recharge card / problem of loading a card

i bought a recharge card of N750, and i try to load it, in the process of loading it, i receive a message that this card has been used by another customer. but what amaze me the most was that i scratch the card myself.this is the pin number [protected]). and this is my phone number ([protected])

    I mistakely scratch my recharge card in a manner that i find it difficult to acess some pin numbers. please can you help me load it. it's a 1500 recharge card. my phone number is 08038293437. thanks

    I bought a recharge card of N500 on the 29th of May 2009 and I try to load it, In the process of loading I received a message that the voucher is pending. since then I have been trying all to avail, I am very disappointed with your services. The pin No. is 2951908749249283, Serial No. 4800991855, Batch No. 13998001 and my phone No. is 08028518246 and my name is Mr. Emmanuel Nwabuoku. I will be glad if my phone is credited. thank you.

    I ToyinGbabe also bought N200 worth of recharge card with pin no. 3114554004686616 and serial no. 151820315037842792 today. my phone no. is 08023171122. I will be glad if my phone is credited.

    recharge card - i want my airtime back!!

    plleeeeasee mtn give me my airtime back...i've been exoeriencing some unexplainabe deductions but each time i try to call the customer care i never get connected..
    this time its totally unacceptable..i want my airtime returned cos i dont want to loose my patience.i want my airtime retuurrneed. i need answers.

    Do excuse me for poor english, I have been using connect from mobily for my internet here in Saudi Arabia for over a year now with very porr service, it's is on their advertisment and i quote "Dear customer enjoy 100SAR free on-net credit for only 10SAR(SAR=Saudi Riyal) to subscribe send "S10" to 1100 offer valid till 30th Oct".end of quote

    Funny is they have taking my other credit, i have rechanged 100SR Today when i ask for my balance is 24 how?

    this one complain but i do have many complains for the same company advice me what to do by SMS For my internet is being sabotaged by some some officials +966544368406 if you want to talk to me sms me first so i can remove sim card from my connect, please is hard for proof but advise me on the same
