This company left me hanging and feeling like a guilty person after they decided that my company was a fake and that they would rather not offer me their service. This is after I had been invoiced and asked to pay through bank transfer. The invoice charged VAT but I am in Ghana so this shouldn't have applied; I notified them of this and they asked for more details about my company. After supplying them with the needed information, they came back to me and requested that I give them more information about the company I was consulting for (my dad's), I did. When they checked the URL of the company and realized it was registered by me they took that as evidence of criminality.

The problem is I do not know exactly why I have been treated with suspicion. I know that there is credit card fraud from Africa, but that is not excuse for companies to treat people requesting service from Africa in an unprofessional manner. I hid no information from them, in the contrary I gave them all the information they requested. We even called to clarify the situation, but were told the company could not waste any more time on our issue and that we should find another provider.

Having been led to believe all will be well and planned my project based on that this company leaves me in a lurch without proper explanation.
