Red Lobster the worst place and awful services

People, stay away from www.redlobster.com. we attended this place, but it was big scam. The services and attitude were the worst. As well as we ordered one dish, but the waitress provided completely different and refused to change it. She told me that it was what we ordered. Wtf? We were shocked with such attitude and services, so be aware when you attend this place. As well as share your views about them.

My friends and I went to the Red Lobster on 6535 Airways Southaven, MS the service was horrible we were there for an 1hr before we were seated and then it took another 15 min for our waitress to come to the table, then our liquor orders was not right one of my friends coffee was so weak she had to send it back the. She ordered a Long Island Iced Tea that was not fixed Probably, we had no silverware to eat with, our food took and hour to get to the table and then with the endless shrimp they kept running out of shrimp, the other waitresses were on their job but the one we had she was horrible we kept seeing shrimp going to other tables except for ours and there was a smell like spoiled sea food
The only good thing was that the manager comp our food and one of my friends none of his good was right Red Lobster is really going down hill and all locations need a face lift

Red Lobster bad food

The food was disgusting. The clam chowder was flavored water that obviously came out of a can. I had to douse it with salt and pepper to eat it. The salad had no color to it and had no taste to it. It too obviously came out of a bag. The shrimp linguinni was floating in a greasy substance. I took 3 bites and put it aside. The waiter saw that we really didn't touch most of our food and asked if it was ok. We should have never paid for it! But...we said it was just ok. Half way thru I heard my wife's stomach grumbling and she heard mine. We both had to use the bathroom 1/2 way thru the meal. I actually threw my left overs away in the bathroom. We had to pull to the side of the road because we each thought that we had to vomit. The food was disgusting and processed! We filled out the survey like the waiter told us to and Red Lobster NEVER contacted us per our request. HORRIBLE!

Red Lobster $75 dinner for 2 was freezer-burned

I am a single mother on a low income. I took my son to Red Lobster in Mesquite, TX where we have eaten on occasion, usually with a gift card. But with a $25 gift card, I'm still spending $50 for what should be a high quality meal. I could have gone to Applebees if I wanted to spend less for comfort food. We went to Red Lobster on a Monday evening to avoid the crowds, and we were seated quickly. My son & I both ordered the king crab legs and we waited 45 minutes. We were hungry & the salad and bread were gone by the time our entrée arrived. I noticed every one of the crab shells were slit open, but I didn't think much of it until I tasted it. The crab was rancid - it tasted old and freezer burned. Apparently it had been frozen, and I think the cooks split the shells open to attempt to hide that they were freezer burned. But I know how teenagers and young adults are these days, working as servers and cooks while they can't stand to be there. If you complain, they will take your plate back but then they will spit on your food or something. So I didn't complain - I paid the $75 for the spoiled crab but I will never go back to ANY Red Lobster again. That's way too much money to spend and very dangerous for the paying customer to be served spoiled seafood.

Red Lobster terrible service, and absolutely no customer service!!

On Wed the 4th of September, I met my son and grand daughter in Fredericksburg (Red Lobster) to celebrate my Bday.I always meet my son there, because he lives n Maryland n I live N Richmond, va.and that's the half way mark. The employees @ that Red Lobster has absolutely no training n customer service .I was setting on the porch waiting for my son and I think it was a shift change, I can tell you around 8 employees walk right by me, didn't speak or nothing, once inside the service was terrible, no smiles from the server or nothing, they need to start having customer service classes for their employees .I'll Find some place else n Fredericksburg to have my Bday Dinner. We Spent around $50.00 on our meal. If I'm spending money n Red Lobster @ least give great customer service.

Red Lobster worst seafood restaurants & job discrimination

The Red Lobster Restaurants in Georgia-Carolina, all are known for supporting job discrimination against African-American men- wrongful terminations, and failing to keep them employed! But also Red Lobster has a growing bad reputation for cheating customers, on the quality of seafood that they eat there! The seafood portions continue to get smaller and smaller, and the food gets more over-priced, and as always; the customer service by restaurant managers & servers continues to get worse and more unprofessional! That's why I stopped eating at any Red Lobster restaurant, and many others are doing the same! So save your money, if you want good seafood & restaurant service- EAT SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Red Lobster overpriced & lousy food service

The Red Lobster Seafood Restaurants (overpriced & lousy food service) in Augusta Georgia HAVE Lousy Restaurant management; the manager Beverly, is incompetent and continues to hire bad employees! The seafood is way overpriced, reported food poisoning, restaurant staff are often rude to customers, and Kitchen Staff keeps cutting food portions & ripping off customers by falsifying customers' signatures on receipts, to get more money for tips, (by stealing their credit card information! That's why they continue to lose customers (and they have been losing a lot lately!), and due to job discrimination- they also keep losing good employees! (The worst Red Lobster Seafood Restaurants ARE ALSO IN AIKEN, SC.! STAY AWAY)!

Red Lobster availability of service

Family met at Red Lobster to celebrate a birthday. Had eleven in our party. Was told with the new renovations could not seat party for one hour and a half. Totally unacceptable for a waiting time. It is tho, Red Lobster does not want large parties in their restaurant. In these time, one would think they would welcome the business. Have always enjoyed Red Lobster, but do not feel I will support their facility. Thanks.

The coupons are always for two adults. Singles can't get any discounts. Red Lobster has been by far my favorite chain. But I'm not eating there as much as I used to, because I feel your policy is against people like me. I like to eat alone. Why are you against that? And why should I eat there, if you discriminate against me?

Yeah, we were hungry and waiting a long time so yeah they should have asked the others to hurry. They should have a limit of 25 minutes when they order the food. If they are not done in 25 minutes than they should be given two choices they either have their food thrown out or they have it sent in a doggy bag. The point is our business is more important than theirs. First of all we have eleven people so we will leave a bigger tip. Second we all make more money than them because we all work in a law firm so we can afford to leave a bigger tip than those other people. I told all my friends not to tip the waitress because of the long wait. I also asked that the birthday man be given a free meal. They said that since he did not have proof that they could not. Then when he was stupid enough to tell them his birthday was tomorrow (Easter Sunday) they told him it had to be on the actual day. Yeah right you are most likely closed tomorrow. Then he said a sappy thing like he does not mind paying. What he enjoys was our company. Someone else paid for this man as a gift anyways so his words mean nothing. Despite my telling my friends not to leave a tip they did. So after they all left I excused myself and told them I had to use the washroom. I was hoping to collect the tips they left despite me telling them not to but they were quick to collect their tips. Imagine that they make us wait half an hour because we went at 7pm but they collect their money real fast. What a shame.

Red Lobster lousy overpriced food

Wow, the whole Darden universe has gone downhill a bit since the 90's, but most noticeable is Red Lobster. Amazingly shrinking portions, sub-par service and the last time I was there the food was damn near inedible. It is amazing how the portions and quality has evaporated from this chain with very little repercussion. I guess it is a statement on American taste and expectations. If you spend lots of $$ on advertising and fancy new buildings, the people here will not notice the lousy food, WOW, can't believe it!
Probably it's because they don't remember the "old days" (like the 90's) when you sure got more food and higher quality for your $$.
The prices have surely not eroded though, go buy your fish at the local restaurant, it is way better! Olive garden at least gives you a much higher quality of food at a similar price, goodbye Red Lobster!

Red Lobster very bad food service

Red lobster in augusta, ga | 440 walton way & 2847 washington rd - has a long history of discriminating against employees, bad food services, and cooking-the-books. Red lobster employees stabbing each other in the back to get a buck! And many accusations of racism by patrons & employees.. The red lobster chain has changed management several times since, and employee turnover is still worse than mcdonalds! I still don't feel the welcome and taste the quality of food that used to make this my favorite place to eat in aiken despite it being a chain. The sweet tea used to be the best. The food and service is usually mediocre and just plain bad.." I would seriously recommend eating at any place other than red lobster!

Red Lobster harassing customers & poor services

Numerous bad reviews for these crappy red lobster seafood chain: "used to be a five star & it only kept getting worse with the general manger pat robinson, and that's why he was fired; for discriminating against employees, bad food services, and cooking-the-books. Now the food and service are mediocre and sometimes just plain bad.." another source says: "police say a waitress was attacked at a red lobster restaurant in aiken, sc on friday — the nineth such assault at the red lobster aiken/augusta locations in seven months.. The latest incident at the red lobster 950 aiken mall dr aiken, sc. Restaurant happened at about 2:15 p. M. Friday afternoon, the aiken public safety police reported. Police said the waitress had water thrown on her and was hit repeatedly by either open hands or menus. The waitress was taken into custody, for starting the fight.

Police told the newspaper the motive for the attack was because of a verbal & physical attack by the waitress, and the three female customers were unhappy and have filed complaints against the red lobster chain, and that customer service there is only getting worse.."
I would seriously recommend eating at any place other than red lobster!

Can't find this incident in any news or search engines, which is odd since something where an arrest if made will make some search engine. Also, theonly mention of the general manager is a post on a review page that says the quality went down after he left.

Something is fishy and it isn't the food...

Red Lobster substandard food

I visited the restaurant after seeing an ad for Lobsterfest. We ordered our meals and when delivered were neither similar to the marketing on TV or were of the quality at the price level we were charged. We ordered meals which included Maine lobster and shrimp. The lobster was a small tail, over cooked and put on the plate in a manner which made it ugly. The lobster was tasteless, rubber textured and not of the quality expected in a $26 plate price. Shrimp was also part of the meal. The shrimp was also not representative of the TV ad. I have bought a dozen shrimp as bait that would beat this meal. The shrimp were over cooked and tasteless. Needless to say the staff thought it was "too bad" we were dissatisfied. We will not return to this national name business in any city. As we left we noticed just a few other diners who made the mistake of choosing this establishment. Advertising will not save poor quality and disinterest. Our feet leaving will be heard. My advice... go to a family owned seafood place where there is pride in quality and presentation of product.

Red Lobster is amazing. You can't expect food to look like it does in the ads, and if you do your slightly ###ed. I'm sure your feet leaving will NOT be heard over all the other people who still dine at Red Lobster. Your absence won't make the slightest difference.

Red Lobster take out order

Called location at 9:15pm to order takeout for 3 people. Was put on hold for 10 minutes when no one answered I hung up and recalled. Upon calling a 2nd time I explained to person what happened they put me on hold again to transfer my call and when answered I was told that they no longer can do a take out after 9:30. Please explain to me why your hours of operation are 11:00am to 10:00pm and I was refused service. Would this have happened if we were dining in. I think not! Please explain this policy not understanding.

Spoke to Red Lobster concerning my takeout issue and they informed me that is not there standard practice. Their operation time for all food orders are until closing hours. They seem to value, respect and understand there customers and this shows the true pride they take in there restaurant.

Called in a take our order something I do twice a month.

As usual was asked what I wanted, sides, name and phone number.

Then told 20 minutes or so which is normal.

I arrived to be told no order had been called in.

I then whipped out my cell phone and showed him call history with Red Lobster call.

Very least this establishment which I was frequently could do is offer an apology and or a discount for inconvenience.

Had they done either I would continue to redeem my credit card points for Red Lobster gift cards.

The one and only time I went to Red Lobster, I ate at the location on Ala Moana in the mid afternoon, There were only three or four tables eating at the time and Dog the Bounty Hunter was there. Now that is a reason to be upset; you try to eat sitting across from a mug like that.

Besides having worked in food service through college, I once owned a small restaurant and frequently go out to eat. Seeing it from both perspectives, I never dine in a place within one hour of closing time. To me, a 10:00 closing time means the kitchen breaks down at 9:30 and the wait staff starts vacuuming at 10:30. In which case, I never look forward to having a lengthy dining experience...I order take-out and enjoy a drink while the food is being prepared.

Red Lobster overall experience

We were a group of seven adults and one infant. After waiting for well over an hour to be sat, we had to wait another 15 minutes for a drink order, and about 20 minutes after we received our drinks for our food order to be taken. The servers were completely inept, unprepared and just seemed lost. Food came out sporadically. Our salads came out 2 at a time, about 5 minutes apart. Then, our main courses came one at a time, after about 25 minutes of waiting after the salad course. The Cajun chicken pasta is supposed to have a cream based sauce, yet it was all oil, grease, and coagulated once we received it. The bacon wrapped shrimp & sirloin was atrocious. The bacon around the shrimp was VISIBLY BURNT and blackened, and the shrimp inside was overcooked, not to mention the steak itself was ordered medium rare and was over well done. The peach bourbon barbeque shrimp and scallops were terrible. The shrimp was rubbery and over cooked, yet the bacon wrapped scallops were raw & cold, much like all the food we received. All in all, the visit was terrible. The food was all luke warm at best and had been sitting for quite some time before it reached the table. Not to mention, the receipt even says that a gratuity is added to parties of eight or more, Though we had SEVEN and an infant, the useless server still scammed her tip out of us by adding the 18% tip on. As a server myself, had I given this service to any customers, I would no longer be employed.

So, we went to Red Lobster tonight, at 15311 W. McDowell Road, in Goodyear, Arizona. We have gone to this place since they opened, and really have always had a great time, until this year. We usually go about every two months, and have been there twice before this with crappy service. Now, we had a terrible time. We will never return to that restaurant. This was the final time we get poor service in a Red Lobster. Well, where to begin. Let’s see….I guess the first hint of how our dining experience was to go would have been the hostess…My wife, 8 year old son, and I walked in, with no one in the waiting area, and straight in to the hostess stand. She says to us “oh, 2 of you?” Really? The hostess either can’t count or chose to ignore our son. So, on to the table. The person seating us was very pleasant. I am sorry I did not get his name. He was very cordial, and made us feel at ease immediately. He sat us, and said that our waitress will be with us shortly. Well, shortly turned into about 8 minutes just for our waitress to come and take our drink order. Then, a slight wait for the drinks, followed by the biscuits. Ok, so maybe this will not turn out so bad…..oops, spoke too soon. After taking our appetizer order, the waitress came back to take our entrée order. We told her we prefer to wait until getting our appetizer, and she seemed puzzled. Ok. So, we sit, and wait…and wait…and wait…I see 2 other tables around us get seated, get drinks, get appetizers, and still we wait. Oh, here comes the assistant manager, to re-fill our drinks. Great. Now, we wait. And wait. So, here comes our seafood nachos. Hooray! Except...they were kind of….sparse. The shrimp and cheese sauce was sparingly applied, to say the least. Oh, well, it is a busy Saturday night, so we can make some allowances. So, let’s dig in. Um, what is this? Some of the nachos are kind of….soggy. Like the chips sat at the bottom soaking up grease. Definitely not a good thing. Ok, let that sit, and we can eat the other chips. Ok, not bad, considering. Well, let’s see how the entrées are. Once we order. Hmmm, where is the waitress? No, not over there. Well, let’s wait. For 10 more minutes. Really? Now she takes our order? Must be really busy tonight…but…I keep seeing people seated around us and getting faster service. Starting to get a little upset now. Ok, we order our food. And wait….for over 20 minutes now. So, where are our salads? Hmmm……no, that’s not them……after 10 more minutes here they are. Now, one of the things that used to bother me at Red Lobster was that the Ceaser salad was served so cold I had to warm my hands after eating it. Not this one! Oh, no, this salad was at room temperature, for sure. So how long does it take for a salad to get that warm? So, now we are 48 minutes into dinner, and we have been served some crunchy biscuits, and some crappy nachos, and warm salads. Ok, so where are the entrées? Well, about 10 minutes more, and here comes the entrees. Being brought by a different waitress. What? Ok, so she starts by handing out my son’s plate, and remarking how she wondered about his because she didn’t see him behind my wife. Not exactly a good comment, but whatever. I do notice as his plate is handed over that the fries seem a little off. Kind of like they had sat for a while. So, she starts handing me my plate, which should have been a combo of steak, shrimp, and salmon. But, there are crab legs on the plate. I tell the waitress this is not my order, and she asks if I am sure. What the ()^&$! Yes, I am sure I didn’t order crab. So, she looks at my wife’s plate, which also has crab on it, which she didn’t order. So, the waitress takes the plates away, and to the next table to ask them if it is theirs. And back to the kitchen. And we wait….now we have had enough. We waited for about 5 more minutes, and finally flagged down the assistant manager. We tell her that we need to have the entrée orders cancled, and the check for the app, drinks, and my son’s meal. She said she will take care of it. And starts to leave. But now, here comes….surprise!...our waitress, along with the other waitress, with the same meals. They explain that the crab was added by the kitchen, and that we can keep it and not be charged for it. Why, we don’t know. But we told all three of them that we didn’t want it, and they asked several times if we wanted them. Finally, we said yes, but when they put the plates in front of us, I noticed that the butter was already congealing in the bowl. So I touched all the food, and it was all room temperature. My wife did the same for her food, with the same results. Actually, here crab was stone cold in the center. Like just nuked for too little time cold. So, we sat again, until the manager, Tyler R, came over. He seemed to be wanting to help, but would not listen to anything we said. He kept interrupting us with his version of what we were trying to say. Not acceptable. But, he tried. Told us he would comp our meal. Ok. Not what we wanted. We asked several times for the check, but they would not listen. Ok, fine. Then, here comes Tyler, with an envelope with what he said were gift cards, to see if he could get our business back. Well, thanks, we will consider it. But, seeing as this is the third time in a row we have had crappy service here, I don’t think we will be back. Ever. And, as further insult, when we get into the car, my wife opens up the envelope and finds a $25 gift card. Great. So someone can get, what, a smaller entrée and a drink? Please. This place has gone downhill the entire year, and we are tired of giving them chances. Never again.

Red Lobster walts shrimp

This is the first time I have ever complained about your food, The Shrimp was not prepared and was greasy as if it had sat in the grease too long, It was battered in flour I do beleive. Our order was for a dozen each as I had a guest with me and I could only eat 6 of them and my guest only 5. I informed the waitress about the food with no answer. So I just paid my bill with my gift card left a tip and departed your establishment, I do not believe that I will ever again vist your establishment. This incident happened around 3 PM, 27 Dec 2011. I thought you might need to know this.[protected]@sbcglobal.net

Red Lobster poor service

Last night my family nd I decided to have dinner @ the Red Lobster in Mentor, Ohio. Our waitress was not so great. S he served us our salads and walked away, we looked at each other in disgust like "Wow are we suppopse to eat this with our hands?" She never gave us any silverware. So we asked her for some silverware and she gave it to us so I felt the need to ask "Do they still serve the biscuits with your meal?" she replied "Yes I'm waiting on them to get done!" Huh had that been the case a good waiter/waitress would have told my party and I that there was going to be a wait on the biscuits. However she walked away and within two minutes she brought the basket of biscuits out with about three napkins. I just looked at her thinking to myself that was awfully quick are you sure they were cooking still or did you just forget to bring them out because I'm thinking you just forgot. So we began to eat the salad and the biscuits and when we went to grab a biscuit we realized that there were'nt any saucers. Now I'm extremely pissed off thinking to myself "Is she still in training or is she just treating us like crap?" So we continued eating when my husband shouted out angrily "There is hair in my salad" now we are extra frustrated simply because we have been recieving nothing but poor service our whole meal. We flagged the waitress down to make her aware of the hair being in the salad so she had a manager come over. when he got there he let us know that he was aware of the hair being in the salad. He looked around at all of our meals and said "Yeah we get a least one plate a day with hair" real serious and then he said "Apparently it did'nt spoil your appetite." That right there took the cake. Even if you all do have one customer a day with a complaint about them finding hair in their food I think it was very inappropriate for you being the manager to advertise that as if it's something good. You never even apologized for this mishap. I am so very disgusted with this Red Lobster in particular. They will never see my face no my money again.

Red Lobster spammed by ecoupons

After a wonderful dining experience with my favorite restaurant, Red Lobster, our waiter told us to take a survey online for a chance to win 1, 000. We did and I suddenly have been spammed by something called ecoupons.
They were spamming me hourly for coupons from Red Lobster, Olive Garden, etc., etc. I turned them in and after a week of horrid spamming they finally ceased, after repeated FTC complaints.
I emailed Red Lobster and told them I didn't appreciate it and Red Lobster has denied that it was from their site and said something to the effect that I shouldn't have signed up for ecoupons. I explained that I took their survey and it started immediately after I took it and since I didn't do anything else to warrant the barrage, it was from them.
Now, they claim I need to check my internet provider. I call BS. I have been online since 1994 so don't tell me I don't know where this stuff comes from. Red Lobster claims my privacy is important to them and I claim they sell you out.
They only spout what they are told to tell you when complaints are lodged and will no longer be called a devoted fan of Red Lobster.
Good job guys, I have regularly eaten there for over 27 years. More than 12 times a year. I no longer wish to do business with a company that has no respect for my privacy and basically tells me I don't know how to use the internet. Stupid move Red Lobster.

On Sunday, November 15th, my wife and I visited the Red Lobster In Wilkes Barre, Pa to celebrate our 57th wedding anniversary and we ordered the stuffed mushroom appetizer and it was fair, have had it previously and it was much better.
My wife ordered the lobster linguini alfredo and it was poor, I ordered the New Orleans salmon and when it was served it was burned not blackened, I took the burnt top off the 1st piece but the second piece was so hard it was disgusting. I showed this to our waitress and she agreed it was burned but said she could check and maybe take a few dollars off our bill or she could give us a free dessert.
I never complain about a meal unless it is gross and this was gross. She did not ask if I wanted to see a manager she just presented us with our bill and I am used to being asked to fill out the survey but she did not offer the receipt for me tpo do this.
We visit Red Lobster and Olive Garden very frequently at leat 1 or 2 times per month plus I go to the one in Dickson City, Pa. once per month for lunch with a friend. I have been to your new location in Swiftwater, pa.non three occasions in the last three months and was very pleased with the service and the meal and cleanliness of the restaurant..
I am very unhappy and will never visit this particular location again but I will make the 25 mile ride to Swiftwater because they are a class operation.
Thanks for listening and I hope that this comment prompts you to do something about the service i9n this particular location. The cook should not have sent this to the table and the server should not have served it. Also the Manager did visit other tables in our location but she did not approach our table.

Saturday February the 15th I partook in a meal at your Red Lobster in Adrian Michigan. Not too sure I will go baack. It had always berern my favorite spot to eat but not after last night. The waitress acted goofy for one andf when we asked for more rolls she di bring them out with another order but we never got them. I spent thirty eight dollars for the Lobster dinner p;us a drink. The drink was fine-- the dinner was cold and the meat was very tough. The only thing on the plate that was warm was the mashed potatoes. Not satistied with the service or the meal at all.

I have been trying to complete the Red Lobster survey, and have been taken to numerous various sites, none of which is what I was trying to do. I would be more than happy to complete the survey if I could only "GET" to it. Thanks for the excellent food and service Red Lobster Naperville, IL - too bad I can't complete the survey to let everyone know.

I've lost my receipt., I kept it not only because of the contest, but to make sure I thanked the lovely helpful and knowledgeable server who took care of us. Being a bartender myself I appreciated her thoughtfulness and suggestions (up selling). Thank -you Bren. We eat at this restaurant ( Bayfield St Barrie) all the time and would be more then happy if you were our server again.

Red Lobster cold crabs

I took my family to Red Lobster s for a night out
I ordered the 1/2 pound crab and my son had shrimp. I waited for my crab over 30 minutes. Once it arrived my crab was cold... Excuse me I told the waiter my crab is cold. It seems as if they
get angry that you complain. But it's not like I got dressed to go eat cold crab? So he took it back
upon returning it was pipeing hot like it was micro waved! And when I opened the crab leg all the meat was vaporized! As well as other legs the same way! Not happy at all! Looking at the flyer
I was thinking I was getting something good. Thanks for the ride not!

Red Lobster treated badly

My husband and were on vacation in Suprise Az. and ate at the Red Lobster July 2, 2011. I was warned that there is racial bias in Az., but I didn't believe until I ate at this particular establishment. I began to feel uncomfortable by the staff and manager and their lack of friendliness toward me, they were cool and unwelcoming. I ordered my meal, but the staff did not interact with me after that, my husband was asked how he liked his meal many times, the manager also came to our table and conversed with my husband. The manager talked to my husband as if my husband were eating alone. The staff made no eye contact with me, and did not smile. I thought this was the 21st century and all customers were welcomed. I felt like crying, because this has never happened to me. The color of my skin should not dictate how I should be treated. I am well educated with a Master's degree. I work hard and deserve to be treated with respect and dignity.

Red Lobster misleading ads

Whether this is some drug trade trick I do not know but I a sick and tired of watching milllions of dollars worth of advertising being spent for restaurants which do not exist--the red lobster restaurants. None exist in this part of the world and only one or two others in the rest of CAnada or Washington state. There is one, one only LA. So why the relentless barrage of very expensive TV ads here? (If it helps your investigation "REd Lobster Restaurants" apparently do not sell lobsters) [protected]@shaw.ca

all of the RL ive been to have them in a holding tank in the lobby.
i know what you mean when it comes to the advertising. i lived in a remote area at one point as well and would get tv commercials for it as well. however, the main office for the tv stations is going to provide commercials for those business that wants the advertisement. wherever the signal is originating from, they would have that business in that vicinity.
even here in green bay wisconsin, we get adds for dave and busters and also ads for sonic. would have to drive about an hour for sonic. but, i dont know if there is even a dave and busters around.
