Raza Communications spam and fraud

this service is fraud and entirely spam.after I bought a coupon of $5 and charged it to my phone.the call I was able to make was just one and after that the call never reaches.they will start saying that number is wrong or can't identify.it will say before we complete the number.moreover I wasn't able to log in to my account.when i click forgot password they'll lead me to some advertisement website customer service is fake too.so, if someone wants to try this, first buy only their cheapest service for $1 or $2 and find your self that you are cheated.and last if you want to rate them, you will never find any rating site.this was the only site i found after a lot of searches.if you want proof go to raza.com and find out yourself and view other comments in this website too

Raza Communications expired pin number

Today, august 14th 2014 at 1:00 pm, I bought a $2 Raza card at 7/11. At 2:20 pm I dialed the access number, I entered the pin number and I had a message saying that my card is expired. I tried for the second time, and I had the same message. I called the service desk at [protected]. The lady was mean and rude. She asked for my pin; I gave her and She said that the system showed that I used the card and she told me the number that was showing on her computer. I told her that I did not dial any number. I dialed only the access number; I did not dial my destination number, but she yelled on me and she said that I was wrong; she said that I already used my card. I repeated that I did not use my card, but she did not want to listen to me. I hanged up, I could not believe that . She was so rude, and I lost my $2. I will never buy Raza, and I will tell every body to do not buy Raza.

Raza Communications False advertised rate, hidden service fee

Actual charged rate is 20% higher than the advertised rate shown (during purchase).Also there is the service fee $1 (not hidden, but only shows up when you are about the purchase). So for $10 purchase $1 srvc fee - it becomes 30% higher than the advertised rate.So wanted to cancel the auto-refill, online cancellation does not work. Contacted web chat CR.The web chat help was bad, Kept waiting long time and takes long time to get answers.Web

800.550.3501Was able to cancel the auto-refill on the phone, but would not refund/cancel the last unused purchase.If you want to give it a try - buy with paypal, do Not give raza.com your credit card #.
Auto-refill is dangerous not convenient to you (convenient for raza.com to keep charging, until you spend 30min on the phone to cancel).
Other pre-paid calling services are not that cheap - but at lease honest with the rate.
Raza.com show ads low rate than charger the higher rate.

If you want to try Raza.com - do NOT give Raza.com your credit card numberTry to buy with paypal, but please never use your credit card directly.
I singed up for the auto-refill using credit card.
After the first month it seemed the credit card was charged for auto-refill more frequently than expected (much higher per min rate than the advertised rate). So I called them to cancel the auto-refile and also asked to refund my last purchase for which I had not used.CS refuse to refund my last purchase and said I have to use the minuets.

Anyway few months later I noticed on that credit card there were 3 google ad purchases for amounts under $100.When
I called my credit card and informed them about the suspicious purchases - they told me there was another pending charge of $54. My credit card company blocked the last transaction and cancelled my card (and after 1 month investigation and my signed declaration - the credit card company cancelled those fruad charges too).

Most importantly - the credit card I used for Raza.com purchase - I did not use it for any other in person or online purchase for over a year. So only Raza.com had my credit card number (and full address) - I can only imply they have used/sold/leaked my card to buy google ads.

You have very poor customer service. The reason why I say this is because I use to have account with you. Last time when I try to renew my 1000min/10$, I was charged 12.99 and was not informed that the charge was not$10. So I called back and talked to a lady operator that I wanted 1000min/$10 plan which I have been using for a long time. She said OK I will change it and she gave me a new plan. I asked how many min I had in plan (because there were few min left from the previous plan), she said when you call it will tell you. When I called I found out that I was given 850min and not 1000min. I call this a poor business practice. As a result I stop using your service.

Really BAD experience with Raza.com . I buy 1100 minutes and when I call to activate my account they told me it's 800...false information on website or vise versa

The card clearly says "Rechargeable, " and even has instructions on how to recharge, so my mother bought one assuming she would be able to recharge it. Right? WRONG. Their instructions don't work. Called up Customer Service and the very disinterested representative said the only way to recharge it would be to buy a second card and combine the two using a different set of instructions not on the card. Her supervisor was every bit as disinterested. The FCC will hear from us next. DO NOT BUY RAZA CARDS.

Do not buy anything from raza, they give you one price online and the next day they raise the rate and tells you the government of india raised the rates. Really?,. . . They have deceptive advertising.

Raza Communications auto refill

recently i had purchased this card and found out it's the worst card ever. They have extra hidden fees and charges a lot. Customer service is worst. Now i do not use their cards, i use www.himtel.com card. No hidden fees and extra charges. good customer suppor. guys you must try it

Raza.com is the worst company I ever seen. The customer service is very very poor, they insult you when you call for any issue. Although they promise lowest rates but once you are in they increase rates without any notice and you can't do anything. They have auto refill policy, if you give them your credit card number they'll keep charging you and you can't stop auto refill and they also don't cancell auto refill unless you change your credit card information. Be careful and keep these things in mind before doing any business with this company.

Raza Communications Raza.com plans Auto refill

I was using raza.com and i got plan with auto recharge so we dont have to recharge every time. Today i called for cancel my auto recharge and now they told me that whatever minute u have we be gone. so i ask so why i will loss my minute. so customer service people told me that you have to read rules before u buy it. i told me before i use other plan it cancel easily then why not these so he told me i dont know which plan u talking about but now we have these rule is most of plan...If u are raza.com customer then ready for these thing else never use it i am telling u as friend else you will be in trouble. i cancel my plan and i have more than 300 min because if i will use and go below 200 it will be auto recharge...

Raza Communications phone calls made using there service are charged to my phone company

There customer service is not available 24/7 and is horrible. I bought a raza plan from them and used it. Somehow I started receiving bills from my phone company At&T for SOME of the long distance phone calls MADE using Raza. THis happened to me for two months. AFter the first month i was very careful USING Raza app on my iphone. Because Raza told me the first month that it is my fault. So I said ok, I will be super careful from now on. However, same thing happened the second month as well. I call them and made a complain. The customer service rep said that a manager will call me back. A manager called me 5:00 am in the morning. I called back and asked a manager to call me during the day. A manager wrote an e-mail to me saying I was not using there service properly. I was told them that I am 100% sure I was using there service properly. They are not taking ownership of the problem there phone service is having and blaming the customer. It is easy for them to blame it on the customer rather then looking into their system. They refuse to do anything about it.

This happened to me too. Even though I paid for the minutes and used it, as told, the international calls were being charged to my Tmobile account, and Tmobile will not take them off. It is not fair. I am stuck with a phone bill of thousands of dollars! Raza is not complying, and I doublt they will pay Tmobile. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Raza Communications Charging extra, poor customer service

Raza.com is worst company i ever seen. They rip you off. They promise for lowest rates but charge you extra, hidden charges and rate increase without any notice and when you call, they insult you. Their customer service is very poor and disrespectful especially ramshah. They kept her to insult the customer and they don't have any supervisor. When you ask for supervisor they call another colleague and they talk for their favour. Bottom line you loose your money, loose your respect and they kick you off and finally you will switch the company like me. So be aware!

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE OK NOT BAD BUT PRODUCT IS OK TOO BUT NEED TO CLEAR THE RATES PER MINUTE. TOO MUCH TRICK AND HIDDEN FEE.

PLEASE DONT USE THIS. ITS BIG LIE... wrong charges and hidden fees. And quality is not good as they say. big shock to me was rates. Rates are they are showing on the site is very wrong . My friend gave me a website called CallingPingo.com. its a very good no service charges and never drop the connection. no expiration. its just a calling card you can save it to three phones. its very good

Not like that big RAZA.com. Guys see the differant. they are lots of good calling cards out there like i said. do not stick into one company TRY THIS ONE ------------- CALLINGPINGO.COM

I have been fraudulantly charged by raza.com.
I discussed and informed with their customer service representative saif at 10 / 28 / 2014. There was no concenr or cooperativeness in looking into this. I informed my bank and credit card company and they are looking into this also.

I personally feel their website is dangerous for big identity theft and fradulant charges.

Raza Communications crooks

I have been fooled by raza.com. Last month I took a plan from them online for 30 days and gave my credit card info to them. Today, I received a message from them and my bank that they have without authorization auto renewed my plan and charged my card. Upon calling they have refused to cancel my plan and refund the amount charged. Further they have refused to even cancel the plan from the subsequent month. As per the planAuto Refill is N/A. As per their terms listed even if there is a auto–refill I have the right to cancel it anytime. Contrary to the above, they have refused to cancel the plan from this month or even for the subsequent months and there is no provision on their web site to cancel the plan or the account or remove the credit card info. Caution to all who give them their credit card info.

Its so true, same thing happend with me. I been calling them to cancel my auto fill plan and they don't. They insult you, they kept ramshah to insult their customers, I aked her I didn't see this type of bad customer service in my life and she said she is happy to hear that. They don't have any supervisor and when you ask for supervisor they call their other colleague, and they talk in their favour. They just repeat their wording. I agree with thisman comment, we should inform TV Stations and news to warn other people before doing any business with them. I am plannin to go to CBC channel first.

Raza Communications Charged Landline rate on calling Mobile in India

I have an account in Raza.com registered on siddharth.[protected]@live.com email id.
I called to India on a mobile number. Raza.com considered it as a landlines/fixed number and charged me 4cent per minutes. I did complain against it they resolved it by saying that they will recognize the called number as Mobile number in future. And will charge 1 cent per minute in future.
As this was their system's fault not mine, I asked for reimbursement of my extra 3 cent per minutes that already deducted.
They refused it saying that it is not their fault. It is destination mobile career fault.

The talked to the customer care representative on call and he said they are not going to reimburse the amount and challenged me to go anywhere and lodge the complain.

Raza Communications Money Back Guarantee

They offer money back Guarantee, and they provide money back too. But then they cancel your account and insult you when you call them. I buy one product about a year ago and then as they were not able to activate it on time, I CANCELLED IT WITHOUT USING IT. And they did it. Now when I was trying to log in in my account after a year I was not able to do so. When I call them, they said they will call me after a day, and there is some security problem in my account.

What do you mean by that? you f***ing a****le. Mind your tounge when you talk with your customer.
I would never suggest you to anyone, and you will see this post on every forum and review site very soon.

Please beware of the raza.com scam.
They use your information for other marketing purposes.
- Also they do false advertisement on their website... ( 1000 min free etc. ) but there are always hidden charges.
- Its a Pakistani company, and all their customer representative are rude, with no customer service experience.

Raza Communications Over billing

They have a plan for unlimited calling to India but it is restricted up to 200 minutes per day. (50 cents / day ). On top of it i use 120-180 min per day but as per them i have used more than 200 minutes and also they do not give any message or signal for minutes used so far on that particular day.
They have charged me double and i request every customer of raza to be careful as they are cheater.

Hello, I have recharged online from Raza application and payment was removed from my account and it shows in my application payment history that money $10 is being credited but showing in the balance and can't be used, this is too bad.

I recently change my number. I tried to open the same account in the new number and it works. But when I trying to call to my home country they need an authorization number. Can you help that who can I get the authorization number. Because I do not know about it.

- They claim that they have 24x7 customer service, this is true but if go for customer service assistance you need to wait a long time (mostly more than 15mins). - Most of the time there system is down due to their switch problem or technical upgrades, so you wouldn't be able to call. If you call again for customer service...wait for 15mins if they show up...

Raza Communications Dishnnest company

Raza.com is one of those dishonnest prepaid phone companies that give false advertise on their cheap calling prices on their first page. Then, when you enroll and starting using their services, they overcharge you and even calls that do not go through, you are charged for just a ring. Their customer service does not tell the truth and just answer by "we will report it to our technical service". AVOID THIS COMPNAY. GO FOR WWW.PINGO.COM
