I called Bluffton Home Depot store today on Tuesday November 21 at 9:20 AM. I was put on hold or connected to the wrong department for over 15 minutes. I was trying to speak with the window blinds department to find out if Myblinds was on sale this week. I attempted to call three times this past week and each time I was put on hold or connected to the wrong department for over 15 minutes. Twice I gave up and hung up. One time I got through and asked the employee in the windows blinds department if they can call me back when Myblinds was on sale because of the difficulty I had trying to get through to their department. He indicated he could not do that.

This is terrible customer service and I plan on not purchasing any other items at Home Depot unless the Bluffton store manager calls me and tells me how he is going to rectify this problem. Please have someone call me about this problem at [protected]. Raymond Ferreira
