Its my complain on Pandayan Seven Seas Man power recruitment program run by the company. First of all they will tell you that you will be geting a nice package job in Indian Cruise. After which geting convinced an unemployed guy like me gets ready to pay his hard earned Rs. 100 for their Application form. Thats nothing after showing them that I am well qualified for the Job i had applied, they told me that they will give me a call in a week. A week pass by but no call from their side. After which i myself went to their office where i was told that i was rejected without any reason.
My question is that if they think that i was not eligible why did they took money from a guy who is already jobless. And my qualification is also to the required criteria of their requirement
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Letter of Agreement
Dear Sirs,
I have received email from the person who claimed having a name of Bar.Najib Mohamed and email address of recuitment.[protected]@gmail.com, telp +[protected]. he had offered me a position of SENIOR FIELD SUPERVISOR which is needed on site on 10 Aug.2009. He sent me Letter of Agreement, Letter of Appoinment and Letter of Invitation. Since I have not possesed residential / work permits, I have asked to prepared such documents via MALAYSIA IMMIGRATION DIPLOMATIC DEPARTMENT (I tried to send my communication to Mr. Najib Mohamed email address at halliburton.gas.[protected]@gmail.comBar.Najib Mohamed, but it seems always failure). My suggestion is to use unique email extention such as haliburton.com.
When I followed his instructions, i was wondered to some details. the following is one of email communication,

THis is to inform you that we received your pasport copy and all other documents and as Affirmation that your Experiences and Qualifications where found suitably qualified for the requirements of HALLIBURTON OIL & GAS COMPANY LIMITED(HALLIBURTON)PROJECT IN MALAYSIA We are forwarding to you as an attachment your letter of appointment.
Kindly follow the instructions, this documents attached embodies the approved Terms for the purpose of this contract. Now, you have to contact the MALAYSIAN Immigration Service here in malaysia for the procurement of your Valid Visa and work/residence permit papers as we are having a contract with them for the easiest acquisition of employees necessary valid traveling document note that you have to send a copy of the official Appointment Letter document, your current Resume to malaysia Immigration Service to process urgent valid visa for you.

The company mentioned is a recrutiment company they r following fraudulent practices of collecting AED500 from students on the pretext of getting them jobs which unfortunately do not come by and in the end everyone ends up running for the refund of AED500 which the company has no intention of returning because i am a recent victim the owner a local young fellow he sent few security guards to manhandle me if i am noticed again near their premises.
