I ordered 2 of these items and they were stolen off my front porch and Rama won't refund my money back on them . I wish they would have shipped them Signature Required for an $80.00 order not just leave it on someones stair stoop for it could be taken and now I'm being penalized I don't want a store credit all I want is just my money back this company is a SCAM COMPANY THEY LIE AND CHEAT people out of their hard earned money they should have insured their product before sending it out. I have been dealing over and over with this people since June 6, 2018 when I called to cancel the order after 10 minutes of placing the order because I realized my car had bench seats not buckets where I could utilize these things anyways so there not of any use to me anyway. I was told the order was CANCELLED and then I get an email saying they were delivered but I don't find them outside, that's because someone stole them

I purchased a pair of sandals that arrived in the incorrect size. I contacted customer service for months before I was given an address to return them to for an exchange. More months went by - I contacted them to see where my exchange was and was then told they needed a tracking number from my receipt before they could do a simple exchange or give me a credit so I could order the correct size. I have not received anything, and believe these people are running a scam operation. I am very disappointed and angry, and hope my issue will eventually be resolved.

I had booked online the below product by paying $ 38.95
against the Order # 7748 through ICICI bank., have received this product 35 days. But it is not working I mean it will not copy the prerecorded cassette to PC. In this regards I have sent e-mails to your firm but nothing is happening. ? Can any one say it is working ! in India ? please solve this problem.

Order #5395 ordered on May 11. It's been a month and I have not received my product. I have sent 3 emails and just get told it will ship in 4-6 days. My last email was 8 days ago and I still don't have shipping info. There is also no phone number listed so that I can speak to someone about this. I do not want another email stating my product will ship soon. I would like an email stating my product has shipped and here is a tracking number.

I placed an order on april 17, 2028 after 3p days I sent an email to rama. They gave me a dhl tracking number saying the product was delivered on may 22th. I contacted dhl and found out the tracking number was not a dhl number. Repeated emails to rama were received with the same number, they never replied with a corrected number. Based on the other reviews, I agree the list firm is a fraud! I will contact my cc and dispute the billing.

I placed an order for Cassette to MP3. on May 3, 2018 ord. #8012. After not receiving the product I contacted them approx. 5/12/18 and they (Carmela) promised to get the order out in 4 to 6 days. It still has not arrived. I sent a cancellation and received a reply that the product is out of stock but they will ship asap. I resent the notice to cancel the order and received a reply that they cannot cancel the order as it is being processed.

Terrible, terrible seller - I will let everyone I know, know what I experienced.

May 2018... Order #jackseeds154339. This company is a total fraud. They are also the underlying company for many other companies you find, i.e. Jack seeds is in fact rama deal. They billed my account for the purchase, and then again for an unknown charge. Shipments all come from china, with tracking that doesn't even work. I realized this within a day of my order, and they outright refused to cancel the order, even though it had obviously not shipped or processed.in their return/refund policy, they charge you to return the product. But, I have to receive it first, which has never happened. All I wanted was my money back from these frauds, but in numerous emails to their customer service, each and every time I get a different answer.in the order confirmation email, which is stated no place on their website of jack seeds, the order takes 3-4 weeks to process. Its seeds, the growing season would be over if it takes a month, and that's when I knew they were all frauds. I will get my money back, and the extra charge they put on my account is in fact theft.

This company is a total fraud. Canceled my order less than two hours after placing it, as I found the identical item with free shipping on Amazon for $13.95, I paid $29.95 plus $8.95 shipping.

They would't cancel it, and have already run my card. It's been two weeks, and no merchandise. From tgese reviews it looks like there never will be. Crooked.

Long story short. I bought a Vintage Ocean Style Dreen Dress, upon receiving the item, it was damaged and immediately I request for replacement because I need the dress for a very special occasion. Was told no several times. The care support replied my email yesterday and we had a very nice conversation and they really help me for immediate replacement of the dress. The support stand behind her company and this is the way a good company should act. :)

Ihve a power washer and it does not work like your advert said it is not fit for purpose. I cant use it and i have lent it to sevearal people and they cant use it either. You have offered me 15 per cent off another product now u sY send it back to china that will cost me a lot i would be happy with a 50 percent refund into my paypal but that is my final offer before i go to our trading standards office as i am not happy with this producrt at all

The flash drive 64GB had a defective while I'm using it to my laptop, tended to my issue pronto and made a plan that would not inconvenience me because I need to save all my presentation here all weekend and did the necessary escalation to Rama Deals on my behalf.

Customer Service - so friendly with regards this matter and gives me updates of the progress and where the issue resulted.

Tried to shop online for the first time and bought clearance hoody sweater dress
Of worth $17.99, delivery took slightly longer for about 2 months and i'm really worried about it so I emailed them and got feedback after 2 days and waited for a week and finally my item was delivered. The item was good enough and package nicely. So far, i'm happy eventhough there is struggle upon delivery. I hope you can work that thing as soon as possible. Overall, i'm satisfied and planning to be a repeat customer to them. Thanks!

This company is absolutely AWFUL! After waiting over 8 weeks for my jacket to come in (right when the warm weather came back) it was terrible quality! I asked about the return procedure and was told I needed to mail back the coat and they would refund my money once received. They got my coat back and now are having multiple people e-mail me to tell me that they can give me a discount on something else, or a different size. I have e-mailed them back 5 TIMES! I do not want another item of poor quality! I just want my money back! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I purchased the dog vacuum. I get a note saying it was coming into packages. The first package arrived, it's been over a month and I have not received the second one. As I cannot use this it's very irritating, and does not bode well for your company. And trying to find someplace to actually get some satisfaction is ridiculous. As I am moving in a week I really need this taken care of. Preferably I would like to speak to a person. Please correct the situation as soon as possible.

My only complain is the energy consumption of this adapter which is considerable, its get pretty warm during use and my laptop charges considerably slower if I transmit the power through this, but I think worth the increased productivity and comfort that offers. considering the price it is a very good buy, have all the function of several adapters with a fraction of price and eliminate the need to carry several adapters is a huge gain in my view.

These are such a nifty invention. They are strong and durable. I followed the directions and they have been working perfectly. The reason why I rate them 3, just to improve there shipping to be more promptly in time frame of delivery. Working with the customer service was very easy. They are very professional. You will not be disappointed with the quality from this company.

Since long time I've waited my item to be delivered. I was really upset while talking to there support and I was planning to have a refund but they gave me a quick response and told me that the item was already here in my US. So I was really happy and excited to used it. I was impressed although it takes time. Overall this is a fantastic product. I will come back for more!

I would just like to thank Kim. I bought a Bluetooth Speaker Wireless Stereo. When I used it at home it gave me an error, I cannot connect my iPhone to it. Rama Deals (Kim) help me for exchanged it for another one. I really appreciate your service and would recommend Rama to anyone. I ordered 3 items of mens clothing from this company. After measuring myself & comparing to the size chart on their website, it said i was XXL.
The 3 tops arrived, but only 1 fits.
The one that fits says 'XXL' on the label, the 2 that don't say '2XL'.
I emailed their customer support who are telling me i have to pay the postage to get an exchange yet it's they who have made the mistake! And even if i send them back to exchange, it's still another fairground 'lucky dip' game whether what they send mewould fit me.
They can't surely send me 3 items marked 'XXL' and them be different sizes to their size chart l and then tell me to pay more to return them? I mean what size do i even try next if their chart and/or packing department isn't reliable?

This simple problem ive spent the last 4 weeks trying to get a logical, reasonable response to. Im tearing my hair out here!
I first emailed them on 26th March!
Nobody i converse with seems to have read any of the previous email thread...then i wait 2 days for a response which bears no resemblence to the previous emails.
