I was trying to find the father of my child, and bought the $39.95 package from GovDeathRecords.com - which goes to RecordsLogin.com when you purchase. I noticed the receipt from ClickBank said the publisher's Site was www.Gov-Resources.com; I tried my username and password, and couldn't access it.

I tried another site on Google - www.Government-Records. com - which also went to RecordsLogin, and my name/pass were accepted there. Obviously this is a scam involving several different addresses.

When you get into RecordsLogin, most of the links don't work - for instance, I tried the People Search Network, and quite a few sites came up saying there were members of that name I had typed on their sites, but when I clicked the 'view records' button, nothing happened - the page just jumps a little. same for every site.

There is very little info to access - I spent hours trying to get this site to work, and am very sad to have wasted the money and time!

I Paid $39.94 for unlimited searches and can get nothing. The links do not work and I keep being billed by my telephone company for service that I did not apply. I would my money refunded. I have been able to contact the company.

I too fell victim; trying to seek relatives, past friends, the trial search indicated there was information available; one time fee of $29.99 plus tax and lo and behold NO information and in my case, not even able to find self in search; most records they list available exclude NJ and NY where I reside, family, etc residing.
I even tested search of brother's marriage record, and no record found; so site is useless; waste of money.
I suspect I will never get any refund even though it's only 48 hours.

I recently bought the unlimited membership for geneaology purposes and found that after hours of work and trying that this website is a total scam. Not only does it constantly lead you to a blank url and page load error but they say that according to their own records that I dont exist and never did sooooo I guesss the only thing that they have that can prove my inevitable existance is the fact that they have my credit card numbwer and my CASH, THIS IS A WARNING TO ALL OF THOSE WHOM MAY TRY TO PAY FOR THIS SITE THAT ITS A LIE AND WILL SEEK LITIGATION TO ITS FULLEST EXTENT. They say that they will happily refund your CASH if unsatisfied within 60 days but we shall see, I just paid for this 7/27/2010 and am seeking my full refund of $39.95 on 7/27/2010.

What a rip off this outfit is. It is my own fault because if I had checked here first I would have lost my $29.95 for a information / people locating service that can't even find me after I put in everything except my Social Security number. I Googled my name and got 26 hits with all kinds of information. This service could not find anything. I got caught in a scam and the chance of getting my money is zero, so I am not even going to try. Lesson learned. Don't get ripped off like I did. This place should be shut down for good. Also check here first before getting anything on line.

I believe this site is a scam. I paid the required membership fee. The site continually psoted " Remember that there ARE NO RECURRING CHARGES for your purchase". "You will NOT be charged again and we do not keep your billing information on file". I proceeded to look up ancestors birth, death and marriage records and continullay got the message " No records for XXXXX". I even tried to look up my birth and marriage record and received the same message. The only information I found was death records for my father and father-in-law. What additionally disturbed me was that the death records listed thier social security numbers.
I emailed the company to complain, stating that I felt it was a scam and wanting to know if I could get my money back. they replied, " When you get a moment, please send us the names or any other information you are in search of and our search specialist team will conduct a professional search for you free of charge.
Please feel free to let us know if you have any question or comments.
I just emailed back that I don't want to continue with the membership and would like my money back. I don't expect any response to that request since I think the are just in it to scam the membership fee.

What are my options regarding this possible scam?

RecordsLogin.com's website advertises to search for divorce and marital records. Once payment is made and directed to the search area, one cannot find any buttons or access to "Divorce Records" search. This is a misleading and deceptive online records search service that is commiting fraud. Moreover, nobody will respond to a request for refund.

My husband finally agreed to use his credit card to check the court and arrest records of a renter we suspect of having drugs. He paid for the package but this service will not provide information. We were directed to other sites where we also would have to pay money. It is odd that we are trying to expose crime when we are scammed for trying! Jonilyn Barrett wife of Cliff Barrett

I too went to recordslogin.com to try to secure information about our family history. My son has a fairly extensive Ancestry.com family tree and NONE of the names of know family members could be found. This site is total crap and if your looking for cheap way to enhance your family records...the cheapest = Safest, that is Ancestry.com

I applied for a membership at Recordslogin.com in order to get access to their content but few weeks after I made that purchase this website went down and my lifetime membership was useless in these conditions. I wasn’t able to get in touch with this company in order to get refund either.

I paid for a lifetime membership. Now it has limited searches and it wants to charge me for every search to get the information I need. I have asked for a refund twice and have had no luck in getting one. I don't recommend this site to anyone! L. W. in Texas.

I am doing geneology research. After I tried to access" details", I was told I had to "join" so I paid my money by credit card and now, I get no more on-line info than I did BEFORE I became a "valuable": member...which is NOTHING.

This shady company also has several websites with other names so be careful! I have seen them under license-plate-search.org and a "government" website as well.

Unable to access geneology or information on family history even with Unlimited VIP Membership, even after several attempts. The 30 day trial is not even two weeks old.
What I did was go to the payment receipt record and follow the refund request proceedure. I am awaiting refund at this time.

Oh boy, Its too bad we as consumers are so naive to think that this could possible be our saving grace I to did the same thing. Said that my state was added to their Data Base asked to look up a license plate number and came up no such plate. Rediculous huh, cause I was looking at the plate clear as day. Nice Scam, theyre getting rich and perhaps someday it will really work. HUH! Im bummed.

I bought a used car in Florida but couldn't get a clean title so went online to search for the VIN and found Records Login. Site first shows as "government", then you pay for the service but there's no information on the site. This site is a rip-off and should be shut down. I am a great-grandmother living on limited budget from Social Security. This is a shame and I still don't have my car title either.
