni barred jgk.. but thats okay lg, ini dah lbih 24 jam.. macam haram jadah ja lagi.. bila pi customer service.. katanya technical problem.. so aku consider technical team mmg haram jadah.. agak² la smpai 24 jam.. nk penaya customer ka? dh la call customer care mcm bengong ja.. haram x pnah agkt.. x respon lgsung.. mmg mlingkop la company hmpa lpas ni.. tlg la aware sikit psai customer, hmpa dh knyg mkn duit customer, nak bt hal pulak.. klau mcm ni la berterusan, smua customer akn lari.. ni mmg luahan dri hati aku.. dh geram sgt dh.. nk barred line org cpt sgguh, bila org dah bayar, pnya lambat nk unbarred smula.. aku tggu dh lbih 24 jam.. salah team apa aku xtau.. yg aku tau company hmpa mmg jahanam mnyusah aku..

Aduh la... rugi tak baca complain ni awal2 sblm tukar ke redone... saya pun kena dah 2 hari byr masih tak reconnect. Call, live chat, whatsapp, emel... semua buat dah... hampeh. Lansung takde respond. Diorg sms kata kena byr sblm 15 feb tp belum 1hb pun dh barred line. Dpt pymnt reti pula htr notification tp lps tu masih tak reconnect.

Red ONE Network new sub phone line can't be registered

I have open a new redone sub phone line number [protected].
When l slot in the sim card to my handphone, the message sim card can't be registered keep on appearing.

I have checked with the local redone authorised service provider and he checked my sim card through a computer. I was informed that the pin in my sim card is different from the number [protected] and that's why my sim card can't be registered and the line can't be activated!

My sim card info:

Pin No :1234

PUK No :[protected]

ICCID :[protected] (064-3-HPRD)

Kindly enlighten.

Red ONE Network red one bad customer service

Hi red one, i feel very disappointed with red one as below incidents.

1- i had received a call from your 3rd party collector which threaten me that have to pay the outstanding within 2hrs ( I received a call at about 4pm and giving me time until 6pm ) only i keep on negotiate she allow me to delay only next day 2pm) not only that they also threatening me that they are from SITOS and will black list me in Bank Negara my question is where is the professionality of your appointed collected? At least they should let me know who are they? For what purpose? And give time for me to verify with red one. At the same time why red one did not check my payments history's and give me a call to verify? Why should use 3rd party collector to threaten your customer?
2- from the date after i terminate your service, there is no call, SMS or even mail from red one to tell me that i have outstanding balance.
3- your staff Nesh promiss me that he will ensure there will be no call from 3rd party to disturb me after i have made the outstanding payment on the same day 13-Dec '17 @ about 6.45pm. Yet this morning i still received call from your appointed 3rd party collector. What kind of service and promises had been made?
I would like to have explanation from red one about this.

Red ONE Network duit daftar di tipu oleh agent dilantik oleh syarikat anda

Nama saya Maggie Ong, saya adalah salah seorang pengguna redone,
Pada bulan october yang lepas saya telah daftar 1 sub line dari agent redone di road ahow tesco seremban 2, dan saya telah bayar rm60.00 kepada agent itu bernama Fad ( [protected]) tapi hingga hari ini punya masih belum dapat line lagi, jawapan dari agent kata redone lambat, dan sudah 1 bulan lebih dia masih kata "redone kata 1 atau 2 hari lagi" tapi saya dah telepjome redone centre, mereka kata langsung tak ada i punya appreciation.
Saya nak tanya redone :
1) adakan masalah ini refer pada redone atau agent ?( saya adalah customer redone tolong jangan jagikan saya itu macam bola tendang antara redone ke agent)
2) walaupun duit itu tak banyak hanya rm60. Tapi tolong jangan tipu customer u sendiri, customer tak kan salah atau ingat agent itu tipu..customer hanya fikir REDONE YANG TIPU DUIT CUSTOMER sebab agent itu adalah syarikat redone yang lantik .
Disini saya sangat harapkan redone boleh tolong settle kan masalah saya yang hadapi.

Red ONE Network unethical behaviour

Hi there. I'm redone user. On 8.9.17 i received a call from [protected] and a SMS stated that my outstanding amount. I do a payment on that day. I found that my number terminated without any notication. My account got a deposit and just recently contra of. Please check why there is no notification of termination and i want my number back. I felt cheated as by 1 call my number get suspended and terminated. The sms i received is about my outstanding amount and didn't stated my number will get suspend and terminated.

Red ONE Network redone mobile data stability

I'm playing dota and, boom, my character can't move and get killed in war.And every attempt to reconnect is a sheer waste of time.And whats worse, i get low priority penalty all the time because of useless mobile data.Ironically, i'm trying to get over the single draft games and i keep getting more and more of them.Nobody deserve this, fix this immediately or else...you will face my wrath.

Red ONE Network line slow, dan tak boleh terima mesej tac number.

Selamat sejahtera, Line sangat slow, cannot on call properly, macam guna handphone lama, when using another line, on call okay je, so rasanya bukan masalah handphone saya, seterusnya masalah berkenaan TAC number, dari bank or any other apps, recently saya tak dapat terima, banyak kali cuba, the same thing happen, saya guna my other number, and its working just fine! Tapi masalahnya, certain apps dah stick pkai no RO ni, susah saya nak buat transaction online, or nak guna certain apps, unfortunately, saya sangat tidak berpuas hati dengan RO. Lakukan sesuatu RO. Jangan kecewakan pegguna setia anda.

Red ONE Network master line which I don't own.

I registered to redone in 2015. After a month using the service, I notice I cant pay the bill via online since its said my line was a subline. 2 month ago, I terminate my line from redone and join webe, I been using my number since 2002. Havent change at all. These couple days, I got call from redone saying, I have a due payment on the masterline, which I dont know where it come from and its not my number. I dont even know/remember what the number.

Red ONE Network telephone barred and suspended

[protected] has been suspended on 26th aug... I received bill that has been invoice on 1st aug invoice no 1708-[protected] said amount to pay 17.60 before 31 Aug.. I have make the payment on 25th Aug.. how come still suspended my no. I have called customer survice and mentioned that I make the payment late and if I would like to continue the service need to pay rm10.. this is not our fault why we need to pay rm10.. I can accept if we have made payment late but I have made the payment before 31.Aug.. if this cannot solve we will raise the compalaint to kpdnkk.or cfm or any other agencies body..

I didn't make any calls to overseas using my hand phone and I was billed RM 213 foe calls I received from overseas. Even I received overseas calls the redone company must send the bill to the person who called me. I do not know anyone in foreign countries. It is not fair to ask me to pay the bill the company must send the bill to the person who called me. Please take immediate action to rectify this situation or you will a valuable customer. Thank you

Red ONE Network talian sangat slow

Salam sejahtera..pengguna red one sudah hampir 4 tahun..kerana setia pada red one saya diberi 1 simcard free tanpa reg..bil bulanan sekali dengan yang lama..sehingga saya proposed orang lain pun guna talian red one ini..tapi semenjak kebelakangan ini talian red one sangat slow walaupun saya berada di kawasan yang luas liputannya.. Talian red one ni bagus memang jimat cuma bila talian sangat slow sampaikan nak download sekeping gambar pun susah..itu yang saya buat keputusan untuk hantar komplain..saya harap komplain saya mendapat perhatian..terima kasih.. Sama macam saya. Line yg slow bayar tiap2 bulan mengecewakan. Line macam siput khinzir la. Dah banyak kali call redone apa boleh buat dah tukar jugak kejap 3g kejap 4g tp line tetap macam siput khinzir. Kami suami isteri kecewa dengan redone dan kami bercadang untuk tukar talian. Bagi mereka yg bercadang nak tukar redone lupakan hajat korang sebb line slow macam siput khinzir!

Salam sejahtera,
Saya pengguna Red One yang sudah setia selama 4 tahun. Pada bulan lepas, sya mengambil pakage Data Internet RM48.00 sebulan dengan agrement selama 6 bulan tidak boleh berhenti. Masalahnya sekarang Data internet di kawasan tempat saya sangat lemah, tidak boleh dapat 3G atau 4G. Tidak boleh nak download atau upload gambar dan vedio. Saya sudah beberapa kali berhubung dengan centre untuk mengemukakan masalah ini dan sudah bermacam cara saya buata seperti yang disarankan, namun tidak ada perubahan.
Masalahnya sekarang apa lagi perlu saya buat, bayaran bulanan tetap saya kena bayar tapi sevice tidak memuaskan.Saya yang menanggung rugi. Harap pihak Red One ambil perhatian dengan masalah ini. No. saya : [protected], Nama : Hamdan bin Mohamed Akim ( K/P : [protected] )

ada mengaku dari red one call bagitaw i ada bil tertunggak dengan red one. Padahal saya tak pernah guna line red one pun. Then, i buat police report utk settle this case & emel to red one office. Kalau tak silap tahun lepas dah emel semua. Suddenly, bulan ni ada pulak red one call balik pasal this matter. I tak paham la macam mana red one bt kerja? Daftar tak

Red ONE Network pekerja yang tidak jujur dan bil " tertunggak"

Saya begitu kecewa dengan layanan pekerja redone tunjong. Mereka begitu biadap dan menganggap pelanggan mereka sebagai satu beban. Kisahnya bermula pada 5 Julai 2017, mereka mengatakan bahawa bil saya tertunggak selama dua bulan, sedangkan saya telah menjelaskan bil saya pada setiap bulan. Saya mempunyai dua nombor REDONE, dan ingin terminate nombor kedua. Apabila saya ingin menukar rangkaian, mereka mengatakan proses termination mengambil masa selama 3 hari tetapi apabila saya telefon customer careline 1909 mereka mengatakan termination number adalah selama 60 hari. Saya begitu kecewa dengan penipuan pekerja redone.

Red ONE Network reactivation of line

4/5/17 I went to agent to cancel subsi line n hv been adv to sign termination form...
5/5/17 principal line [protected] was wrongly termnated... Called to service centre hot line ask for reactivation.. Called more than 4 officers n they promised to activate my line within 24 hrs
6/7/17 called again twice n they have emailed asked connecting unit ro look into it but until now nothing
What a poor service! Please let ne have the reply asap before I proceed to reporr to multimedia msia..

Red ONE Network terminating a line

I' really disappointed with Redone staff of Sutera Mobile & Services. My plan is to terminate a number which I did on 21.2.17. Yesterday, I went to the store to settle other RO lines and I was not suprised that the number I wish to terminate is still active. A guy there instructed me to go to Puchong. I got mad as I did the request at Nilai in February and yesterday he told me to go to Puchong reasoning that out of a sudden they are not doing any termination. This has been going on since February and I was rolled like a ball when the unqualified (to my view) made me call Sutera Mobile & Services in Bangi.

Red ONE Network pendaftaran redone

I tak pernah pun daftar redone and I tak pernah guna pun rangkaian redone.. Tiba2 pihak redone call kata I ada daftar and kata bil I tertunggak.. Kalau I x jelas kan I kena tindakan.. Pihak redone buat kerja macam mana daftar tak pakai ic ke apa? X ada tandatangan pembeli ke.. Masa daftar tu x tengok ke muka ic dgn orang sama ke tak. Tiba2 call I kata nak ambik tindakn dekat i. I banyak kerja lain lagi nak buat.. Nak report polis I dah buat.. Pastu mintak pulak sign I x faham la. Pihak redone macam mana buat kerja.

Red ONE Network minta payment

Redone adalah sebuah syarikat yang besar...tetapi staff yang payment department minta payment semacam gangster...cakap pun kasar...
...tidak memberi peluang dan masa menjelaskan Bill yang kita hutangi...saya pertama kali bercakap dengan service line begitu...sangat sakit hati...kalau syarikat redone tidak kisah customer...kita tak akan menggunakan line Redone...

Red ONE Network product and service

1) My first using Redone on January 2017.
2) The reason I purchase because the is offer of RM8/month, 1GB and 50min free Call. I did also ask to activate roaming.
3) The number that apply is for [protected]
4) 2 incident happen to me
a) My 4 month bill, all my call is being charged for the first 50min, then I called RedOne and Redone said my line confirm have 50min FOC. UNtill today it still charge for the 50 min.

b) I went oversea and realize no roaming. The first day I had asked and sale suppose need to activate fr me, but I only know when I am oversea. It make me a lot of trouble during the time I in oversea. I had checked with RedONE and I need to when back to pay deposit RM300 to activate while the operating time is my working time. Since I already in Auto debit payment, I do not understand why still need to make customer so inconvenient to walk in and pay deposit, when I already ask the sale to activate at the first place.

I accept the fact that complain can easily being ignore. Please do not let me to wrongly think that "RedONE line is untrustworthy whereby it use a lot of benefit to attract customer, but the time customer is bond to 6 months, all the benefit will be not provide as promised." In the end for the first 6 month, customer will pay a lot higher compare to other line.

For temporary limit and permanent limit, CSR Redone said that we need to us then only they will explain. How i know the details of service if they didn't tell us on the first place? CSR suppose give the detail information then only customer could choose which of the option they think can suit with their requirement. Please act like a professional when doing the job rather than giving 1000 of excuses because at the end people will leave REDONE and choose more reliable service in the market. REDONE not only the ONE in Malaysia both of us know!

Red ONE Network redone investment and forex mmclub month return 8%

Dear Redone support,
Kuar eng guan said he is redone kedah, perak and penang big agent and can be trust and can be invest.

kuar eng guan(nick) - ic [protected].

so far we didnt receive more than 8month monthly return from Redone Kuar eng guan investment orogram. monthly 8% fix return.

we all more than billion dollar past to him. he said very good and can be trust and not cheat investors money, but now he run away all our hard earn money.

he gurantee not 100% can capital back. but now all of us go redone office cannot find him. i do see some investors angry. Report polis oso make.

we all want to know when red one return us all our capital since redone work with him. and he gurantee us.

Red ONE Network unprofessional behaviour

Good afternoon, i've received a called from red one on last week (Forgot which date & day) and today still received a call from red one which is from (Debt collector). I totally disappointment and angry with your customer service (Debt collector). This customer service being so rude to my husband asking about money for the phone line debt. There is no proper way & totally unprofessional to talk with customer with this kind of attitude! I hope red one management can take this issue very seriously to improve your customer services! It's totally a bad reviews for your company! This is the number that has been called my husband for the payment! [protected])

I also want to type a compliment for this customer service named (Izzat) from billing dept.
He did a fantastic job so well and treated me in nicely way as a his customer. He did explained to me one by one for each bills regarding the overdue amounts which is really makes me very understood.

Please do contact me at this number [protected]) regarding this complaint. I haven't satisfied with your debt collector services!
