I ordered a dual doggie 2 did retractable lead if u look at the order u will see a picture of it and that is not what I received. I received a noramodog lead with an attachment on the end of it for 2 dogs I'm am disappointed I have already complained and had no reply I have tryed sending pictures of what I ordered and what I received but not sure if u got them. I paid a lot of money for this and waitet a long time and to receive wrong item is not good enough. Please deal with this asap. Send the right ones or get me my money back.

I received a lead leash with an attachment for two dogs nothing what I ordered, I want my correct order sent to me ASAP or refund my money
The bottom there are two pictures the one on the left is the one that they sent me the one on the right is on my cell phone that is what I ordered if you can see it said it has been shipped please have this corrected or refund me my money back and I am not paying to have this return you want it back you send return label

I order a dual 2 dog retractable lead order number a-288296 this is not what I have received it's just a lead with an attachment on the end for 2 dogs please could u send me the right one I ordered it on the 12-6-17 and revived it on the 26-7-17 I am very disappointed and would like the right product sending asap then will return the one u sent could u please make sure this is dealt with

We have a major problem on our hands as I received a completely diff thing than I ordered. I order a dual retractable leash as shown in picture 2 and received a piece of [censor] leash I paid over 50.00 for ? I would like an explanation as to how this actually happened. Order number 289612 and I need an answer and is this Fraud.

I cannot add much more information as it is pretty straight forward that I what I ordered and what I received as in the pictures are two different things.

I received an email about Anti-Smoke Magnetic patch to quit smoking. I ordered the patch July 20 2017 online Amazon they took $ 22.95 out of my Debt bank card, told me I would have it July 26, 2017 I haven't received it. I learned it was a scam. I would like to get my 22.95 back There is so much fraud on the internet and phone calls something needs done . This company also said it was approved by usda

Hi I purchased this item from you it took about x3 weeks to come and when I tried to use it, it wouldn't work like it showed on your advert it ended up completely squashing the egg so I would like to return it for a full refund can you please send me a pre paid postage label so I may return it

Ordered this item, took approx 6 weeks to deliver when it said 3-4 weeks. Item is not like the posted pic and was only 18 inches long. Posting said 30 inches. also pic and video showed it being angled at spray end. What they sent was 18 inches instead of 30 inches no angle at end. Made lots of responds. took them long time to respond. They sounded like they did not understand the problem, even though I explained it as good as possible. Recently they requested a picture. I do not have the equipment to send them a pic. So I replied to their email and told them no need to bother with this anymore. That I had learned my lesson, not to order anything from them ever again. It looks like something is missing from it. They do not want to work with you, they just send an email after several days to make it look like they are trying to help. Worst company I have ever ordered from.

Listen everyone do not buy any item from this company. It's a scam!
I purchased 3 items since april 2017 and they said 'due to high demand' there is a delay. It's now july 2017 and have not received any at all. Then they have the audacity to send an email 'how to rate the product and/or customer service', it is the worst company ever. They are full of [censor].
We should do a class action against this company.
I have asking for full refund ever since and they only give excuses.
So, I am reporting this company to the authorities and track them down!
I hope they burn and close down!

This is a bulky piece of workmanship. Falls out with the least effort. I have written for some recourse. They say to send it back. Of course the time and effort to do that is not worth it. Please do not buy unless you have the patience to deal with a company whose motto should be "we will cause you to pull out your hair".
Have written three times and they keep coming back with the same response which is exactly the same in each case. They make no effort to answer my complaint. I want a full refund. The device is a hoax and should not be sold.
That is my opinion.

I ordered an item in April. I never received anything. I inquired about a tracking number. The number was invalid. They said they mailed it out on June 12th. I never received it. When I inquired again I cannot get in touch with them. The address is out of Ontario Canada. Found a number but, it doesn't exists. This company is a BIG scam and its a travesty that the BBB will not help because the company is out of country. This is a load of [censor]. Tons of people are being ripped off. Company is [protected]@ramadeals.com.. Another bad email.

Order #7149. May 2017. This company is a scan. Don't bother sending your product back if you receive it. I finally received and returned following their return policy. Was not refunded, stating they never received it. Save your time and return shipping costs because you will be out of that too. These people need to be shut down and not able to advertise. They advertise through several different company names. Email are also different.

Order # 265953 ordered 05/13/17, I have not received the item and I am very upset, pleases send the item or refund my payment as soon as posible; I will never order from you again and will not recommend purchase from you to my friends.
The order was placed May 18, 2017 and even thou you promised delivery in 1 to 3weeks, up to now June 23, 2017 I still have not received the purchased item.

I ordered the high pressure power washer on 5/19/17 order number
270937. I have never received this product even tho it said it was shipped
on May 31. I have tried to contact the shipping DHL company and they
will not respond as to where the product is. The service is awful from
this company. I either want a refund of $25.94 or the product. If I do not
get some kind of a response from you I will be going to face book and all
of my friends to tell them never to buy from you.

looking for the status of my order for a high speed power wassher, order # 281015. just want make sure it's not lost... i also notice that i paid $29.99 and now it's $19.99. since it looks like it hasn't been shipped do i get a refund? if not, due to the extreme delay, i would like to cancel my order for a refund and then re-order @ $19.99.
can't find a tracking number, phone number to contact you. i will have second thought about ordering from you again.. perhaps a letter to the bbb or other consumer agency will get me some results. trust me I don't give up easily...! after reading other complaints I guess I'm not alone...! can you say "class action" suit...!

I saw the above brace cream/white colour advertised on facebook. I ordered it for my wife on the 15/05/17 at 15.03. The order is confirmed on the 15th by rama, still showing the cream/white item, only at the end saying they have shipped a black one. I immediately sent an e-mail, on the 15 may insisting that they have shipped the wrong colour and to cancel the order and refund the money. Nothing was heard until the 06/05/17 when the black brace was delivered. I again sent an e-mail to send the item ordered and I would at my expense send the black item to the po box number on the 'bubble-wrap' envelope, that it had arrived in. Since then there have been 7 e-mails exchanged regarding tis issue. I do not want $5 off the order, I do not want $5 off my next order, and I will not send the unwanted and unsolicited black item to china! I have complied with all your e-mails, I have sent 2 photos of the black brace. Please send the correct brace. Thank you

I ordered two pressure washers the last week of May for Fathers Day gifts. As of today 6/15/17 I have not received product. I have tried to contact your delivery service for two days now and can not get through. The email update says my order was processed by them on May 30th but no further info. You have no phone number on your sight and it is not user friendly to get to place where I can inquire about this order. I am so disappointed in this service. Please respond to this complaint so that I can purchase another Fathers Day gift if I am not going to receive my product. Thank you
