Rao International Co ltd / Damaged order and no communication with the seller

I purchased some stuff from the company Rao International Co ltd. This ### provided me the damaged thing and when I contacted him and told to repair, he told me to send it back, but to pay for the return postage on my won. I sent it back and after several weeks, I contacted the seller again, but my order still hadn’t been repaired. After that seller suddenly stopped to reply to my emails. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Let’s share views about this company.
