Rana Furniture Night stand

So I bought a 6800 dollar bedroom set at the one in 8 th street when driver assemble them all looked good on top I never look at the back of the night stand because it was place by wall. When my partner arrives home to connect the mirror is when she notice the night stand was defective damaged. Right away I reported to manager minerva. And sales rep melani. They send someone over. To fix it the guy made it worst. He painted a white paint in top. That looks worst. I clearly told them I wanted a replace. This cost $400 they send same guy. To do the same I told them no. That I wanted a replacement or cash back melani the sales rep has been wonderful. She has treated me super. Her manager minerva. Has not had the courtesy to even return my call. At all. Has a manager. She is the worst I have met. Does not call back or gives her face. So i'm still in my 30 days. And no one has helped me. Hopefully this message gets the owner to call me because I will dispute my card and even go to court if I have to almost a month and no one has written to me I have send 10 emails and no reply at all sales was on 04.24 furniture delivered 05.04 sales order number so310009

Rana Furniture sofa and recliner bad quality and poor customer service

el pasado miercoles mayo 4 recivi el deliver de las dos piezas compradas , al momento del deliver todo parecia bien , unos dias despues notamos la mala calidad del producto y fui a la tienda para buscar una solucion al problema , el vendedor ( el mismo que fue muy amigable a la hora de hacer la venta )se mostro muy hostil al saber que queria devolver el producto , apenas me dio ninguna solucion, como estava todavia en la semana de comprado y tenia derecho a una devolucion , intente devolverlo , a pesar que me querian cobrar el 30% de return fee , accedi a pagarlo y ahi viene otra sorpresa ,,,la tarjeta de credito que iva a usar para pagar ( la misma que me aceptaron a la hora de hacer el pago inicial )no era valida para ellos ,,,solo podia hacer el pago cash o con debito ( estamos hablando de alrededor de $1000 que tenia que pagar por un producto que apenas use ) , es una verguenza que usen a asi a los clientes honestos y trabajadores , en mi vida me he sentido tan estafado y humillado ,

conclusion , el producto es de una pesima calidad y el customer service es terrible , no le recomiendo ni a mi peor enemigo esta tienda. no cometan el mismo error que yo

Rana Furniture Product Cyril Sectional Sleeper Sofa

I received this sofa on
07/10/2021
after a few weeks noticed the sewing in the stitching on the long L side was coming apart.
I called them and they filed a claim, I had to wait for a call from claims dept.

Claims dept. Called me on Aug. 10th 2021 asking for pictures.
I sent them pictures they stated someone will be coming soon to bring me a replacement piece (new).

A nice guy came to my house around a week before August 21st with a peice to replace the broken piece on my sofa. The piece that he brought was not new. I asked him as he was putting it (is this a new piece) and he laughed and said do you think this would be new no, this is from another customer that the same thing happened as what happened to you. I fixed it really good and brought it to you. Do not worry that it is sewn on properly and nothing will break it.
Right before he left while he was putting my broken piece away in his van I saw this piece has a hole in the corner he came and checked it and said don't worry I can sew it back up. He pulled out a needle and some string a different color and patched it up. I did not like that it was a different color but fine it was not broken.

A few days after this the piece started breaking open in the same seam. I called the claims department (spoke with J) again they stated they will contact the manufacturer and send me a new piece. I waited and no one contacted me I called the office and a lady whose name I can't remember right now told me that they don't send refurbished pieces I told her mine was and she said that was impossible. (My piece was refurbished 100%) I have pictures to prove. Then (Aug. 26th) I spoke to the person from claims again and she said the manufacture is closed Till the beginning of September cause of COVID. On September 8th I spoke to her again she said the manufacturer IS OPEN and wrote back saying they will send them the tracking information once they have it and that La Rana will call me once they have it and that that is all we were waiting on.

Here we are on October 5th still waiting for a tracking number while no one can sit in that space of the couch because it will just keep tearing and I have ANOTHER part of the couch opening hole down the seam where it was Originally sewn.

I called the location where I bought it again today Oct 5th. Now I am getting upset because all I am getting has been the run around. I spoke to a person D to ask her for a number to where I can file a complaint. She then tells me there is no number that I have to explain to her what is going on she then sends an e-mail somewhere and that someone will call me. I start explaining and she told me don't worry she will handle it and file a new claim to follow up and notify the people from that I am a little upset and that she will find a solution for me at this point I told her I don't even want a $900 sofa that the same thing keeps happening and she stated she will write that in the message.

THEN she calls me back and says she has reviewed my notes and that the notes say that the manufactured is closed until November who knows what because of COVID I told her the person from claims told me they specifically wrote to her and the order was already put in for a new piece and that they were just waiting on tracking. Then I tell (D) I want to file a complaint and she gives me a number and I asked what number is this I thought there was no number and that you had to write an E-mail and she tells me this is number for the claims department (Which I have spoken to) and that she did not have it earlier. I DO not know what to do but I need a solution.
(all of this happened within less than two months of owning the sofa)

Desired outcome: REFUND or a NEW SOFA

Rana Furniture Tempur-adapt medium king mattress

A tensión para todos los clientes de esta tienda 5891 sw 8 st, especial para los latinos q compramos y no revisamos esta compañía la rana q están casi al cerrar todas las tiendas, especial la q está en la calle 8 especial con maria mandriaza es una estafadora para vender en este lugar su búsqueda especial mente en los colchones te venden un colchón de $2999.99 una base de $1500 te cobran por el delivere $ 349. Por 4 cuadra. Y cuando el producto llega a tu casa el colchón q te dan es de $1500 y la base de $899 y cuando reclamas ella y la manager que es, ana karina te dicen q el q tu escogiste es el mas barato crellendo q tu eres un comemierda ojo antes de comprar hagan lo q yo hice tiren le foto al producto antes de comprarlo y ala numeración q todos tienes para q te tengan pruebas para demandar como yo y ojo la policía nos dijo q esta tienda esta apunto de cerrar y la manager es una ladrona ana karina.

Rana Furniture product

I bought a couch a year ago and when I purchased it the person who sold it to me told me that the product did not peel because it was real leather. 3 months after I purchased it the color began to peel, Rana sent someone to paint them. The problem occurred once again 3 months later and now the whole sitting cushions are peeling. Something that I paid a little over 3thousand dollars should not be bad material or peelingthe way this is. I put this in with the insurance and it's not covered. I need help in this because the couch has the appearance of a 5 year old furniture that has been overused. My family and I are never home and when we r sitting on the couch upsets me because I paid so much for bad quality.

Rana Furniture Sofa ashly

compre un sofa en nov 2013 y dos anios despues el material se danio completamente. Se pela y es un sofa de poco uso, la prueba es q Los cojines y resortes estan en perfecto estado. Fui y hable con la vendedora Barbara en la 103 y Palmeto en Miami y me dijo q mandaria el complain q le mandara fotos. Hice Lo q me dijo y aqui estoy esperando respuesta desde diciembre de 2015 y no me llama nadie... Hice una compra de 2000 Dolares en esa oprtunidad y la verdad pense q tendrian mejor garantia. Perdi mi dinero... Recomiendo q no compren en RANA FURNITURE porque no garantizan nada, es mejor buscar una tienda grande y seria q te garantice calidad.

Rana Furniture Sofas peeling off

After purchasing a entire set of furniture for my entire house at Rana Furniture, under sales order # A-21926 on 1/12/2012, after 3 years the sofas leather imitation started to peel off everywhere. Even though I had bought the insurance plan for the sofas, they told me this was not cover, it only covered accidental damages, not only that I purchased their recommended cleaning products to clean and maintain the sofas, but that was not enough. The insurance people themselves told me that the sofas shoudl not start to peel off with only 3 years of purchasing the products.
My recommendation is do not go to Rana furniture when you want to buy furniture is going to end up costing you more, invest a bit extra and go to stores like City furniture, rooms to go or better yet El Dorado.
I also forgot to mention the people that installed and put totgether the furniture did a very poor job, I had to tighten up all the legs in my dinner table set and my bed since they were all wabbly and loose after 1 month of use.

Rana Furniture Defective Product

On December 14th, 2014 made a purchase at Rana Furniture of the amount $692.29 transaction # SO123070. This transaction included a mirror (item # 901734 $229.00) which was picked up on December 18th, 2014. Upon arriving to my house I opened the package and noticed that the mirror had paint stain on the side, once the whole mirror was taken out it was obvious that this mirror was not brand new. Numerous stains well all around be back of the mirror and the front. The front had scratches. I immediately contacted Cecilia, the sales person of Rana Furniture she stated she was going to notify her Manager and that would call me right away (did not happen) I called her again on December 19th and she said she did not have time to speak with her manager because the manager was in meetings the whole day and the line got disconnected. Called her again and she said that the manager was requesting pictures of the damages to be emailed and that she would call me back right away (again did not happen). I immediately complied with this request and emailed her the pictures on Dec 19th, 2014 @7:40 PM to [protected]@ranafurniture.com. On both days I spoke with Cecilia I stated that I did not want a refund or a discount that all I wanted was a brand new mirror because that it was what I paid for. On Saturday December 20th, 2014 I went to the store because I felt they were stalling me and giving me the go around. I spoke with the store manager Barbara Orta explained the situation and showed her the pictures that were still saved on my cell phone she called their customer service department and was speaking with a lady by the name of Caridad the Customer Service Manager. According with Barbara, this lady said that because the mirror was not "inspected" upon receiving they could not take it back and give me a brand new mirror that the "only" thing the could do is for me to bring the mirror back to them and that they will paint it. I was astonished when I heard that! I asked Barbara for the name and phone # of her manager because I wanted to speak with somebody else she said "I cannot give you that information, the owners of this company hired me as the store manager so that they do not have to deal with customers" I asked her again and again for a total of 6 times. She called the customer service manager Caridad again and put me on the phone with her. Caridad stated the same thing that because the merchandise was not inspected they can only paint the mirror for me. Asked her for the phone # of somebody higher and she refused to provide this information, she said she was the customer service manager and that there were nobody else I could speak with. I said "are you telling me that you and Barbara Orta are the only ones running the whole Rana Furniture? There is nobody else?" had to ask for that information about 4 more times until she gave me the name of HECTOR RUEDA the operations manager at Rana Furniture. Barbara then gave me the name of Max Rodriguez one of the "top managers" of Rana Furniture. After this I left the store and started researching for consumers protection until I found you and that is why I writing to you to see if you can protect me against this injustice of Rana Furniture

I feel that there are only 2 outcomes that I would like to have out of this situation.

1)I paid for a brand new mirror and that is what I want. Rana Furniture needs to give me a brand new mirror. I do not want a defective one or second hand used mirror. Moreover, I DO NOT want a mirror that they have to paint to make it look brand new.

2) If Rana Furniture is not willing to give me a brand new mirror, then I want a full refund of the price I paid for including sales taxes ($229.00 + sales taxes)

Rana Furniture Do NOT become another victim

DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT EVER purchase furniture from this store. It's by far one of the worst experiences I've had with any company whatsoever.

I'm so serious about my complaint, I have filed with the Better Business Bureau and have attached pictures for you all to see what a bad company Rana Furniture really is. PLEASE do not become another victim of their bad business practices.

I didn't even report to the BBB the unprofessionalism of Orlando Ochoa, the sales representative I had when I purchased over $1, 000.00 of furniture. He kept rushing me to purchase things I wasn't interested in, lied about when their out of stock items that I would have to wait months for, etc. My complaint about the sales representative experience is too long to write.

What I'm most concerned about is the product. I purchased a dresser and mirror on 2 separate occasions. To make a long story short, the mirror did not come with the mirror supports to attach it to the dresser. I have made several attempts for Rana Furniture to help me and they haven't (called 3 different locations). Details to my long complaint can be seen on my attached complaint to the BBB. All I want are the 2 supports to attach my mirror to my dresser! They refuse to help.

Please everyone, when you walk in, they're all extra attentive and feed you lies to make you purchase. Once you purchase, you're nothing to them and won't care. Be aware.

Rana Furniture Deceitful and dishonest

Stay away from these people. I came in to price some furniture, wrote down the prices of everything. When I came back approx two weeks later to make the purchase with my family, the salesman first said the prices had changed, which was not true, then when I showed him what we had written together, he said, oh I made a mistake. In fact, he had beaten the quote that I had shown him from another store, and now he's saying its a mistake! The manager chose to believe his story and did not honor the quoted prices. I told him they were very unprofessional. These people do not deserve to run a business, while I was there there was another problem with a customer on the phone. Buyer Beware! By the way, their prices are not cheap, his "new prices" were just like El Dorado furniture store.

Rana Furniture Bad service

I just spent close to $3, 000 on the spot and my furniture is damaged. When I called to complain while the delivery men were still bringing in other furniture. Rana Furniture told me to return the furniture or I had to pay $50.00 for an "inspection fee" to have some one come out and look at the tears and see if it was repairable. The driver and helpers were here, they could have told them that my leather sofa had 3 tears in it. Rana Furniture refused to hear thier own employees comments on my sofa and told me to return the sofa's and wait another week to get a new sofa delivered to me. Honestly I should have just paid an extra $200. to Ashley furniture instead of dealing with Rana.

I am very unhappy with the level of cusomer service that they have provided. Never did they mention when i was handing over the money that if the items came in damaged I would have to pay an "inspector" $50.00 just to see if it was repairable. If i didnt have out of town guest coming in to stay with me (hence the purchase of the sofa's) then I would have no problem returning the sofa's. Seriously they couldnt even promise that it would be re-delivered in a week. I think if a customer spends that much money in one day during this economy they should be nice enough to waive the $50.00 fee. The best and the worst form of advertising is word of mouth and you see with me I never stay quiet. I am posting this in every possible complaint website there is. My next stop is BBB.

Rana Furniture Defective furniture

I special order a dining room set from rana furniture when I got it, it looked like a dog bit all over it. There are hole everywhere. Sad thing is when I spoke to the manager he had the nerve to call the hole in the furniture part of the design and I cant get my money back. I will never buy from them again

Agreed. When you call, they make it sound like their defective products are your fault. They did the same to me. It's a horrible furniture store. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. You should too. It's an easy online process. Sorry to hear you were also a victim of their beyond bad business practices.
