Waiting patiently for this order. It is now June 12, 2017. Wondering when I will be expecting my shipment..
Very concerned as to where it is...
My order print out says that shipping time is Between 1 - 3 Weeks. Running into 6 weeks now...

This was a gift that my Dad wanted his birthday has long since passed. Terrible service in all aspects .I have emailed to no avail and now I am talking to other people with the same problems. I would like my money back now I am tired of waiting.

I received a non working android backup months ago. I have had MANY correspondence with your website. I have not received the PROMISED replacement and it is always "referred to management." I have sent a demand for refund today of $39.99. I provided many pages of correspondence and a picture to them. My last message sent today. I often hear from "Fran" who is very nice but nothing happens

I ordered this pressure washer quite awhile ago. After continual inquiry, it finally arrived. I used it to try to remove mold, etc., from my sidewalk and patio. It does nothing! It is not what it is cracked up to be. I finally got an address to return it to, but now I out the shipping and return postage. It came from China, by the way. Don't buy anything from them.

I ordered the pressure washer many weeks ago. I have never received it. I paid $24.00 for it. I received a email asking how I like it! I never got it. Please send it, or refund my money.

I don't know anything more to say, except that I see online that many, many, many other people are having the same problem.

The item was purchased through Facebook from Jack Seeds, aka Rama Deals, several weeks ago. About 2 weeks ago I contacted them via email to ask for a status. They replied with a standard message that shipping takes 2-4 weeks. I then posted a negative comment on Facebook and immediately received an email saying "Your item is on the way!" But a week later, I've received nothing. In fact there is no shipping record. The item is not "on the way" at all.

I have tried to locate information on this company which poses as "Jack Seeds - Since 1859". They appear to be a scam operation with no known address, phone or history. There are hundreds of complaints on Facebook about items not received after being paid for.

I ordered the High Pressure Power Washer on May 5 and I've not received it YET. confirmation # Ra-257223. Please let me know how soon I might receive my order. Price is $23.95. I was told it would be sent out in 3 days. its like duhhhhhhhhhhh. Whats the problem? If you aren't going to send it return my money and I'll go somewhere else that is more reliable.

I received an emai 2 weeks ago saying my item had been shipped, still not here!

My order number is 256531, I ordered the bun maker on 5.5.17 it finally got here and it is a rip off. The video of the product makes it look perfectly easy. The bun maker snaps back and hurts. After trying for two days to unsuccessfully make a bun it ripped, snapped back on my fingers and cut my finger and made me bleed. I will never order from Ramadeals again.

On April 22nd, 2017I ordered and paid for a High Pressure Wand, (order Nr. RA-239527), amount paid was $25.94 Dollars. A confirmation notice was sent, stating it is being processed and mailed, to keep checking tracking Nr. YT1713524854400428. When I checked, it said there are no tracking nr. like this. I still do not have the product. I would like the item I purchased or a refund of my money. If I do not get any response, I will inform the "Better Business Bureau" and the Attorney General Office about this matter

I ordered a high pressure washer on April 3, 2017. My order number is 201735. The email said there was a huge volume sale and I would receive the item in 1-3 weeks. Still have not seen it. I received an email on April 23, 2017 wanting to know how I liked my product. I replied that I had not received it and I could not say. Today is May 22, 2017 and I still have not got my product. Send the item or refund my money now.

Order # 233559 was told shipping between 1-3 weeks . You got my money in your pocket on 4 / 19 / 2017 . On may 11th I received an email saying it was shipped and gave me a tracking number . Well the number was put in to track and it showed nothing was shipped . Last time I looked at the law books it was against the law what you are doing,

I have been emailing this company for almost 5months trying to get a defective product replaced or get my money back. Your site says money back guarantee which is bogus as I can't seem to get that. I really wanted the product but waiting for 5months is insane. The responses I get over and over again are: we are experiencing high volume and a delay in shipping...your concern has been elevated to management...your concern has been escalated. ALL LIES!
I am contacting the BBB and Posting negative reviews at every website I can about this, its ridiculous!

I have contacted them, and they were changing contact person many times. And I had to explain to every new contact person about the problem since 17 Feb 2017 till now. First they were passing to new person every two days and now I have no response from them.

I ordered two pairs of panties in size large, received size medium. I called and I was told to send them back to Rama Deals- for refund order #11238 with the tracking number. By mistake I gave them the wrong number. When I realized this I sent them the correct tracking number. The package was received on March 14, 2017. I haven't heard from them as of today for my refund. Please help me with this matter. This cost me $3.03 to send their mistake back to them. Thank you in advance for your help.

I made my order back in January and it is already late March and still no sign of my order. I sent them tons of messages but they replied very slow and gave me nothing but empty promises.
First they said that they had some problems with my order but did not explain anything. Then I received another excuse - they had a busy holiday. Waited patiently but time passed and there was no sign of my order and then they said that my item was out of stock. Every time they lied and did not tell me the truth. I did not receive a tracking number.
I want to get my money back but it seems impossible to do that.
I will contact my bank and I hope they'll help me out with this. Please don't buy from RamaDeals!

I would not recommend RamaDeals to anyone, quality of their products is terrible! I was searching for a dash camera and found one on RamaDeals website. They had huge discount and their prices were amazing. I was excited and happy that I bought a dash camera for only $40!
But when it arrived it was a total joke and garbage. It was obvious that camera was made in China and it was not even working.
Contacted RamaDeals and guess what they said - no refunds!
This was my first experience with RamaDeals and definitely the last one. I can't believe they are still in business!

Ordered an item on line, Facebook and when received, item (DashCam) did not fit the billing, so item was returned at MY COST with tracking number as requested by the company...Do you think for a moment I got my money back? Not yet...over a month and still waiting and after numerous emails...last emails from them simply stated "busy"...DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM...Facebook should ban companies like these..
