I bought phone cards from , first of all they do not easily provide pin numbers after you make payment. Then when you use the cards it does not have sufficient minutes. it is totally deceiving, they just rip off people money and are not even interested to refund them. Their customer service department do not know how to resolve the problems. I just do not understand why they even exist? May be to mint money online from people. i had to make emergency call from US TO EUROPE and my card had almost 60 minutes and when i attempted to make call it said , it does not have insufficient minutes whereas i had bought the new card. I called customer service they put me on hold for 40 minutes and then refused to give the minutes to me and did not even refund my money. I had to spend 2 hours in the middle of the night to beg them for the minutes because i had to make an important phone call.
