Red Lobster Hospitality / food and service I am complaining about

I visit Red lobster located at Gateway mall with my family and we were utterly we were disappointed with the service and the food. We requested a high table since we had a toddler when we first entered Red lobster, as we were seated the hostess told us she couldn't find any . We asked 20 min later and she answered very rude and said the child should just sit with us. Then our waitress came, she never introduced herself. We placed our order almost an hr later we got our food. It was cold and dry. I pulled the manager aside to explain this to him and he just walked away after. We did not enjoy our food or experience.
