RaveReady Order never shipped

I placed an order in November 2022 and have not received the items. They order on the site is still marked as "order placed" with no ship date. I've contacted customer service via email and the online form 10+ times with no return contact at all. I've asked for updates and then for a refund with no response. This site is a complete scam and there are no contact numbers available.

RaveReady Romper order never received no refund issued

I placed my order on August 29,2022, I received notification through “my account portal” on the company’s website as well as 2 emails confirming receipt of my order and processing of my payment. They emailed me an original invoice with the products listed. Than 2 weeks later I get another email basically stating my order was shipped however the invoice they sent only reflected that I ordered and paid for 1 cheaper item not the $60.00 dollar outfit they charged me for. It’s now been almost 3 months with no refund and no receipt of my order.

Desired outcome: I would like an explanation and a refund

RaveReady Want Refund

I ordered a pair of shoes in November of 2020. After waiting for weeks, I was told the shoes were out of stock, but would be arriving soon. Months had gone by and was told I would get the boots in May. After checking my order status, I saw my order was cancelled on 6/25, to my surprise. I have yet to be refunded for my order, even after reaching out via email (phone number not available on website).

RaveReady Product never arrived. Zero customer service.

My order never arrived, despite them sending me a shipping email.

There is nobody on the end of their customer service emails. You just get an automated response saying they will deal with this as soon as possible. Which does not happen. Now I see they have a long history of doing things like this. Shame. I will be asking my bank to get my $200 back.

RaveReady customer service/delivery of products

I ordered $169 worth of merchandise from this website and even paid for express shipping, and after a full week I have still yet to even receive a tracking number! This website and company is terrible at customer service, cannot answer any email or instagram post, yet they post on their social site almost everyday. There is no phone number to call for customer service and it is very frustrating seeing them accept your payment but not showing any signs of sending my purchased products. I would HIGHLY recommend NOT buying from this site.

RaveReady didn’t receive the items I paid but for

This company took 3 weeks to even send the items

I emailed them wanting to cancel the order after I noticed two weeks after I paid they still hadn't even sent the items

Anyway 3 emails and a facebook message and still no replies to any of them

A week after that I seen that the items had been finally picked up and was on there way

Finally almost one month later my items arrive! Even tho the items where no longer any use to me cause he rave had been and gone!

However I was happy I finally got the item I paid for and opened package only to find that it was missing sone of the items I purchased!

I checked my account to make sure I had paid for them and was charged for them and I was!

This really upset me now!

First a month to send items
Yet I also purchased items same day from there rival company ilovesraves which I received there items in just 5days!

Then multiple emails asking why my items still hadn't been sent after two weeks!

Now not getting the items I have paid for and sent more emails and yet again no replies from this company

So as far as i'm concerned it's theift!

I paid for items yet they never sent them!

This is not acceptable at all and I warn anyone who uses there site to say clear from these criminals

RaveReady the biggest scam in the internet

Tell me, would you want to give your money for nothing unless it's charity?
I don't think so. So don't use this website, you'll be out of money and get nothing instead.
Once you pay them, they fade away.
Try to contact them, they have no means of communication. They are real scammers. I think this company includes just one person who monitors the website, looks for pictures, and grabs the money, of course.

RaveReady terrible service

Did you ever wonder why they don't publish their phone number? Yes, because there are too many complaints. They cheat customers, take their money and provide absolutely nothing. Same happens again and again. I'm not the only one with this problem and unfortunately not the last one because many people simply don't read reviews.
I don't know how to get my money back, where my order is and how to cancel it. It's a total scam!

RaveReady scam!!

I still have no idea where my order is, RaveReady does not reply to my messages, they keep ignoring me. I have ordered something from their site and never received my order. These scammers took my money very fast but they didn't send me a confirmation message or anything. I think I was scammed and after I saw the reviews I lost my hope.
I will not give and will try to reach them, maybe they have a reason or something. But as for now I can't recommend them to anyone, please save your money!

RaveReady raveready.com

I ordered $$253.94 of merchandise on 10/21/16, two items. Money was deducted immediately through my Paypal account and my order on RaveReady.com was listed as "processing" immediately. Over a month went by and I never received my items and the order was listed as "processing" still. I e-mailed Rave Ready to see if I could just cancel my order as the festival I wanted these two things for had long since passed. I got no response, but then all of a sudden I get my two items not long afterwards. I returned them unused to RaveReady via the USPS and spent $25 in postage to do so with tracking. I had not gotten my refund by 12/26/16 and e-mailed Rave Ready asking for my refund and included all of the details. The USPS says the accepted receipt of the returned items on 12/12/16. As of today, 2/14/17, I have neither gotten a refund of the money for the returned unused items, nor have I gotten a response from Rave Ready. I have been ripped off and will never order from RaveReady.com again and will tell everyone I know about this. I have ordered from other rave sites and gotten items VERY fast and with great customer service. This is a complete ripoff!

It is now 4/2/17 and I still have not gotten a refund or a response. The following is the complaint I just made with the Federal Trade Commission against raveready.com

"I ordered two items from RaveReady.com on 10/21/16 and paid $253.94 via Paypal. My order number was 85769. Immediately their online system said my order was "processing." Over a month went by and I never received my items and sent an inquiry via internet to ask to please cancel my order. I was unable to cancel the order at any point via their website. After I sent a message asking to please cancel my order, I got no response, but not long after my items arrived, each shipped separately. I did not use the items and only opened one to see if there was any type of return slip inside, which there wasn't. I looked on RaveReady.com to find out how to make returns and sent the returns to the address provided and sent an e-mail to the e-mail address provided for returns. In the e-mail I informed them I was returning my items and provided the e-mail address I use for Paypal to get a refund. My Paypal is set up with [redacted]@gmail.com but my main e-mail is [redacted]@bellsouth.net. I never did get a response from them. I returned my two items unused in their original packages via USPS with tracking and spent $25 on postage to do so. They were delivered on 12/12/16 according to the USPS website. Tracking numbers are [protected] and [protected]. I e-mailed RaveReady on 12/26/16 asking about my refund and never got a response. In the e-mail I included my phone number and both e-mail addresses and details about my return and that I would like a refund. After a couple more months I tried to dispute the charges through Paypal, but it's a confusing process and I had no luck with getting the money refunded that way. On 3/8/17 I sent another message to RaveReady customer service via their website RaveReady.com inquiring about my refund for the returns with specific details of the cost of the two items, when they were returned, my two e-mail addresses, and my phone number, and I included a photo of the receipt from the post office with the tracking numbers. It is now 4/2/17 and I still have not gotten a response or a refund. Not only did it take an extremely long amount of time to receive the items I ordered, during which time I was unable to cancel the order via their website even a couple days after placing it, but it has been almost four months since my items were returned and I have yet to receive a refund of my $253.94. I HAVE NEVER GOTTEN A SINGLE RESPONSE AT ALL FROM RAVE READY TO ANY INQUIRY I HAVE EVER SENT VIA E-MAIL OR THEIR ONLINE CUSTOMER SERVICE MESSAGING SYSTEM. None of the e-mails have bounced back and the online system said my messages were received. I have copies of e-mails, the USPS receipt showing the $25 I spent returning the items and the tracking numbers, a screen capture of a customer service inquiry that says "Your message has been sent successfully, " etc. I have wasted HOURS of time just trying to get a refund for items that I returned unused due to receiving them long after I needed them. I have been ripped off for $253.94! I could not even find the company's address on their website and had to do a Google search to find the address and phone number listed in this complaint. They have been completely unresponsive to every single inquiry I have made despite me providing my cellphone number and both e-mail addresses I use. If you Google this company you will find that many people have complaints about their non-existent customer service."

RaveReady very bad experience

Purchased a pair of shoes from this store in the end of September and just received my order. Unfortunately I was not satisfied with the quality and asked for a replacement or a refund. Raveready rep said that's impossible because my original order was placed a long time ago. Well, was it my fault that it took them 5 months to deliver my order? I sent tons of messages and literally spammed their mail asking for a refund, but they did not reply.
Raveready is a bad company to deal with and I personally would not recommend it to anyone. My experience was bad and I can't say anything positive about this store. Total waste of money and time.

RaveReady osm2

They are not a online shopping center but a rude/boushie company. I ordered my set of OSM2 gloves over 6 months ago now. Originally when I placed my order it said they would be delivered within 5 days. 1 month passed so I tried calling a line that is on hold 24/7. So I decideed to email the customer support address. They replied with an email saying they were waiting on a shipment that week. This same exact exchange of replies went on for 3-4 replies over 3 months, before they forwarded me to a post on Facebook (not their post but rather some random person's).

The company that makes the gloves entered a legal dispute during that time so RaveReady hadn't received an order of new chips yet. The company proceeded to tell me they would be in that week. Needless to say they were straight lying to my face. When the week ended, I never received a followup. Then when i as for a refund about 2 months ago they told me it's clearly stated in the fine print that this was not possible.

I understand that the law suit is out of their control but they could at least mail me the defusers and the rest of my package. With the lack of transparency, they managed to steal $200 from me and are still doing this to others until this day. The page is still online selling a product they don'[t have nor will have for at least another 12 months, with no warning of the legal issues/out of stock notice (see link below).

RaveReady no product and no customer service!

Fraud alert! Ordered some leg warmers from RaveReady and never received anything! This place is just a terrible scam! Save your money and avoid them at all costs! There is no way to reach their customer service and I called so many times but no one picked up the phone! They'll take your money very fast and that it! Check all the terrible reviews online! There are hundreds of people who were scammed the same way! This place should be investigated and shut down!

I just filed a complaint with the FTC and would urge you and anyone else scammed by raveready.com to do the same. It's a huge pain to deal with, and I've wasted hours trying to get a refund for $250 worth of returned merchandise, but if people don't make formal complaints, raveready will keep getting away with it.

RaveReady scam alert!

I needed an outfit for this weeks party so I placed my order in advance over a month ago and received nothing yet! I have 4 days left and it seems like I'm left without my party outfit! RaveReady customer service is a complete joke, they do not reply and never provided me my tracking number. I don't even know was my order shipped or not! They took my money and that's all they did! Seems like a 100% scam! I tried to contact them via social network services, left a review on their Facebook page which was deleted in a moment! Wanted to contact them via their live chat but it is always OFF and shows "We're not around, but we'd love to chat another time.". Do not order from RaveReady!

Rave Ready is a complete scan and rip off! I ordered items for a festival back in October and never got them for over a month, then when I e-mailed to try to cancel my order I got them not long after. So I returned them and spent $25 with the USPS to confirm they got there. They were received back in December 2016 and I have never gotten a refund! I have e-mailed Rave Ready and sent messages and still no refund and no reply. I have tried to dispute through paypal and they would not give my money back. I have a confirmation that they received the unused items back that cost over $250 in December and now it's March and no refund. My next step will be the file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and I urge you and anyone else ripped off by Rave Ready to do the same!

RaveReady I didn't get full order and seller didn't react to my requests about money back

I bought 4 blouses and accessories from the company www.raveready.com. I got the email from them and it was mentioned that the delivery was about 7 days. I received the blouses only, but no accessories. As well as the seller didn’t reply to my questions. I waited that he would send the accessories later, but he didn’t. I need my money back and it wasn’t so easy to deal with them. Therefore, I won’t advise to deal with them.

RaveReady this company has poor communication with their customers and they don't live up to the laws of the ftc

I called and placed order on Dec 20, 2012 for a pair of fire poi. I spoke with Anthony, a CS agent and he placed the order and told me the price would be 89.99. He told me that my Credit Card would not be charged till the item shipped from their warehouse once they received it from the Manufacture. I asked when I should expect to see them and he told me with in the first two weeks of January. I said ok sounds good. I wrote them by email a few times to check on the order. I received the same answers every time that it was on the way from the manufacture and there was no new information. January 10th, 2013 came along and I received an alert that my card had been charged. In fact it caused my account to overdraft because I was never told anything new about the order coming in. I then wrote the support email and asked them why my Credit Card was charged and when I would be receiving the poi. Alexis wrote back stating that my Credit Card was charged because they would be receiving the item next week and so that when the order arrived from the manufacture they could send it out right away to get it to me sooner. I waited till Jan 16th to write them again, to ask if they received the shipment from the manufacture like they stated in their previous email. I received a reply on Jan 17th saying that I will receive a tracking number once the item ships. (They completely avoiding my question on when I would receive it.)

I sent an email Jan 22nd, stating I wanted to know exactly (with in a 2-3day lendency) of when I would be receiving them or otherwise I want a full refund. January 23, 24 no reply

January 25th- I sent a emails asking twice to reply. Finely I received a reply stating they were still waiting from their Manufacture to receive the product. (then why was my card charged?)

I then sent several emails and called several times asking them to cancel the order.

I finely received an email from Alexis stating that the order was canceled and I would receive a refund in 2-3days.

I then wrote back asking for a Confirmation number and the amount of the refund that I should be expecting. I received no reply after that.

This company never gave me a concrete date of when I would receive my product ordered and they lied when they said they wouldnt charged my card until they shipped the product to me.

I did do some research on the company after all this happened to me, to find out that I am not the only one they have done this to. They happened to have an D+ and F rating from the BBB. They also have a ton of bad reviews, one after another, from previous customers just like me that have experienced the same issues with this company.

They work with two business names Beats Drop Closets and Rave Ready. Both online retailers.

This company has poor communication with their customers and they don't live up to the laws of the FTC. I will find out in a few days if Ive been hoaxed further, once these 2-3 days past and I find out they didnt give me a full return. I just feel that a company that has failed so many before me should not be able to survive as long as it has on these values. This entire experience has been one of the worst that I've ever had, dealing with an online retailer.

Placed an order waited over a week and nothing called and left messages emailed and finally someone got back to me that they were out of stock.. Well no help since im a dj and was doing a huge edm festival and was going to rock those threads... Wound up canceling and piecing together something from $#*! I had at home...

RaveReady it has now been almost three months since my order was placed, and it is still shown as 'processing'

At first i was extremely excited about RaveReady's selection, prices and supposedly quick deliveries.

However, it has now been almost three months since my order was placed, and it is still shown as 'processing' - and what's worse, I can't even undo the order anymore as the customer service stopped responding to my e-mails after it became apparent that mere platitudes, rather than definitive actions, would not be enough to pacify me.

For a product (Amok pants) that was advertised to ship in two weeks (and a small print saying it could actually take up to one month), this delay is unacceptable and mere apologies followed by complete silence from the store's part add insult to injury. I hope to avoid having to contact a different organization to resolve the matter, but as it stands it seems that might be the only way for me to get either my order or my money back.

RaveReady i'm happily posting this review on every website I can find telling people not to order from this scummy website

First of all, when an item is out of stock, you say so on your website. You don't wait for people to order it, and then neglect to inform them that the item is currently on "back order". I ordered three items from this store, one of which was out of stock. When, after receiving no shipping notification or anything at all from the company, I logged on to check the 'status' of my order, I noticed on my "invoice" that the quantity for this item was 'zero'. So *I* emailed them and asked if there was a back order - Yes, there was. Okay. Thank you. The item is still listed on their website. After this, I wait a few weeks. I'm a patient person. My order doesn't come, doesn't come, doesn't come... Okay. So I look online at other reviews (should have done this right off the bat, before ordering...) - People saying it takes MONTHS to get your stuff?! So I email again, politely asking for a tracking number. No response. I wait. No response. Then I write a second email informing these people that - Hi, I run a high-volume, one-woman business of my own ONTOP of my regular 9-5 job. My orders? Out the day I receive payment, unless someone orders a custom piece. And then? I work on that custom piece diligently to get it out within 3-5 business days, depending on the piece (I make jewelry - complex jewelry. Enough said). There is NO WAY - No way possible - that my order would take 4 weeks to ship. It is now four weeks later, and I have received no answer. So I'm happily posting this review on every website I can find telling people NOT to order from this scummy website.

Terrible never will order from them again no customer service never emailed me about my order never sent everything they said they would had to waste three hrs to get them to mail me a check for something i bought with my credit card that i still wont be getting the full amount of back.

On March 7, 2013 I ordered Black fluffies, Black Industrial Net Footless Thigh High Leg Warmers, Insanity Black Glitter TuTu, & Insanity Green TuTu (Which was awful. Cheap, thin material.) for $74.81. I received my package and everything was there except for the Black Industrial Net Footless Thigh High Leg Warmers.

I e-mailed them to let them know on March 16th. They called me to let me know they ran out of stock and that when they came back in stock they would send them to me for free, which would be soon. I also got a message on facebook from the RAVEREADY.COM facebook page saying, "Hey There! We were out of the black leggings and they aren't due in until next week. Customer service called you during the day on the 8th to see if you wanted to switch them out to a similar style but they didn't get an answer so they shipped the order without them, and refunded the price to your credit card. Just place an order online, your card WILL NOT be charged, and let me know your order number - I will make sure you get free shipping on it. We shipped it out just in case you are one of the bajillion people going to Ultra or Beyond - we just didnt want you to be missing the outfit! Let me know if you have any other questions an I'll do my best to help you out! Thank you!"

Okay so far, the communication is decent and understandable. Then it just gets ridiculous. So the guy on the phone placed the order for me so I sent the order number to the guy I was messaging through the facebook page. By March 26th my order is still processing for 10 days now so I contact the guy on facebook again to let him know. He tells me, "Your order was shipped out on the 13th, you can get the USPS tracking number by logging into raveready.com." I log in and and its STILL processing, like I had said. Therefore, I cannot get a USPS tracking number. He lied to me and told me it had been shipped when it didn't. So then he tells me, "Can you please email support@raveready.com, we can't really track customer service through facebook and your requests are being mixed up and we don't want to give you incorrect information. Thanks!" Also on this day (March 26th) I make another purchase, the Light Up Purple Fairy TuTu for $28.99. After a few days I realize my tutu and leggings are still processing. After several e-mails and facebook messages with NO response..Here is where I also notice that when you reply to customer support THEY NEVER REPLY BACK. You have to start with a new subject headline or else your e-mail will not get read or replied back to.

So on March 29th, I send support yet another e-mail regarding my entire issue/situation. (I also got a facebook message on the same day saying, "I am unable to help, I am just a web programmer. Customer service can help you with everything they can. I will of course go ask them to take a look at your email again.") Customer Support replies back saying "Hey, I'm sorry about the delay in response. I am not sure if you have noticed, but both of the items you ordered are actually noted "Out of Stock" . However, we do have plenty of other Light Up Tutus and Leggings in stock. I have included a list below of items we have in stock. Let me know if you would be interested in switching into any of those items." They send me a huge list of items not nearly related to what I needed and then sends me the SAME link to the leggings I have been trying to buy this whole time. *face palm* Both items DID NOT say "Out of stock" and here is when I start to notice how often they do not update their page and take peoples money before telling them they are really out of stock on just about everything. When I ordered the light up tutu, it actually said it was in stock so then I ask customer support when do they plan on having the purple fairy light up tutu back and the leggings I ordered almost a month ago. And of coarse.. I get no responses, no e-mails.

So I ask them to give me a full refund and to forget about everything on the 30th. They respond, "No problem! I've gone ahead and canceled those orders and refunded your card for you. We are here to help so if you need us to check stock or give you an exact shipping time for a specific item we can help you out. Thanks!" Yeah right. I have asked so many times when my items would be in stock and NEVER did I get an answer which is why I canceled my entire order.

I got my refund by April 1st and I go back on the website to purchase something different. This time I order a Purple and Black LED Skirt and Purple Sparkle Fluffies. Then I get a random e-mail, but this time its from a lady named 'ALEXIA'. "Hello, We actually got the leggings back in stock today, and we will be including it in your new order for no charge. We have the Purple/Black LED Skirt available but we are currently waiting on a shipment to arrive for the Purple Sparkle Legwarmers - but we do have solid Purple. Would you be interested in receiving the solid Purple instead of the Purple Sparkle? Please let me know and I will be sure to take care of it right away for you! Thank you, Alexia RaveReady" I told her that I appreciated the fact that someone finally let me know about the leggings and would still give them to me for free due to my troubles with the site. But seriously.. first they are out of stock with the leggings, then the fairy tutu, and now the purple sparkle fluffies. Talk about a huge inconvenience. I told her I still wanted the fluffies and was wondering when they would be shipped in.

On April 2nd Customer Support e-mailed me "Hey, The purple sparkle fluffies should be in within the next few days. Did you want to just wait for those? Thank you for your patience and understanding, have a great day!" So I told them, yes.

By April 9th, the skirt and fluffies are still processing so I send customer support another e-mail. I get nothing but the same auto message response for days.

On April 15th I send yet another email asking them why everything is still processing. Apparently the purple sparkly fluffies are just never going to ship in like they said they would "in a few days". Psh. Finally on April 17th I get a e-mail from Customer Support, "Hey, Unfortunately, we are still waiting for that shipment to come in. I know it is taking longer than usual, and we would love to get it out to you on time. We do have the Indyglo Purple Fluffies in stock which we can get out sooner. Let me know if you would be interested in those fluffies. Thank you for your patience and understanding, have a great day!" Once AGAIN I am left hanging and having to choose another product. So I tell them and Alexia that I will trade them out for the Clubstyle Purple Fluffies since I am seriously running out of time.

I do not get a response until April 19th from Alexia letting me know- "Hello, No problem, I will make the switch for you, but I just checked with our processing department and it seems as if the Purple/Black LED skirt is now on backorder! We do have the Purple/Pink LED Skirt available - would you be interested in that alternative color? Please let me know asap so I can have your package shipped out right away. Thank you, Alexia RaveReady" ARE. YOU. ###ING. KIDDING. ME. I have been dealing with them since the very beginning of March and here it is almost MAY. Almost my event time. Four items have been 'out of stock' or 'back ordered' already in the past and you are telling me that you just SOLD the skirt that I ALREADY PAID FOR!? That they were holding for me & no one else!? I asked them to please send me my damn free fishnets already along with the Clubstyle Purple Fluffies and to cancel the rest of my order and refund my money. This site is nothing but a joke, waste of time and money. I am about ready to fill out a fraud report with my bank along with talking to a lawyer about this website, for it should be shut down for doing this ### to me and hundreds of others. I made this review on other sites and RAVEREADY found it and e-mailed me saying they responded to my review. They canceled my ENTIRE order, will not send me my free items, and I have not received my refund that was almost $100 and then the review below me got a gift certificate for his negative review. -_-
