Red Lobster poor service

Our waiter started by getting our order wrong. One guest got no rice, another guest got rice, they were switched. He asked us to scrape the rice from one plate to the other. Both quests at our table received wrong bills. He corrected them but it took two times to correct my bill. At least a 10 minute wait between each bill correction. He then came back to our table and said "Just so you know I am not stupid! I told the manager to change your bill so it wasn't my fault, it was his!" (Notice I am quoting). We sat with no drink refills, waited for our dessert and the ice cream was melted, etc. We will not return to this restaurant. We treated our waiter with the utmost respect and did not complain to him. We simply could not believe how poor the service was. BTW, it was not busy that evening.

Red Lobster waiting to be served

Good morning yesterday I went to your Red Lobster at approximately 2:58pm and set at the bar to order my meal for take out and while I waited I wanted a Stella Artois, just to let you know I set there for about 20 mins before even being acknowledged Amit wasn't from the bartender a server had passed my twice and came to finally ask has anyone helped me! My answer was no! Now I'm looking in the kitchen, and I can't be missed several plates where taken out. The manager on duty came through numerous of times, they were having great laughter and fun, but apparently no asked for a drink from the bar, so I was never noticed! This being my 2nd time at this Red Lobster to give them another shot is very disrespectful and everyone in customer service should know the 3 second rule! Once again worse customer service ever! I was so upset I New I did not want another drink so after I ordered I just paid! I order the Seaside Sheimp trio which was not bad with a side of corn and a side of snow crabs. The snow crabs where the worse pocked I've seen in history very disturbed again! Just wanted you to know because Red Lobster is one of my favorite places, but this Delran Red Lobster needs to step up there game! I still tipped accordingly regardless of how bad the service was

Red Lobster server

First, let me start off by saying I've worked as a server at 3 resturants... one of them being Red Lobster. I totally understand what servers go thru... and I ALWAYS give them the benefit of the doubt if it's just a hard shift or a bad day. However, this was NOT the case yesterday. I dont want anyone in trouble but this server DESPERATLY needs more training. Her name was Peyton and she works at the Bams Dr. Red Lobster in Chattanooga, TN. There were 10 of us in the party yesterday for lunch- 6 adult ladies and 4 kids. My mom left so offended that she'll probably never step foot back in this resturant again. It was PAINFUL to watch. So, here's what happened. We are all seated. Peyton comes over to us and asks our names. Kind of weird... 3 of the ladies we were with are over 70 and she called them by their first names... I dont even call them by their first names and Im related to 1 of them. It was odd and super uncomfortable for the women as it was for my mom, sister and I. But, we got over it. We waited about 10 minutes for our drinks. No biggies, we got to talk. The resturant was DEAD though. Then, we ordered. 15 or so minutes later (not an exageration) we got our salads. Im guessing that by the time we recieved our salads our food was sitting in the kitchen window dieing. Peyton bring out our food. The pinacolda sauce for my coconut shrimp was so hot from sitting in the window it was inedible... and one of the ladies got a fish sandwich with cheese melted and so burned from the window that it had to have been there 10+ minutes. No one said anything... we ate and tried to enjoy. However, one of the ladies didnt get her food. Peyton actually had to retake her order because she had no idea what she had ordered. So, Im guessing there was a rush on it- she got a very freah looking plate of food about 8 minutes later. Peyton had quite obviously forgotten to ring it in- it happens! But, instead of saying she forgot she went into how crazy the kitchen was because she rang it in and they didnt make it. Super cringe-worthy! She did keep our drinks filled. Then, it was time for our check... and she was no where around. So, we continued talking. She came, and so we could get out of there we ALL handed her our cards or cash so they could be processed. She comes back, we sign our reciepts, place the books on the table and talk for just another minute. At this time, my sister and her 2 boys left- she didnt have a ticket though- my mom bought hers and her boys meal. So, Peyton comes back, talks about how she likes a clean table while we were all talking and at this time she picks up my moms reciept book. Then, a minute later she comes back and get my reciept book and the other reviept book that had a credit card reciept in it. THIS NEXT PART IS WHY IM WRITING TO YOU GUYS. She picks up both books- looks at the tips- and said, "okay- Im missing a tip reciept. Where's the other book?" 2 of the ladies said, "we didn't get one back because we paid cash". So, she opens the books she has and read what we ordered. Then we realize that she has my check and one of the ladies checks in her hand, but not my moms. Okay. She asked my mom, "where is your book?" My mom looked and said, "I dont know. I just signed it when you brought it back to me." She said, "did the other girl take it with her?" My mom laughed and said, "no." We thought it was a joke for a second. Then she looks in her apron pocket... "ah! Here it is." She opens it... and there is just the listed copy of the reciept in it. So she says to my mom, "wheres the tip reciept you should have signed?" My mom said. "I dont know, but I signed it- i know that because you have me a red pin." Peyton said, "thats weird." And started looking around the table for her tip reciept. Then she asked my mom, "are you sure you signed it? Look in your purse." So, at this point we're all TOTALLY flabbergasted. Regardless of what Peyton would she totally was trying to call my mom out on taking the reciept and not tipping her. So, I said- look in tour apron. She did, and there it was. It had fallen out of the book she had picked up. And she said, "sorry- I just thought youd put it in your bag or the other girl had taken it."

THIS ACTUALLY HAPPENED. Do you see why we were upset? It was all excusable until that last bit. It embarresed my mom and left her feeling really stupid like she was trying to get out of tipping or paying. AND IT WAS PEYTON WHO HAD IT THE WHOLE TIME. This needs to be addressed. Asap.

Red Lobster foreign object found in food

On Friday, July 28, 2017, I ordered take out via telephone from the Red Lobster located at 4201 S. Pulaski, Chicago, IL. I ordered two deep fried catfish dinners and a side order of the Shrimp Alfredo Pasta. I normally avoid this particular location because of the service and food preparation. However, it was on my way to my mother's house from work and I decided to give this location another chance. First the fish was very salty, but I wasn't going to complain. I peeled off the batter for mom and myself. Second, while eating the pasta, something scratchy went down my throat. I spit out the remains I had in my mouth. I found a piece of white shell skin of some sort. I thought it was paper, but after thoroughly examining it, it appeared to be part of a shell either from shrimp or the top shell of a crab leg. My throat began to feel as though something was lodged in it. I ate a piece of bread to help it go down, but it didn't help. I called the store manager, Warren Davis. He offered to make the dinners over for me to pick up. I refused because of the long drive and rush hour traffic. He then offered a replacement meal upon next visit. I assured him I had made my final visit. He offered to send me a coupon for $20 and ignored the complaint of my throat pain. He did apologize, but my throat has been bothering me since Friday. I have no medical insurance, and if the pain continues, I will have to go to an ER at a community hospital. Marcus did everything within his limitation, however, what other options do I have if this shell doesn't dislodge from my throat? I even left my mom's house early because I got nauseated from gagging and coughing. My check number is 43858 and store number 0277. I did take a photo of the object.

Red Lobster length of time to get order

6:15 P.M.
My wife and I placed our order at 6:15 P.M. At 7:00 P.M. The waitress sis our order should be on its way out.
At 7:10 our waitress said our food would be here any minute now. I told her we had been waiting for over an hour and I would like to talk to a manager.
A man came to the table and said he was a visiting manager and would check on our food.He came back 5 minutes later with our food and apologized and said he would adjust our bill. Two other tables behind us also asked for the manager because they had been waiting almost an hour also.
There were several open tables and they did not seem to be that busy.
The food was good when we finally got it, but we have been going to this restaurant for 20 years and never had to wait like this.
This will probably be our last trip to this Red Lobster

Red Lobster our uncooked lobster tail crab cakes waited over an hour for our meals only to have them be undercooked

We Love Red Lobster it's one of our favorite restaurants! We live 35 miles from it and look forward to our food there! Saturday evening we went for dinner with friends our call ahead seating was for 5:45! We waited until after 7 to receive our dinners ! My crab cakes were undercooked and way undersized my husbands lobster tail was raw and the shell had not even been cook long enough to change color! Our friends received no baked potatoes and when asked were told there was 10 to 15 minutes of baking time left but could choose a different side if they didn't want to wait! Although our waitress was very sweet and felt terrible for our crash and burn dinner experience we did speak with the manager who in turn gave us a small discount on our bill! However getting our bill also seemed par for the course that evening as my meal was double charged and again had to be adjusted. I'm not exactly sure what happened that evening ?

Red Lobster ultimate feast and salmon oscar w/crab cakes

Red Lobster has been a special occasion restaurant for my Wife and me since 1992. The crab in the feast had a pungent fishy smell. The additional Chesapeake corn served with the Salmon Oscar was inedible. (Not seasoned as advertised and dry) We got the corn replaced. We reported the crab to the server and a manager who said she plated the meals vistas us. She explained that she smelled the crab piece that I left and agreed with the same. She asked if we wanted a replacement, or is there any thing she could give us. We replied no. The check came with no adjustment and was over $60. This will be our last visit to Red Lobster. Red Lobster bad customer service

I attempted to place a call in order to pick up my food. I called the Auth road location in Temple Hills Maryland.
I was immediately put on hold for seven minutes. I ended the call and proceeded to call back. I stated my and informed the staff on duty I wanted to place a carryout order. I could hear laughing in the background. The young lady tells me to hold a sec, then yells Mechelle, Mechelle pick up the phone, come get this phone. I was then placed on hold for another 8 minutes. I then ended the call and then recalled this location again. I finally was able to connect to someone and inquired about possibly speaking yo a supervisor. I was again put on hold for 5 minutes then hung up on. I called from an alternative number and was able to speak to a supervisor on duty Ms. Cat. She informed me that the person who answered the phone may have been busy with other calls. She kinda brushed my complaints off and asked what would you like to order in a rude tone. I am a frequent customer and have never expreinced this. I would like to speak to someone in the cooperate office Please.

Red Lobster food poisoning bakersfield ca

The Friday before 4th of July 3 of us ate at your RedLobster in Bakersfield. 2 of the 3 of us got severe food poisoning that lasted 4 days! Lisa called to warn the restaurant of what we believed to have caused us to be so sick. Nobody returned our important call to help save others.
Our holiday trip was ruined. Lisa and I were extremely sick for 4 days.
Angelica finally spoke to Lisa and after days Red Lobster here in Bakersfield was notified. Personally I find this appalling and negligent in many ways.
You can't refund my weekend and families favorite holiday we spend always at the same Resort. I had to pay for the first night because of late cancellation the other 3 we didn't have to pay.
Angelica gave Lisa a $100 gift card and was our understanding I would recieve the same as I had severe food poisoning too.
I was told I would be reimbursed for the money I paid when we got food poisoning the Friday before 4th of July. I didn't pay with my credit card as Lisa thought I had. I do know with tip I paid $85.00 give or take a dollar or 2.
I also request the same VISA gift card Tabitha had promised Lisa last Friday.
If the VISA card doesn't have the amount that I lost in paying for the first night at Palm Canyon Resort I also request this be reimbursed too. The amount I was responsible for that I couldn't enjoy was $289.00.

I expect my reimbursement of out of pocket expenses promptly be paid as listed above.

Red Lobster rodents

I went to Red Lobster in Vestavia Alabama on Sunday July 9, 2017.
I'm eating with my daughters when one says Mom I see a roach behind you, by the time I turned around it was beside me crawling up the wall. We had to move quick because I didn't want it to get any closer. Needless to say I won't be eating Red Lobster 😔😔😔 and its my favorite restaurant.

Red Lobster dinner

We ordered 2 lobster and shrimp dinners. The lobster bisqu came out cold had to send it back. The biscuits were hard and dry . Had to tell them they did bring out more. The meal came and the squash was cold. Bye then we just didnt complain. Felt sorry for the waitress having to keep bringing things back. This was on July 8th 5061 N Oracle Rd Tucson Az . Will not be back there. Also we were the only customers in the place..

Review of Red Lobster on Broadway, Tucson. The hostess led us to our table, left the menus and walked away before we got there. Told waitress my menu did not have the insert w/specials, and she pointed to my wife's menu, as if to say "read hers". My wife's menu was missing a page, but had 2 page 13's, and were dirty with food bits. Between the floor and table, the ledge had dirt and food. The Tilapia had no flavor, the white fish was unevenly seasoned, leaving the end heavily spiced. The french fries were over salted. I was not asked if I wanted salt on them. The lobster pieces were swimming in butter. Unappetizing. Upon paying, I noticed the computer screen was sticky with a blob of something. The food quality has should fallen. I heard the waitress apologize to several customers about the food. No one should have to complain about basic cleanliness. Disappointing.

Red Lobster lobster dinner for two

Last Friday nut I took my best friend for dinner at your restaurant in Barrie, Two other friends came also and they were on their way to another restaurant, my friend and I ordered lobster as I had just been to the east coast and had wonderful lob dinners, waitress came and we ordered, she did not know anything about lobster, . We ordered when it came it was green in colour I asked her how long the chef had cooked it, I asked her to ask He said nineteen minutes, she asked if she could take it to the kitchen and take the guts out . when she returned the lobster was washed in pickeling salt also chopped up, . it was not looking good . my friend slowly pulled it apart and the waitress took it away my friend then ordered cheese cake, . I was told later I had not drank my wine, . overall it was a very disappointing experience . Just to let you know I am a fishermans daughter and know all about lobster ., . Red Lobster stolen car

MY car keys was stolen off the hostess desk at the red lobster in little ROCK AR. (MARKHAM AND RODNEY Parham) they was no help in getting my return. The dectective that was handling the case wanting to put it on crime stoppers. Redlobster said it would damage there business. Somy car was missing for 2 weeks I had no way to work, the money I did have I had to pay people to take me to work. So no money for food to feed my daughter. They also stole my house key.. every night I feared someone was breaking in. They did recover my car with stoling good in it illgel drugs
guns, counter fit money the car was trach. Red loblster insurance company Zurick said they could help, they were very mean. Now my daughter and I suffering. The off duty cop that was suppose to be in the establishment was outside and made a comment that the lady was a thief what could she steal biscuits..no she stole my 2015 mustang.

I would not have given a damn... They didn't ! I would have put that on channel 4, 7, 11, and 16. All they are worried about is their name and your whole car is gone. Did they even offer to buy you another one just like it, paid for in full to keep their name off of it? Were they worried about you and your daughter's safety in a home where someone has keys to now? Probably NOT, since they did no want the media to know of this incident! You need to find a different franchise to work for, this company has no morals at ALL! And to think, this used to be one of my favorite restaurants... makes no sense!

Red Lobster new lobster overboard meal

Now I normally love red lobster... But this meal was totally disappointing n when I complained they told me they substituted my pasta meal cuz they were out but offered to bring out some alfredo sauce to pour over it to see if that helped... If that wasnt so comical i'd be angry.
Update... Manager comes out and says nothing was substituted but the actual noodles, hard to believe that their signature new lobster shrimp pasta would be so tasteless. Actually tasteless, like in boiled water only... Now i'm getting upset! He tells me it was the same recipe but that I must not like the meal and substituted with alfredo... Ugh! Im done with red lobster

Red Lobster poor service - uncooked lobster

I visited my favorite Red Lobster located in Marlo Heights Maryland where the service is usually impeccable. However, today I was very disappointed. I ordered the Lobster Shrimp overboard, while I was able to overlooked never being offered water, given a saucer for my cheddar biscuits or being sat in a corner and forgotten. There was no way to overlooked my lobster being grossly under cooked. In fact I had eaten a piece and feeling really ill at this point! I had made the server aware and she, attest to this fact, and asked if I wanted to have cooked over again. I initially said yes, but then said no thanks because at this point my lunch time appetite was ruin. The manager greeted me in an uninterested way, and as if I was a bother. Then proceeded to offer $10, off the meal which totaled $36.33. So i paid a total of $26.33, plus a tip and did not get to partake in the main course my lobster! I'm asking that you will make this right! I'm a long time customer that never complains, and not only did i miss out on my meal could have potential poisoning from eating uncooked shellfish.

Red Lobster misc.

Called in a carryout, said it would be 20 to 25 minutes, it ended up being 45 minutes for three orders. Got it home and it wasn't warm or cool it was cold. The fish sandwich was nothing but a piece of fish and bun. No sauce for the sandwich, lettuce or tomatoes. For the price we paid, there was small portions for the price, maybe that what you get for getting a takeout. This was just ridiculous.

Went to dinner for our 35th wedding anniversary with my daughter and her boyfriend. Service was fine except we were all served cold food @$25-30 plates.
Called manager over and had my plate heated in the microwave. Cold lobster, salmon, frozen broccoli, mashed potatoes, and the shrimp was RAW! My wife was eating and then she looked at me she said she was going to be sick. She went to the restroom and proceeded to throw up what she ate. We looked at her plate and the shrimp was raw and not cooked. Her food was given back. Manager tried to make things right but it was too late. Wife has been sick all day today. Food poisoning we are guessing eating raw shrimp is a no no.

Red Lobster service

We went to the Red Lobster located in Fayetteville, NC on 6/25/2017 and although we did not have to wait long before being seated after our waitress came and took our order and brought us back our drinks and bread we didn't see her again for at least 30 minutes in which my husband and I did not receive our meals while the other couple sitting at our table did and was almost finished with their meals. We had to stop another server 2 times to tell her that we did not receive our meals. When she finally brought our meals to us my salmon was burned on top and cold and my husbands chicken wings were also cold and looked like it was thrown on the plate. He did not get the side of Fries and nor did I receive my bake potato. Finally our server came and acted like she was not the one to blame for this misunderstanding but the other people (cook and server)and also that she wasn't aware that we did not receive our meal (well if you would have checked on us maybe you would have known). After another 15 minutes the manager came and apologized and said he would make sure we received another meal. Twenty minutes after that we left the restaurant without any food served to us and the waitress apologizing. This has been the worst restaurant that I've attended although I've eaten at plenty of Red Lobsters. All around the restaurants customers were complaining of the service. I think it's time for new management. Your staff is only a reflection of you.

Red Lobster my order

We took my husband to rrd lobster for his birthday on June 9th . There was 10 of us . We got there and my brother in law was told that they were going to put to tables together for us wrll they didn't do that they tried to seat us at a table that looked like it would hold 6 and we told them no .Then they tried to seat a party of 8 before us because we turned down the table . We finally got seated and had to wait 30 minutes just to see a waiter . Then he took our drink order and didn't come back for 20 minutes. We had to get the manager ovet to bring our drinks . Then he came and got our food order and that took literally 45 minutes I had to call the manager again and let him know that somebody needed to go help I'll waiter so we can get our food we spent over $250 and I was very impressed with the service that we got. We like your food but was very dissatisfied with the way things was handled that day . Thank you .

Red Lobster lobster bake

I ordered the lobster bake tonight, which is a pretty pricey menu item. I have never tried it before, but it looked amazing in the menu, so I figured I would give it a go. I was highly disappointed in the quality of the meal. The noodles were as bland as they come. They had absolutely no flavor whatsoever. There was no butter or sauce, and they tasted like they had been boiled and thrown on the plate. The lobster was okay, but the noodles ruined the meal. I don't normally post complaints, but after spending so much money on a meal that was greatly sub-par, I felt like it was worth relaying to corporate. Thank you for your time.
