Listings ripoff
This company charges upfront almost $900 and makes all kinds of promises for seller leads that have been scrubbed and ready to list their homes. All the do is call for sale by owners, expired, and people who have no clue why you are calling them. They also send you leads with wrong numbers and it took over 4 months to get my first lead. This company is a fraud and you should save your money. Worst investment ever and they make all sorts of promises they cannot keep.
RealESales - upfront fee for seller leads and minimal referral on listings total scam
As realtors it seems our phones ring daily with solicitation to build our brand on the internet, get quality leads and buy real estate products/services. I am usually really good at saying no. Occasionally I cave and in june of 2016 realesales, valentina got me. She was super sweet and very persistent... Called me a few times. I caved and paid $1000 for 2 zip codes. After a few months I realized I never got one email after the initial contract and introduction and I hadn't got one lead.in november of 2016, I reached out and was told they would add in a 3rd zip code because the two I had paid for hadn't generated leads. They assured me they would be better at communication and I could expect a call monthly. Nothing! Nada! Not a phone call, email or lead. I am doing my taxes and have the $1000 on my expense list and wanted to make sure to post a complaint to hopefully save another agent from making the mistake I did.
Lead generation
SCAM! You pay $895 up front and then all you receive is empty promises. Have been working with Michael Denzy and each month he promises leads and each month I receive nothing. I am told there are clients in the pipeline and I should recieve leads by the end of the week more times than I can remember. No offer to refund. Not even an option. Check the BBB ratings! Do not get scammed like countless other agents have been! WARNING.

Scam. Stay away. It's been 12 months and they have not delivered 1 lead and will not refund my money. They promised 1-3 qualified Buyer or Seller leads per month and charged $900 up front. Their claim was the leads would be for people looking to move in the city of Chicago zip codes in my area. Might as well have just flushed $900 down the toilet. I've been requesting a refund for the last month since the 1 yr contract started and they have reject this every time.

I'm a realtor. This company tells you they will send you leads that they qualified and talked to already for a fee of $599 a year. It's been 6 months and I have yet to receive a single lead. I asked them for a refund at 4 months and they said... this takes time, be patient. I have been patient. Spoke with co-founder Michael Denzy and he is refusing to give me a refund. I will be complaining to the BBB also.

You still haven't put one client in front of me yet...Not holding by breath. If you did what you said and promised you wouldn't spend half your day replying to complaints. YELP, BBB, so many complaint sites all saying the same thing about your company!
Pay per listing - program
Complete scam. I paid $899 and was promised qualified listing appointments. I never received one. When I call for updates they keep promising it just takes more time and then nothing. Michael Denzy is the manager who will not return calls. Joe Allegra is a sales rep who just tells you what you want to hear and has no intention of actually fulfilling the promises. Complete scam. I have asked for a refund but they refuse. Awful company and a shame they are still operating. Hopefully enough consumer awareness shuts them down.

I signed up aug 1.got a call almost everyday until I signed contract and paid. I will also contact BBB. I cant even get a call back or email back. Its like they disappeared, ESALES is a complete waste of money.

Real estate leads
This is a total scam. Do not waste your money. In 7 months, they have provided only one lead, that was not screened as they suggest on their website. And that was only after numerous complaints. They refuse to issue a refund, even though they have provided nothing. I am not the only one either. I have been in contact with other agents through social media that they have scammed also. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and Real Esales totally lied to them and told them that they had built a website for me and provided leads that I couldn't convert. I have also contacted the Federal Trade Commission about the scam that they are running.They only provided the one mentioned above. In response to my Yelp review, they posted a bad review on my page. One word for this company, RUN.

I agree with everything you said. They have provided absolutely NOTHING to me. I cant get a return call or email. I received lots of phone calls from Valentina until the moment I paid $899 and signed a contract on Aug 1, 2016. I have heard nothing since. I wish these comments and complaints were posted BEFORE I gave up my hard earned money.

Unethical behavior, refusal to refund

Same as the other complaints. They took me for $1400 and after 6 months, not a single lead! Total scam! They would not provide a refund and tell me to just be patient.
same thing happened to me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY a lot of promises and nothing delivered. Out of principal I am taking this to my attorney.
