I was promised to get an expungement from this 'so-called' law firm. I have yet to hear anything back from them about my case and it's been 4 months! I find it funny how they were listing these other companies as frauds and scams, yet they are the ones charging more, and not doing anything!
Do not use RecordGone - They said on their website that they were real attorneys and the only ones that could get this done, yet nothings been done! They used to say on their site the other websites were scams - if the other sites were scams, then I guess their all working together now!
I wanted to tell as many as I could so they don't cheat anyone else outta their money.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
And yes of course they have a phone number. Are you nuts?
Amen to what Lux et Veritas said. I used them myself for the destruction of a felony drug arrest in California. Orange County to be exact. And although my hopes were low much to my surprise their motion was granted by the judge. Admittedly it took a while for the arrest to disappear from the occourts.org website but finally did. They did an excellent job for the price they charged which was a mere fraction of what a regular attorney retainer usually is.

They are a complete scam. They are affiliated with their shill company Higbee and Associates and Mathew K. Higbee. This guy should be disbared (if he's actually a real attorney)
How do you know were you an actual client? I was see my review above. I thought they did an excellent job.
Again these people at recordgone.com are scammers they write fake reviews to pass off as a person who used their services! Check every complaint on this site. It will prove they are frauds! Don't waste your money people! If you're skeptical it's for a reason!
Yeah, that complaint sounds VERY FAKE. They have an "A" rating from the BBB which has more believablity that his anonymous site. I used them and had great results. I highly recommend them.
Well for whatever reason this person who posted this complaint feels he was wronged for some reason. He feels a disservice was done to him by paying a huge out of pocket sum for results and got nothing. How would you feel if you put $4 thousand out of pocket and did not even see so much as an upcoming court date on the calender! Please, as a mediator I find people do have their reason's for their complaints, MOST being quite valid.
The “complaint” above was fabricated by a jealous, non-attorney competitor who cannot compete so, like a coward, chooses to anonymously post lies. But like most cowards, their fear compounds their stupidity and they post things that are easily refuted. In the end, the target of their gutless attacks is strengthened by the opportunity to share easily verifiable truths.
The law firm has an A Rating with the Better Business Bureau, a spotless reputation with every state bar association, and a stellar professional rating from Avvo.com.
It is doubtful that anyone who is smart enough to turn on his or her computer would believe a single word of the "complaint" above. However, why waste a chance to promote a top-rated law firm by responding to fictitious complaint full of lies.
If the complaint above were true, the California State Bar Association would post a public complaint, investigate, and then suspended the license of any attorney who did engaged in such activity. Then the Attorney General would shut down the office and prosecute.
