I never on international data roaming and now charge me over RM17, I write email to customer services, 1st Nov 2018 Customer Services mention I make payment without international data roaming after will reduce and waive international data roaming fee in Dec statement. After Dec 2018 I received statement no any waive and reduce fee, I also write to customer service mention pls settle this international data roaming due to i never on international data roaming so impossible got international data roaming
Now I no willing to make payment because Dec 2018 statement no waive and reduce data roaming fee and mainpoint now redone barred my line, yesterday I just sign 1gb RM15, now barred my line no my reason is ur customer services don't want settle my problem so I can't make payment and red one barred my line, if tmr morning still can't use, Dec 2018 incurred all fee I also decline to make payment due to ur barred my line and no my problem because ur all don't want settle and revised statement, my contact number is [protected] KOK HWA
Pls settle as soon as possible, I am red one user since 2016, if still don't settle, I also don't mind black list and won't make payment because ur company also no serious face my problem, just kidding me only
Mention solve problem just kidding me pls check from attachment, are u think am I happy ? After receiving statement all fake never resolve my problem funny redone ok
