Recall review: recall service 1

My name is stephanie and my car has been sitting in ford parking lot for almost a month! I gave them my car to do a service repair on a recalled gas tank and the part has been on backorder this entire time! They fail to return my calls and never answer my voicemails. They took my car apart and told me it was only going to take half a day to repair my car! Im beyond furious with ford. The service i have been given is awful. Highly unprofessional! It has been a month!
