just found this site.i'mhaving same problems.i've tried to access information several times and have been unsuccessfull.this is the second site i bought into.the first one took my money but i was never able to access it at all.i contacted clickbank and got my money refunded the first time, i guess i will have to do it agin.ar'nt there any good geneology sites?just wondering.

I had the same experience, paid my money and got no information. I was renting to a prospective tenant and was trying to get information on them before I rent my apartment and I got nothing, all this website did was took my $39.95. Evil people.

i have had the exact same problems as alll of you above... sent numerous e-mails requesting they refund my money and all i get is our responce team is on it next minut i really give it to them explaining how fraudulent their site is how misleading and totally wrong that it states there is over 500 hits on this one person your prompted to pay the money so you do so thinking great this is what i need, get on the site and blank... no person found by this name... then you try private detective part, and know only american can acsess this? on which part of sign up does it state this i ask? NO where. total scam complete rip off, i have repeatedly asked for a refund and was told only tonight within 2-5 business days it will be refunded and i no longer am a member. if i do not receive my refund i am taking this further as i have kept all e-mails i have sent and received from them so i will be contacting my bank to see how we can get this company if they dont pay me back! be warned people this is a total complete scam and worst of all i would hate to see how many people they have ripped off and hurt from the non infor mation retrievable. keep you posted if i get my refund, but by the looks of these comments i wont, wish id checked this out 1st :(

i was trying to find someone via e-mail address and when I reported a problem, their answer was they would gladly help me locate the person at no additional charge but i needed to provide name, address, & phone number. At first when I had signd up and became a member, the progrmam actually worked! So It make me wonder if they may have been linked up with some other data base server which cut them off and they just don't want to fess up to it.
I was able to retrieve 95 percent of what I had sought for information. Then, I could sign on and that was all I could do! I couldn't even look my self up!
They have a place where you can contact them with a request for them to retrieve the information you seek until your access is restored. I wrote to them and asked why there was no access at all other than sign on privelidges?
I told them that when I went to look my self up an supplied everything right down to a SSI number, their system could not locate me! So they offered to look me up. I responded with I ALREADY KNOW WHO I AM, WHERE I LIVE AND EVERY DETAIL ABOUT MY SELF RIGHT DOWN TO WHETHER I BALL ROLL OR WADD MY TOILET PAPER! I do not want my money back, I want the restoration of the service or their being able to pass me on to a similar service at their expense if they can not deliver.

This joke of a web page said that it could had access to the phone number I was looking for and when I joined there was no access. I then filled in people search for people I knew and it still had no access. It is a complete con and the fraud agency should be looking at it and shutting it down straight away. I already had the records login and I have it now. I also ordered this and both were taken off my card. I wrote and explained I have 2 of the same kind I wanted the DMV records and I can not login in because of the mix up of both sites. I can log in one but not the other I got a confermation but both sites are the same site and non on DMV bit got chagred twice 39.99 on one and 29.99 on the other. can I get the DMV beings I paid and never got my money back on my card? I wish I had come across this complaints board first. Unfortunately I learned the hard way and paid them 51 USD before the problems started. Basically the same scenario and promises to get a refund, which - guess what - is still pending.
I have however some news. Although there is mentioning in their terms and conditions that they fall under Ontario law, they are neither located in Canada or the USA. In fact, they operate from the UK and rent servers with Belgamcom in Belgium.
I am including some details below and will undertake steps from within the EU to address this major scam issue. I will actually file a complaint today with the computer antifraud squad of the Belgian authorities (which I have done succsfully in the past).

The more of us file complaints the better. I will refer in my complaint to this website and the ongoing scam for over one year.

They are thieves and con artists. Google are accepting an adwords paid campaign from them. If anyone knows how to report it to Google then do so and the campaign will be stoped.

Their site and service is very 'professional' and funded heavily. They appear to be in Canada/USA but probably diding in a mountain in Afhganistan earning for Bin Laden

Also, My advice is to report your card stolen or lost otherwise they will debit your card again and again.

Well, I'm not the only person to get ripped off. I'm a senior citizen, who is on a very close budget.
