[Resolved] Rama Dealsadapter

I ordered 2 adapters June 20th and have yet to receive them as of today July 30. I have emailed, messaged and posted repeatedly asking for my order to be cancelled and my money refunded. I'm continually told it will arrive shortly. Tonight I was told that it was being processed so couldn't be cancelled; clearly this isn't true as it hasn't been mailed.

A review of consumer sites shows nearly identical experiences. Customer service has been appalling and one can only assume this is not an above-board business.

I want an immediate full refund.
