Red Lobster food preparation

I recently submitted a Rating (2) for Red Lobster, Bel Air MD location. I was advised to complete form GM032719A which I can't locate online.
My issue is food preparation that continued to get worse and worse, however I tolerated it until 2 weeks ago when I received a meal, blackened catfish, thrown on the plate that was NOT totally cooked. I returned it, however would have thought the chef Would Not have released such a dish from the kitchen. Uncooked Fish Is Harmful!

Red Lobster breaks during shifts

I'm a employee of red lobster and they tiij away smoke breaks are they allowed to do so? And while I was standing by the ash can outside of red lobster on highway 155 before my shift and the new GM was leaving and seen me " mam this is a no smoking restaurant you can't smoke here. I said I'm not clocked in yet and I'm a smoker sorry I'm going to smoke before I come in. And " I don't care that you smoke. No smoking here... I don't think that is right he offended me kind of.

Red Lobster food/service

My husband and I went for our Anniversary on Friday evening, first we had ordered drinks, it took them at least 25min to bring them out to us. We had ordered calimari for an appetizer, we I dont know what you did to the calamari, but it was terrible, no more broccoli in it, no peppers, and the breading itself, was plain and had no taste. Then we got our meals, the food was mediocre at best, really small portions, some of my seafood was just barely warm, my husband's green beans were like rubber, and burnt. By this time I just wanted another drink, I ordered another drink, and when it got to me, I looked in the glass, and there was a bug floating in it. I'm just furious, I don't complain ever, but this was just terrible service and food! I was talking to friends, and they all agreed that Red Lobster was really going down hill with food and service. This used to be my favorite place, we go there quite a bit, but to spend 107.00 last night for that garbage was ridiculous! Just please stop trying to cut corners, and stop getting cheaper food so that you can save a few dollars, or you're going to end up like everybody else and go bankrupt. People are not going to pay high end prices for low end food!

Red Lobster staff and food

Tried red lobster in international drive orlando florida
Near convention centre. Wow waited 35 minutes until server came back to us on her 3rd visit to the table she said sorry I forgot you. Ordered our meals and soup came out very nice and before we finished the soup the mains came out rushing us to clear the table any way we finished the mains and she came back and said you want the bill. I said what about our dessert she said you want that to go. I said I suppose so and paid and left quickly. We thought it was a mistake and red lobster are not like worse than a mcdonalds drive thru. So we tried the red lobster in kissimmee and wow even worse. Wasnt told about added upgrades and told we can have the soup instead of the salad. Soup came out lovely then once again mains came out before finishing soup and rushed again. Wasnt asked about desserts and found a hair on my plate next to the shrimps and then to top it all off a bill for $75 I had to complain to the manager about this. Thinking the manager would say im so sorry about this please come back and try a meal on the house no problem. Instead she said you should of said something but we tried. Well I give you 15% off the bill that was wrong anyway. So the bill that was $75 should of been $64 and then 15% off would be $54.40 she charged me $60 I thought you know what I would never go back there ever again and I will tell everyone about the horrific time weve had on holiday at red lobster twice in a week. I hope people read this and think twice about going.

Red Lobster staff being high on drugs at work

I was at the redlobster in Lanham on 2/12/13. I ordered the ultimate feast and when my food arrived it was cold. I asked to talk to a manager and I was approached by a Ms Diana. As soon as she came up to me first thing a could smell was marajuana. That was enough for me so I gave the food back and left. Y'all should be giving urinalysis to your leaders. They can't lead if there high on drugs.

Red Lobster dinner

My husband, 2yr old daughter and I had dinner at red lobster on January 27th at 635 U.S. HWY 1 Iselin NJ location. First the wait was 20 min then the greeter was very rude than we got sat next to the kitchen and the waitress station when asked for a different table they said another 30 min wait which we could not do since we had my 2yr old daughter with us. Then I asked for shrimp paired with a lobster tail when the food came the server stated she forgot to put my lobster tail in with the order and if I wanted it it was going to be awhile, in which I told her to forgot it so she had to have it taken off our bill. We ordered mussels as an appetizer they came out very very fishy so I could not eat them, my husband ordered a cocktail that came dripping all over the table. We had to listen to the servers have personal conversations while we sat at our table and constantly had to look at servers going in and out of the kitchen while listening to the kitchen staff yelling back and forth throughout our meal. It was such a horrible experience. I definitely would like to be compensated back for my horrible meal, my meal came to $87.69.

Red Lobster the service

Regarding referrance # FM02219C
I had lunch at the Northglenn, Colorado location, on 1/21/19, at 11am, with a friend. I don't remember what the server said her name was, but she was a middle aged, tall, caucaisan woman, with short hair, and glasses. She was very short with us, when talking to us, she would cut us off when we would order our food, and would breath heavily as she waited for us to order, as if we were taking too long, she was very arguementative about what we wanted to order as well, i.e., I ordered the lobster feast(I think that's what it was called} it included, crab legs, a lobster tail, two kinds of shrimp, and a salad. I also asked for a side of fried catfish, she said, I've never heard of anyone ordering the fish that way, but I will see if it can be done. The fish, when it came out didn't look like it was cooked long enough, so I boxed it up, took it home and fried it some more. My friend ordered a couple of extra side orders, and the waitress kept telling her, your meal doesn't come with that(she/my friend knew that, but was going to pay the extra cost) long story short, she made my friend feel like she couldn't order anything additional with her all you can eat shrimp meal, so my friend didn't and was very disappointed. Our meal in general wasn't great at all, in fact, it was thee worse service, and the worse meal that I've ever received from Red Lobster, and will definatley never go back to that location. I gave the remainder of my meal to my friends dog.

Red Lobster food

Located in Goodlettsville TN.

I have been eating at this restaurant for the past 30 years. Last night our family went their for a birthday dinner. 7 of us. Not one of us was satisified with the meal. The food was awful! Service good waitress very nice.

The food at this location has been getting worse every time we go. Your job is to serve good food. We don't care about the building. We would eat great food in the middle of a parking lot. You have one job to serve good or great food! You are not doing your job. Fire the manager, fire the cooks and close the place down until you can get good help.

You are a high priced restaurant pay more money to your staff so you can succeed because now you are a failure. It makes me sick to think about the money I spent on that sorry food.

Red Lobster red lobster dearborn heights location

I purchased (2) meals: Ultimate Feast and Seafood Pasta full order, along with (2) Stuffed Mushroom appetizers. I was given a 30 min wait time for pickup when I placed the order over the phone. When I arrived, I still had to wait another 35 minutes inside. Once I received my order, I did not have my Seafood Pasta in the bag. I returned to the restaurant, and had to wait another 20 minutes for the Seafood Pasta. When I received it, the side order of sauce I paid for was ice cold (straight out the refrigerator). I spent $81.00 and my food was dried out as if they reheated it instead of prepared the order when I ordered it. This location has gotten so bad! I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION! GM011819C.

Please stay out of politics. If you start boycotting people or things I like. I will have to campaign around family and friends to stay away from you. They generally listen when I make such requests and it makes it easier when your service in our area are getting worse by the week.

Red Lobster my order and customer service

On jan. 11, 2019 my son placed an order for 2 cheddar biscuits -12...1 order of stuffed mushrooms and lobster mac n cheese.
First of all red lobster is located in wauwatosa wisconsin and I live in glendale wisconsin which is about a 30 min drive.
My son picked it up and the order was all wrong., he didn't think he had to check. We go the biscuits but the lobster mac n cheese was $25.00 and it was about a cup of that. Who pays that money for cup of eve lobster macaroni.
Instead of the stuffed mushrooms we were given lobster chips and dip and a salad.
Meanwhile before writing this I was on the phone wanting to speak to a manager waiting 15min before I hung up and called back again.
So I call back and the young lady said she had to the manager I was on the phone no one ever can she said they were busy so I told her I understand that but i'm a paying customer and wanted to speak to a manager and if no ones going to come to the could she please come back and let me know. Well i'm still on the phone and it's been 33 min and no one has yet to come to the phone and my son comes in the room said ma just hang up the phone yet i'm still holding on. Now it's 35 min still no answer. I don't know who's the manager at this time but this very very unprofessional to the fullest extent. Busy ok but my call would have jut taken a few moment. 40 min till holding on no one answered yet. I would like to be contacted regarding this matter my nam is delorise martin I can be reached at414-758-8480. Thank you and still holding 50 min later I don't think their going to ever answer the phone. Sad sad sad... Is this what customer service is like, i've never experienced this before... I'm sick. I'm looking forward to speaking to some one regarding this issue... To you have a good weekend

I would also like to add that I was so angry at them and my so for not checking the order that I told my son that he was useless and that he should just kill himself and that would make my life easier. Now he is so hurt that he won't speak to me.

Red Lobster my service at bridgeton location

this is the 3rd time I have written about this case! you guys have not called me back at all! I had MOLD in my food! MOLD! if I don't hear back I am contacting the local news and the health department! my Cheese for my baked potato had mold in it! I took pic and sent them to you. I also posted them to Facebook, twitter and instagram! how many times do I have to send a complaint about this before I get contacted back? this is disgusting! my food was cold and looked old, the noodles where old. you can tell it was pre prepped meals and not fresh! the bread was dark! this location is trash and needs to be shut down. I will call health inspector if no response in 48 hours!

Red Lobster the service is terrible!!!

I walked into Red Lobster on Hoover Road in Warren Michigan I stood at the host desk for 11 minutes before I chose to go and find the host the host finally approaches does not apologize for having us just standing there waiting. Then the host attempts to seat other people besides me who came to find her and was in front of those other people. Then I tell her that I was ready to be seated she seared me and no said nothing. I walked in at 5:30 I sat down at 5:42 p.m. I waited on my way to order for 15 minutes. My waiter Damon finally come and take my order and I asked for water with lemon I never got the lemon reminded him 3 times never got the lemon I ordered wine and I ordered the endless shrimp and shrimp pasta it was just me. 40 minutes went by before I decided to walk out after seeing my waiter bring food to people who had been seated down in three different groups at different tables they sat down after me. I asked to speak to the Manager as I walked out he said his name was Paul amd i asked my waiter name and he said Damon. I explained to him that I had an issue with having people being served before me when I was there first all along it's about 615 620 and I still have not received any food. All Paul said was if you stay I will comp your food 50% off I explain to Paul the manager that I was not interested in staying that I wanted to leave and I was upset I also informed him that I am one of the people that come out and do reviews on restaurants and other places of the sort without them knowing it. This Red Lobster really needs to be revamped this is the second bad experience I've had at this Red Lobster with different managers or supervisor and different Waiters.

Red Lobster our experience at dinner

Our party of 8 ate dinner at red lobster Friday Nov 9 2018. Our experience was less than pleasing. Our server forgot our appetizers. Due to that our dinners weren't hot. Talked to the manager on duty, nothing was done about it. It was the worst $137 I have ever spent. Don't know if we will continue to dine there, because the 2 times before weren't the best either. Don't know what is going on but definitely not up to par.

Red Lobster food

My family ate at Red Lobster Sunday evening @ 5:30 on November 5th.
We had the Ultimate feast, endless shrimp, and oysters on the half shell and ice tea. We were very disappointed because we had to send the shrimp back, it was way over fried and hard so, he got the scampi and it was almost raw . The lobster was no taste to it and crab legs were cold and watery! Raw scampi also! The ice tea tasted like chemicals due to the water problem in Bossier City. The oysters were good but all of us later got sick with diarrhea and stomach ache. I have never had any problems with there food before and the waitress just acted indifferent about it all. I am not one to complain but, this was totally inexcusable.

Red Lobster manager using bad language and employees stealing food off people's plates in the serving window.

I went to eat at our local Red Lobster and where I was sitting at had a view of the serving window. I seen a Hispanic guy sneaking food off of customers plates and looking around to see if anyone is watching and then eating it. My food comes out and I'm watching it come to me. I say something to my waitress about what I seen. I don't know if she reported it or not. I left my table to go to the restroom and I overhear a manager or some kind of boss she screaming and cussing at the employees. They are very unprofessional here and I was very disappointed.

Red Lobster everything

I want to start off by saying that our experience tonight was one of the worst overall experiences we have ever had at a restaurant period.

We tried to visit our local red lobster in Little Rock, A.R. last Sunday October 21st 2018 on West Markham Street around 6:15pm, upon our visit (which we only visited because we were given a gift card) we were told there were no fresh lobsters available, so we decided to go elsewhere as I wanted to enjoy a fresh, steamed lobster. I understand on a Sunday after the weekend rush that there is a chance no fresh lobsters would be available.

Tonight, Saturday October 27th at 5:15, we wanted to again try to use our gift card for dinner and have a fresh lobster dinner. Upon entering the facility I immediately noticed there were no fresh lobsters. I asked the hostess and she confirmed there were no fresh lobsters. This time we choose to still order food and use our gift card for dinner to-go.

We ordered the lobster tail dinner and the Cajun chicken Alfredo. We went to the bar to order a drink while we Waited for our food. I ordered a bourbon and coke and immediately noticed my drink tasted off. Apperantly salt had spilled in the ice well and other guests at the bar confirmed the drinks that they had received recently had the same problem. I ordered another drink and this time it was fine. We received our food at the bar and left.

When we returned home, I opened my lobster tail dinner to completely disgust. To say that you as a company charge someone $30 for fresh, rock lobster tails is a completely and utter lie. The product I received could be called nothing short but a lie from what was advertise by your menu and your overall marketing as a whole. The Cajun chicken Alfredo also could be confused with a cheap TV dinner .

Where is this restaurant chain going? What is your long term strategy? At this point, you are only trying to trick honest people out of their money for frozen seafood that is over seasoned and prepared by employees that have no training in how to prepare the items on your menu. I can easily tell that the lobster tails that I received were dehydrated and had been frozen for some time.

I would appreciate any type of call or post feedback by your customer service staff. Though after this experience there is a 99.9% chance I will never return to a Red Lobster ever again. Your chain has become Applebee's, you have completely lost your identity and will sometime soon have a severe food poisoning incident that will completely ruin the last bit of reputation left from this logo and chain known as Red Lobster.

Red Lobster food and manager

We visit Red Lobster all the time .. three weeks ago I had a very bad experience food took an hour plus it was cold.. manager at the time at the Lewisville location told me he would send out a gift card as an apology.. yesterday I noticed the card never came I called the restaurant and spoke to a very very unprofessional manager I believe his name is Christian not only was he terribly rude to me but told me on the phone I can be lying to get free stuff wow red lobster hiring such managers .. I work in the Customer service field and would never talk to my loyal customers in a rude and condescending manner like this. We come in all the time but after seeing the type of managers you have hired I will take my business to someone whose not going to call me a liar and dishonest that is very insulting I hope you will replace this manager ASAP and please send me the gift card 25.00 as promised. Very unhappy customer.

Red Lobster service

We came to red lobster around 9pm oct 24th for my bday. When we arrived an African American lady was at the check in desk. She asked for number in our party and told us have a seat. We sat and waited and it wasn't even busy it was my 40th bday. When i walked up to ask her what are we waiting for she said have a seat like i was a kid. I gathered my family walked to the desk and said we see we are not wanted here and the manager stood next to her didnt say a word. We have ben coming to this location for 20 years and because of this rude lady u have at the front desk has ruined us we will never eat here again! You all ruiend my 40th bday thanks alot

Red Lobster the general manager. amanda

The G.M. Shows favoritism to certain employees and discriminates. My pregnant girlfriend has been working there for about 2 months now. They hired her as a Bartender/Waitress, she has asked numerous to work her full shift as a Bartender, yet she only comes to open the bar than is forced to hostess. The General manager would roll her eyes at her, abuse her authority and power. My girlfriend is afraid to lose her job, because of discrimination. We asked that she may be dealt with accordingly.

My family was there October 13 around 6:00pm, we ordered 2 admirals feasts and 2warm Apple crostatas, Servive was horrible, our server was a blonde older woman, she was nice but lacking punctuality, I don't know if it was her or the kitchen, please let's fix this I did not receive a receipt also.we eat there often...ie.birthdays and anniversaries I hope we can make this right, please get back to me, a Thank You, Kourtney D at [protected]@bak.rr.com
