I cant sign into my account. It says my e mail in not associated with an account. When I try to register a new account it says my e-mail is already associated with an account. I can not reset or contact customer service because My email is not associated with an account nor can I register because my e-mail is already associated with an account. so I guess I am out of luck and the upgrade that I paid for.
