Red Carpet Tickets / Bad service
I need some help to resolve an issue that I am not getting anywhere with =
I purchased 4 tickets to the Insight Bowl for 12/31/07. I received the =
confirmation that I purchased the tickets, the row number, the =
locations, and the time. The time stated on the web site and also the =
time stated on the confirmation I received stated the game started at =
8pm. One pair of tickets was delivered by mail that afternoon and one =
set was picked up by my son, I was working till 5pm that day.
Unfortunately no one looked at the tickets, we had no reason to even =
think that the web site as well as the confirmation was wrong. Well it =
was, the game actually started at 3:30 that afternoon, 12/31. By the =
time we were getting ready to leave (6:30pm because we had an hour drive =
to the stadium which would give us plenty of time before the game =
started at 8pm) my son was switching channels on the tv and saw that the =
game had already started. He checked further and found out the game =
actually started at 3:30pm. We had no way to make it to the game before =
it would be over.
The vendor, Lava Tickets will take no responsibility. I paid for the =
tickets on my credit card and had no chance of seeing the game per their =
confirmation and web site. I would never have purchased the tickets if =
I had known the game started at 3:30 because I had to work until 5pm. I =
work 40 minutes from my home in Gilbert getting me home at about 5:45. =
I have all the documentation as well as the unused tickets.
Is there anyway you can help with this issue? This to me is fraud!
