Rapid POD / customer service/delivery
This company was doing some printing for me. They promised delivery two days after order placement. Two weeks later, I still had not received my printing. Ken Whitman, the owner, (and sole employee) refused to answer or return my calls, but tried to mislead me me by sending a false e-mail through UPS with a tracking number. When I called UPS, they said they had never gotten the packages for shipment. When I finally got through to him, he again mislead me, trying to give the impression that it was UPS's fault. It went another week before he finally answered my call. This time, he was short, rude, and once again tried to make me believe he had sent them. He said he was going to recall them, though, and refund my money. I don't have a refund yet, but have filed a claim with PayPal. I would not recommend anyone to do business with them. Mr. Whitman is a pathological liar, and a fraud.
