I have ordered two light bulbs from RanpoLighting. I was actually planning to buy more but I decided to order only two because I was not sure about how trustworthy this company was. And I'm really happy that I did not order more. My order did not arrive and customer service did not reply to my messages. I paid only $5 for my order so I wasn't really upset. Beware and don't order from this website, just another scam.
Ordered around 20 items from them, 4 broke, they responded and said that they will send replacement but they never arrive ... almost a year passed, now on the same mail thread they don't respond anymore so... warranty is a comercial scam they don't offer it !
They also operate on ebay using 'home-office-lighting'. I faced the same problem of trying to get the warranty. Their Customer Service Rep, Summer and Jenny, tried to bluff their way out by claiming that they have sent out the replacement but it never arrived. They tried to offer a discount of $2 for future purchases which after this incident, they still expect me to purchase from them.
I have a problem with some of my led lights blinking out and i was told they sent me bulbs but i have not gotten them yet for several months now. How do i get them to comply with the warranty?
I suggest you have an unlucky experience with Ranpo. I have bought several sample items from them, all of which have arrive well within the stated delivery window. The quality of the good is good given the pricing. We have a small dispute about one product's description at present, but customer service is responsive and helpful.
